Look no further for your wedding caterer than La Petite Pierre! I had some specific requests for the food that I wanted at my wedding. Namely, I wanted stations instead of a buffet or sit down, and I wanted some Indian food and some German food...
to celebrate mine and my new husband’s heritages. Every other caterer I went to with this request didn’t deliver. La Petite Pierre did and took it a step further – they made some interesting “hybrid” dishes. During our tasting, it was clear that they had had a lot of fun preparing our menu, and we couldn’t get enough of the food at just our tasting. The food that showed up at our wedding was just as fantastic! While they are a French restaurant, they can literally do any kind of food and will have a blast doing it. They also have some of the nicest people to work with. Our account manager left a few months before our wedding, but our transition to a new account manager was fairly painless. Ours was the first wedding our new account manager had to coordinate, so we had a few bumps, but nothing major.

I hired La Petite Pierre as my caterer for my wedding at Ault Park in June and had requested a southern theme. When I went in for my tasting, they prepared a wonderful meal: fried chicken with special herbed breading, sauteed beautiful French s...
kinny whole green beans that were still crisp, and creamy grits. We signed on. At my wedding, they had fried chicken with regular breading, soggy American cut green beans like what you'd get at a cafeteria or out of a can, and lumpy grits. I didn't mind the lumpy grits so much--it's hard to cook for a crowd--but I was thoroughly disappointed in the misrepresentation during the tasting of what ingredients would be used in the actual meal. Very misleading.
I gave them two stars rather than one because the serving staff were absolutely lovely, from servers to bartenders.

The appetizers were delicious! The service was great. The main course was slightly less amazing than when we tried it during our tasting - I think that happens when you serve 125. We did not have a cake, instead we had a croque en bouche and...
lavender creme brûlée. The croque en bouche was not appealing to the eye but one taste and you were in heaven. The creme brûlée was not cooked enough. But these were minor flaws to a fantastic French meal.
