ng day, all of the staff members were so attentive to everyone’s needs. We had someone dedicated just for the wedding party to supply us with hors d’oeuvres during our photos. I really appreciated this, because we are often forgotten all of our entrée options were a big hit, they even catered to a vegan friend of mine and she was so thankful. I will say the cake was not our favorite but I’m not a huge cake fan anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. if this is something that is important to you, I would consider this. overall, Nick and his team were amazing. All of our guess were so happy with the food and spoke very highly of it!

enjoyed the nearly 2 years we spent planning our wedding with them. Our onsite oven broke on our wedding day and they prepped and drove food from their restaurant, to our venue. We were completely in awe of this dedication, and more importantly, that we didn't even know there was a problem until after the wedding. Thank you Pangaea!

ss. The tasting was unreal - and so fun! Everything was so delicious that it was difficult to choose what to include on our menu! A few weeks before our wedding I made a change to one of the dessert items and it was no issue! We have allergies in the family and Pangaea assured us it was no issue. On our wedding day, the Pangaea staff were so friendly and attentive. Nick and team are organized, super nice and deliver amazing food! Book Pangaea ASAP!

flexible - he helped us get linens and napkins changed at the last minute without issues and he worked with some special requests and made them all work perfectly! Also, the food was amazing - so many of our guests commented on how good it was and how much they enjoyed the experience of tableside ordering at a wedding. We would recommend Pangaea to everyone!

he lamb meatballs they made for the cocktail hour! Our guests were truly blown away by just how good the food was. Honestly, wedding food can be kind of a drag, but this was above and beyond. This was top notch, 5 star service and food quality. I can't recommend them enough.

Pam is absolutely unbelievable chef-wise and person-wise, and I would recommend her to anyone for any occasion. She was unquestionably wonderful to work with – helping guide us with her knowledge and experience in the wedding scene – and on top of every detail. She is vendor that listens and cares and is genuinely invested in her clients The different elements, creativeness and attention that went into our event could not be paralleled by anyone and we feel so lucky to have had her there for our special day. .Our guests are still talking about how mind-blowing the food was and we are looking forward to making Pangaea Restaurant a staple on our trips up to Vermont. 
