I don’t even have the words to express how incredible Lila and the Crowned Weddings team were — they were truly the heartbeat of our entire wedding day! Hiring Lila was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable, and our day would not have been the smooth, joyful, and stress-free experience it was without her. From the very beginning, Lila was organized, thoughtful, and proactive. She handled every little detail with such care and always went the extra mile to make sure we felt supported and at ease. Anytime something needed to be done, she or her team would immediately offer to take it off our plate so we could stay present and enjoy the moment. When last-minute issues came up — as they always do — Lila handled them so quickly and calmly that I didn’t even have a chance to worry. One of the most memorable moments for me was when our personal flowers were delivered, and I was devastated to see they weren’t at all what I had envisioned. Without hesitation, Lila jumped in, worked her magic, and added new floral pieces on the spot — and the end result was absolutely perfect. I was blown away. She also did the floral arrangement for our welcome sign and it came out STUNNING! So many of our family members came up to me throughout the day just to tell me how wonderful, kind, and helpful Lila was — everyone noticed how much heart she put into making sure everything ran smoothly. From an absolute Type-A, detail oriented bride, I can honestly say Crowned Weddings was my favorite and most essential vendor. I could rave about Lila all day! We had the 6-weeks wedding coordination package and it was worth every penny. Her communication leading up to the wedding was outstanding, her attention to detail was unmatched, and her genuine kindness and passion for her work were felt by everyone around her. If you are lucky enough to have Lila on your team, you are in the BEST hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Incredible experience with the Crowned Weddings team. From the months leading up to the event, we had several meetings to make sure everything would be just right for our ceremony and reception. Lila and her team not only did an amazing job at decorating the church and reception venue, but they also went above and beyond coordinating the whole day so we could just enjoy ourselves. Many of our guests complimented their work and told us it was one of the most beautiful set ups they have seen. You can't go wrong with Crowned Weddings, professional, organized and talented.

Dalila is the ONE that you are looking for to make your dream wedding come true!!! From the first consultation, I could tell how much love she has for this job. Dalila was super fun to work with. She was friendly, personal, and always listened to my inputs. I was very impressed by the way she paid attention to every little detail. To her, nothing is minor, everything is important. Dalila was always available every time I needed her. Whether it’s a late facetime meeting due to my work schedule, or a 5 am text message, she’s always there. She always showed up with so much love and support. At the end of the day, everyone works to earn money. But with Dalila, you can tell, it’s beyond that. It’s a passion. It’s a joy. She truly wants the best for you and wants you to have the dream wedding that you always wish for. Dalila was super organized. She went over the timeline with us and ran the wedding program like a super star. When she told me that all I need to do was to sit back and relax - trust me!! She means it! She was so on top of things that I fully trusted and was carefree and let her take of everything. She wanted to surprise me and my husband with the decoration at our reception. Truly, that design that she came up for our wedding was absolutely breathtaking!! It was a BANG! All of our guests were amazed at how stunning and organized our wedding was! It was such a perfect wedding that we prayed for. Dalila!!! Words really cannot express how grateful we were to have you being a part of our special day. I don't even know where to begin! Lila and her team completely made my wedding dreams come true! She is SO dedicated and unbelievably kind. Lila's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was perfectly coordinated and executed. 3500 characters is not enough to review Lila. This woman is just incredible! She put my worries at ease from the moment we first spoke on the phone. She was always in touch and reachable. She took everything off my plate and ensured I was calm and confident every time we touched base, offering constant reassurance. She put out all the fires in my wedding day, so I could just breathe. She knew everything I wanted a specific way and did all the work to make sure that my vendors carried it out. I wanted pressed linens, and she was down at the venue multiple times making sure I got them! No creases in any of my photos! She brought genuine joy and upbeat energy while my party was getting ready, which really got the party going! My wedding dress was stuffed in a carry on, and she got every single wrinkle out with her steamer. She also predicted every hiccup before it happened. I am not from NOLA and her expertise prevented a lot of errors I would have made on my own— like calling an Uber instead of walking to my photo location thinking it was only two blocks a way. Our day went off without a hitch. She was go go go keeping everyone on track during photos so we could all focus on being together and making memories. She knew every shortcut and got me to my venue unnoticed for the big reveal. She stayed with me in hiding and made sure I felt good! Then she was right back out to keep time. Having her by my side guiding everything is what made the entire day being perfect possible! She stayed after the reception and coordinated all take downs so I could just go and enjoy my husband and our loved ones. We just adores everything about her! You would be absolutely foolish not to hire her for your big day. It was the best decision we made for our wedding! Also, even though this was not my wedding— I want to brag on her: SHE PUT ON A WEDDING WITHOUT A HITCH DURING A TROPICAL STORM! If that’s not enough reassurance that she’ll be here for you and get it all done, I don’t know what is!

