he waist which she said she could not do without it pinching fabric, the dress was large and had fabric to take in. If you cannot alter a dress properly do not take the career on. I would suggest going elsewhere

J & B refunded me the $20 price of alteration, they refused to do anything else. I asked if they could do one free service to compensate for having lost $100 of re-sale value. Not only did they refuse, they said this to me, "You will just find something else to complain about." What?! This is after I kindly and patiently gave them a few months to find the real label. I hadn't even become angry, and continued to use their services while I waited. I have never been treated with such inhumanity.

Jeannie was super responsive via text and was willing to work with us to find a time for me to come in. She was able to alter my dress after I took it in. I wasn't able to pick it up in person and was nervous it wouldn't fit but when I put it on the day of my wedding it fit absolutely perfect! She did an awesome job. My mom and sister also got theirs altered with Jeannie the same time I did and she did exactly what we needed and asked for. All three of ours looked super good! They were ready within like two weeks and were definitely priced appropriately. I would recommend Jeannie for your alterations for big events!

someone who would be great with altering a layered lace gown. Jeannie was fabulous to work with. From the first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. She was very friendly and personable, and worked quickly to pin it where it needed hemmed and taken in. I went back in just a few weeks to see how it was fitting, and Jeannie worked with me to make further adjustments, including me wanting to change the bustle. I was able to go back in just a couple weeks after that for the final. When I went for my final fitting, my dress fit perfectly. Jeannie went above and beyond - she worked with me to ensure that my dress fit exactly as I wanted, and was even able to open up more of the zipper so that I could pull it up over my hips, despite how much had to be taken in around the top. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jeannie. My dress looked beautiful - you couldn’t even tell that she had hemmed it or adjusted anything. I felt like a princess on the day of my wedding, in a gown that fit me like it had been designed just for me, and that is thanks in huge part to Jeannie. Jeannie even steamed my mother’s dress for the wedding, which was a huge help for my mom knowing that she didn’t have to do that herself before the big day. I can’t thank you enough, Jeannie, for all of your help and wonderful customer service! You have a gift!
