I went to Kessler’s for my wife’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands and we’re very glad that we did. The process for finding and purchasing the engagement ring was very comfortable. Brett was very knowledgeable, provided helpful insight, and made finding the perfect ring a great experience. Chris helped us when we were looking at purchasing our wedding bands. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had when deciding on which band to go with. Our biggest praise with Kessler’s though has been the customer service after we purchased our rings. We had brought in my wife’s engagement ring to be cleaned before the wedding and Kayla had noticed that the diamonds were loose and there was some discoloration with the band. This was 10 days before the wedding, but Kayla assured us we would have it within 7 days. They were able to turn around and get it back to us in 4 days. They also soldered my wife’s engagement ring and band together for free because we had purchased both at Kessler’s. My friend had recommended Kessler’s to us and we’ll certainly recommend anybody that needs rings to go to Kessler’s.
If i could give less then 1 star, I would without question. Buying an engagement ring is supposed to be a special moment in someones life. Even more special is the moment someone is surprised to receive this piece of jewelry they have dreamt about for weeks, months, or even years. Kesslers completely ruined this for me. Instead of notifying me, the person who purchased it for thousands of dollars, they notified her (the one who was supposed to be surprised).
No meaningless apology is going to fix that, and they were unwilling to do anything to actually help the situation. Most companies would offer something for their gigantic mistake, but not Kesslers. They instead had the nerve to say everyone is treated equal at Kesslers so we cant do anything special for you. This after they ruined everything. Glad that is the same for everyone apparently. Avoid at all costs, not worth the potential of having the big moment ruined because of their inability to do the basics of their job properly.
I hope that someone above Jay at Kesslers takes notice of this and actually attempts to rectify the situation instead of just telling me to return the ring and then its problem solved. I hope to hear from someone higher then Jay in the coming days, but I will keep my expectations low based on what i have dealt with thus far.
What a terrible experience! Will never go back! Went in picked out a beautiful ring. Even picked out a wedding band for my fiancé. The deal was neither one of us was suppose to know what the other purchased until we say I Do! We had other rings picked out in other places so it was going to be a surprise. A surprise until the sales person emailed me that a payment was do for my ring. Well there goes that surprise! I emailed back told them that I did not order a ring and hopefully a wedding day surprise wasn’t ruined. In response I received an email trying to cover the mistake but the lie provided was laughable. In the meantime my fiancé gets an email to contact her. She offers him $50 off... which I found INSULTING. He asks for a refund. She says speak to my manager. The manager waits until 10 mins prior to closing the store for the day, leaves a voicemail he won’t be in the office the next day... they can deal with it the following. Which is horrible customer service! Then the manager offers $100.00 off, again I find it INSULTING. You cannot tell me they are not in the business of keeping secrets. Do they go emailing every bride a payment is coming up?! Likely no! We provided an option to them to make it right. They did not like the option. The purchase of the ring was declined and the sales person lost the sale of two rings. Mistakes have consequences especially when you know jewelry is marked up to the gills and offered an insulting dollar amount off... it wasn’t about the money it was about the surprise on our wedding day and having good customer service. Our business is going elsewhere! I wish I could give them negative stars!
Both me and my husband purchased our rings here, and were extremely happy with the service. My husband and I went in to pick out our rings together, and we were informed all about different diamonds and types. You also get chocolate mints whenever you go into the store.
I was able to get my ring cleaned several times for free, soldered, and resized for free as well, which were pluses.
We had a great experience from Kesslers! High quality jewelry and a very friendly experience. Our associate, Fiona, was so helpful in helping us select an engagement ring and wedding bands. She was very accommodating to our budget and never pressured us to purchase anything outside of it. I highly recommend this store. They have a fantastic, reasonable warranty too!
I used to be 110% all about Kessler's until I got my ring from them and they never told me or my now ex that the diamond was a clarity enhanced diamond. They have clever names for diamonds like Yahuda, which mine was, to confuse and fool uneducated buyers. They acted like a clarity enhancement was no big deal. Well come to find it is a huge deal!! My diamond was worthless the second I walked out of the store. Worst part of it all was we paid just as much for this clarity enhanced diamond as a non enhanced diamond would have been somewhere else. Why not just sell nice GIA certified diamonds? Instead of ones that have clarities so low they need to be treated. Educate yourself people because they will do the opposite. I will never step foot in another Kessler's as long as I live!
I didn't want to go to Kesslers because it's a chain and I wanted to support a more local store. However, after going to several locally owned jewelry stores with pushy sales people, or sales people who did not want to listen to what I was looking for, we went to Kesslers and had top notch service. We explained that we were looking for something non-traditional and the saleswoman was very helpful in explaining what options were available and what they could do to customize jewelry. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them.
My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Kessler's! Upon entering the building for the first time, we commented on how upscale it was and were sure they would have nothing within our price range. However, we were pleasantly surprised, as Kessler's had the most affordable prices out of any other place we looked into! They have a wide selection of rings for men and women, so I never felt like I wasn't able to find the type of ring I desired. My ring is absolutely gorgeous--I get compliments on it all the time, and it looks way more expensive than it is, which is a true testament to the quality of jewelry Kessler's supplies. We worked with Maylena throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing my ring, and she even corresponded with my fiance multiple times over email to answer any questions he had. After getting engaged, we went back to Kessler's and worked with another woman who was equally cheery and helpful. Since buying an engagement ring is a commitment, you want to feel comfortable with the place you are purchasing your jewelry from. I can honestly say that working with Kessler's was one of the best decisions we could have made--we truly feel like part of the family!
My husband purchased my engagement ring from Kesslers and we then went back to purchase my wedding band. I have gotten more compliments than I can possibly count on the sparkle and beauty of my rings. What they say on the commercials is absolutely true. Anything goes wrong, they will fix it, no questions asked. Anytime you want it cleaned, they will get to sparkle as much as the day I got it! The rerodium it every year for free to get it back to its original brand new condition. Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful and down to earth who works there.
Our rings are gorgeous and Kessler's policy on replacement/cleaning/re-sizing is the #1 reason we went with them.
I was set on picking out my own wedding ring and my husband and I looked at rings for about 5 1/2 months. We looked in different states and just couldn't find anything that was 'just right'. Finally, we went to Kesslers and the entire experience was amazing. Great sales personnel that weren't pushy, and they were patient with my pain in the behind criteria the ring had to meet. I love my ring and would definitely go back in the future.
My husband and I used Kessler's for my engagement ring and wedding bands. He actually went to the Madison location and picked out my rings by himself. He said they were very helpful. Kesslers was so great to work with! My husband bought my engagement ring there, and later we went back to buy the matching wedding band. Everyone at Kesslers was so friendly and helpful. I brought my ring in before the wedding to be re-rhodium plated, and they were able to put a rush on it to have it back to me in time for the wedding. We were very pleased with our experience!
Richard Kessler's radio advertisements can definitely get cheesy and bizarre at times, but he is not lying when he says he says he has the prettiest most sparkly diamonds and best customer service in the area. My engagement rind and our wedding bands are from Kesslers and I would choose it again and again. We have utilized both the Brookfield and Greenfield locations.
You will not necessarily get a bargain, but you will receive life long customer service and be treated like royalty each and every time you enter a store. They immediately polish your ring and over you beverages. Each item purchased from Kessler receives FREE sizing and engraving for life. White gold rings can also have the rhodium redone at any time free of charge to keep it looking shiny and new forever. If you are looking to upgrade your Kessler's diamond, Kessler's will apply the cost you paid on the original diamond to your new diamond purchase upon trade.

