Lauren quickly and happily answered my many questions. It helped me feel better and it made a huge difference because you can tell they love what they do and she didn't mind me asking annoying questions. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality you get in both the engagement session and the wedding photos. We live seven hours away and Lauren was constantly keeping in contact with me about the engagement session to make sure we got the best photos we could during a day when the VA weather couldn't make up it's mind. She was so flexible and offered us many options. I'm not sure how she got those photos to turn out so great mid-storm but she must be magic. She was so helpful during the wedding and we loved working with her and Ethan. My husband isn't the best picture taker and hates it, but somehow Ethan got him smiling and they turned out great. The wedding photos are fantastic - I can't stop looking at them. And we got everything back so quick! They capture the best day and I couldn't wait to share them with friends and family. I've had so many people compliment the photographers at the wedding and tell me how great they were constantly capturing details without being in the middle of everything. Then I showed everyone my pictures and I have had so many people tell me how wonderful the pictures are, how much they love them, and how they need to be hanging all over my walls. I'm so happy we decided to contact them and would do the entire thing all over again. They are so sweet, Lauren is still helping me and answering questions after the wedding is over. We can't say enough good things. We loved working with them and highly recommend them!!

e would get along with best. Lauren was recommended by some friends of ours who chose her for an engagement shoot, and we LOVED their pictures. We reached out to Lauren, and she absolutely blew us away! From meeting us in the middle for coffee, coming prepared with a portfolio and a list of FAQs, to having joyous and fun personality that I think anyone could get along with – we were sold. We were excited to set up our engagement shoot (included in the wedding package she offered us!) and were so sad when it looked like it was going to rain! Lauren was in touch all day, with updates that were helpful but not overbearing. I have met very few photographers that will happily reschedule a Friday evening session for another day, just for non-perfect weather. Luckily the weather changed (VA weather just has a mind of its own) and we were able to have our session as planned! We met Ethan for the first time during our session, and he is just the perfect complement to Lauren! You can see clearly just how well they work together, and both were just a blast to be around! They made us feel SO comfortable in front of the camera! Let’s be real, if you’re not a model, kissing on camera can feel very awkward, but I honestly wish I had a little Lauren in my back pocket because she makes us look so much better than anyone else who has taken our picture! Over the next several months I reached out to Lauren often with little wedding questions, which she was so sweet about answers virtually immediately! She never made it seem like I was bothering her, but completely related in all of type-A planning questions. Not only did this lead me to feel excited to see her on our wedding day, but I think it flowed into the way she took pictures, too. She looked for us and our personality, and captured just that. I have received SO MANY compliments on our wedding pictures, and I personally can’t stop looking at them. My father in-law added that she “was worth every penny,” and I couldn’t agree more. Lauren was competitively priced, but by far exceeded any expectation I had. I can’t imagine ever paying anyone else to take my picture!
