s going to be a bit tricky due to how it sat, their staff were so patient with us and brought many ideas to the table. We ended up finding the perfect fit and not both our rings are from here and every time we have worked with them there customer service was fantastic.

tmare. 2014 - Engagement ring was purchased at the Germantown location. We originally had to get the my engagement ring resized 2-3 times. The second time we went to get the ring resized, we called ahead to check their hours, drove one hour there only to find a sign on the window communicating they are closed for the day for a team building activity, so we had to come back another time. Being closed on a weekday would have been a nice idea to add to the website and voicemail for when costumers called in. 2015 - After moving from the Milwaukee area up to the Fox Cities, we purchased the matching wedding band to go with the engagement ring. The matching band (although the proper SKU) did not match and needed to be custom made. The team member that originally helped us was extremely rude and criticized the mismatch because we did not order the matching band. Due to the constant shortcomings and poor service, Walter, the manager at the time, took over our account and set up our custom matching band. With the constant hassle, inconvenience, and never getting to see my engagement ring, Walter was going to send us a gift certificate to a restaurant of our choice in the Fox Cities (Four years later and still waiting on that certificate but still dealing with the hassle of Kesslers). 2016 - Diamonds continue to fallout and my ring sits in the shop. 2017 - Surprise, your marriage has lasted longer than your ring!! Enjoy spending another day at the jewelry store to drop off your ring and another day to pick up your ring while your ring gets work done. You may see your ring in a week or so. You didn’t really want to wear it anyways. 2018 - “Wow, I love how artsy your ring is with those black diamonds.” “Nah, those are just gaps from my Kesslers Diamond ring doing what it does best... falling apart.” 2018 visit number 2 - Enjoy regularly having to explain to the team members you bought your ring from Kesslers and having to ask them to double, triple, and quadruple check their computer system if you would like to have your ring fixed. Kesslers employee: “We don’t have you on file.” Husband: “I purchased it in Germantown.” Kesslers employee: “I’m not seeing anything on our end.” Husband: “Please check again.” Kesslers employee: “Oh, I see it now.” 2019 - Engagement ring is officially at the 5 year mark and has been making bimonthly visits to have diamonds replaced. If you believe your marriage has the longevity of a J. Lo style engagement, then I highly recommend picking up your ring from Kesslers but you can find a plethora of failed marriage Kesslers rings on the Facebook marketplace at a fraction of the cost. If your marriage is that of dreams and puppy kisses, there are some fantastic jewelry stores in town with outstanding service!! Our new personal favorite is Avenue Jewelers on College Ave. where they are always extremely kind and helpful while the jewelry stands the test of time. I believe they are worth two stars because they do not charge you for adding in new diamonds as you leave a breadcrumb trail of diamonds wherever you step.

We worked with Maylena throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing my ring, and she even corresponded with my fiance multiple times over email to answer any questions he had. After getting engaged, we went back to Kessler's and worked with another woman who was equally cheery and helpful. Since buying an engagement ring is a commitment, you want to feel comfortable with the place you are purchasing your jewelry from. I can honestly say that working with Kessler's was one of the best decisions we could have made--we truly feel like part of the family!

White gold rings can also have the rhodium redone at any time free of charge to keep it looking shiny and new forever. If you are looking to upgrade your Kessler's diamond, Kessler's will apply the cost you paid on the original diamond to your new diamond purchase upon trade.