With me working out every day at the gym weight training, this was an awesome way for me to wear my wedding band and engagement ring all the time and not have to worry! For our wedding bands we each got customized ones! My husband liked one of the white gold bands they had in the store but wanted it thicker, they made it to his liking and we got them engraved for free ! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Kesslers because he knew he would feel comfortable making a selection without feeling pressured. He had such a fabulous experience with Kesslers that we went back there for both of our wedding bands. The staff are incredibly patient, take the time to get to know you, and remember you every time you come in. They really provided the best experience in jewelry shopping that I could have ever asked for.
My husband shopped around for my engagement ring on his own with the only guidance of yellow gold. In the end he decided to buy my engagement ring at Kessler’s. I love my engagement ring and I don’t feel like it is a cheap, mass produced, product that I can find in most places. We shopped around for our wedding bands and in the end I choose to mix my engagement ring with a colored diamond wedding band. When I was set on the idea, I knew that colored gemstones to an engagement ring were fashionable at the moment. I wanted something different looking and yet classic but was concerned about the longevity of a gemstone. Kessler’s offered colored diamonds and I was in LOVE. I love looking at my set every day and it is so us! Our sales lady took very little time to learn our first and last names. Every time I went in there to pick up rings or do cleanings or fittings, she was always there smiling, greeting me and helping the desk lady check me in without having to give my name. It was a very personal relationship. I knew I wanted a jeweler for this important purchase. I am glad we went to Kessler’s.
We used Kesslers Diamonds for my engagement right and our wedding rings. We first worked with Stacey, on my engagement ring, which was custom made. We had it made up and picked up during a special event they did one year, which gave an extended no interest on their store card. We never have had issues with needing to come in at certain times to have the ring clean or inspected. We went back to buy our wedding rings and at that point Stacey had left and we started working with Michelle. She was very helpful, especially with my wedding ring since my engagement ring is so unique. We were recommended to them by a friend who bought his wife's engagement there because he liked the service he received. After the wedding, we had to take my engagement ring in to be re sized and they had it done within a week and half, and that was over a holiday week. I definitely will go to them for any jewelry needs.
We worked with Kessler's Diamonds at their Appleton, WI location to select my engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Their staff was informative and receptive to what we were seeking. Their radio ads say "I want to be your jeweler" and there is no doubt that they have won us as clients!
My husband picked out my engagement ring from Kesslers and we both went back to select our wedding bands from the same store. The employees are so welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. We were offered and served cappuccino/coffee/drinks every time we went in to browse or discuss our rings. The designing team even created a personalized ring for my husbands wedding band when we asked if it was possible to incorporate my chastity ring into his band. They came up with several designs then molded the ring and completed the project. We are both so happy with how it turned out and the whole process was smooth and simple with the help of the Kesslers crew.

My husband got my engagement ring there and I was in shock. The ring is amazing and the service you get there is also amazing. Free cleaning and dipping. We just decided to keep going to them for the wedding band. My ring is really unique that I don't know if any other place would have something to go with it and we were not even sure if they did and the one we found is perfect. After looking at multiple stores my husband found his wedding band here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great selection of wedding bands and I ended up finding 2 for myself there. We had our rings engraved and sized with them as well which only took a week. Every time we were there they were very friendly.

Kessler's is definitely the go-to place to shop for an engagement ring and wedding bands. My husband designed my engagement ring and it was beautifully crafted. When we went shopping for wedding bands, they were very honest in telling me that I didn't need a wedding band because my ring was beautiful enough, instead of trying to "up-sell" me. They were very helpful in picking out the wedding band for my husband. Last but not least, their service is great!! They are always so helpful and friendly right when you walk in the door.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Kesslers. He worked with Sara at the Brookfield store. He said she sat and helped him for hours!!!
