sent us home with some thoughts, I put together a spreadsheet for his review - we were friendly, complimentary of his time and looked forward to working with him. He never responded to our request after our meeting nor to the follow ups. Very unprofessional and disrespectful especially considering we were trying to plan for our special event. We will never give him our business at any of his restaurants and will share our experience with others.

food is great, so i decided not to dedicate a ton of time to this. I was also most focused on the band. However, anyone in my parents' generation considers food to be the most important part... so it's important to find a good caterer :). We decided to do stations and Scott and Andy recommended having the food available for 2.5 hours. This way, people could eat, dance, drink, repeat. Kind of at their own pace. It's all a bit of a blur, but I know people loved the food and they're really good at what they do logistically as well. They were a little difficult to get in touch with throughout the planning process, but on the day of the wedding, they executed perfectly and I didn't have to answer a single question or tend to any details. I remember getting a minute to have a cup of the clam chowder- UNREAL. They know what they're doing and execute like professionals. We actually saw them the very next weekend as they catered the rehearsal dinner and goodbye brunch for our friends. It was great to see them and Andy gave us both a big hug. These are the kind of people you want to give your business to.