i cannot say enough wonderful things about Dalila and Crowned Weddings. she was instrumental in making my wedding day run seamlessly in one of the busiest places during one of the busiest weekends of the year in new orleans (i got married in jackson square during labor day weekend). in the weeks coming up to my wedding, she was in constant contact with myself and all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. she had a positive, kind, and professional demeanor and went above and beyond to answer questions and give advice for the weekend of my wedding. if there is one person you want on your side to coordinate your wedding to give yourself a stress-free day, it’s Dalila!

We booked Lila and her team for my daughter's wedding for the 6 week coordinator package. From the first sit down we had with her to the actual wedding day, she was nothing but cheerful, helpful, and organized. She took every opportunity to make things happen for us in a seamless fashion. She knew exactly what she was doing and even provided an attendant for my daughter on the day of the wedding who couldn't have been more accommodating. Her lovely personality just makes what could be a stressful day fun and relaxed. Everyone said it was the best wedding they ever attended. Definitely hire for a flawless wedding execution!

INCREDIBLE! Where do I even begin?! Crowned Weddings, Dalila, and her team were absolutely amazing with helping me (the bride) and my family plan the absolute best wedding my husband and I could have ever asked for! Dalila was so so helpful, personable, fun to work with, accommodating, encouraging, caring, and so much more. She, as well as her whole team, were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and a tremendous blessing! She helped me with picking great vendors, ordering/designing/putting together all of our stationary and accommodating multiple requests for that, did all of our gorgeous decoations for wedding and rehearsal dinner, handled all the vendor interactions for us, and coordinated our entire wedding day start to finish to where my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day stress free! Also, the cost was unbeatable for all that they did for us - planning an amazing wedding with 125 guests in 7 months! I felt cared for and heard as a bride, and I also appreciated her inclusion of my husband, my family, and my husband's family in the process too! 10/10 would recommend Crowned Weddings for wedding planning and coordinating services!

I cannot say enough good things about Lila and her staff. Lila's organizational skills coupled with a pleasant, upbeat and calm personality and a superb sense of style and romance were a gift to all of us! Lila served as coordinator for all the planning that took place over the last 6 months. I was the mother of the groom, but was involved more than usual because the bride's parents were not local. Lila created a planning time line and kept us to it, so that by the end, there was no stress or scrambling. Helped with invitations and other printing needs. She helped select and then coordinated with the venue and vendors, giving clear expectations to all. Even handled a few last minute "surprises" for the bride and groom. All while staying within the budget or giving clear information about what various choices would cost. When the big day finally arrived, Lila and her staff were busy with last minute details and verifications, along with beautiful decorations and special touches. But they were eager to serve with smiles on their faces, helpful but not intrusive. Overall, I would describe Lila as a true gem! She was instrumental in creating a perfect wedding day! Worth every penny!

I am the Mother of the bride and I worked directly with Dalila, the owner of Crown Weddings. Oh my gosh, Dalila and her team did an outstanding job, they were very professional and always respected my opinions for the wedding decorations, entertainment , etc. We planned the wedding of my daughter in only 7 months and everything went according to plan. At the last minute , I added some entertainment for the wedding ( Salsa dancers and Jazz band) and Dalila worked diligently to make it happen. Her communication with me was outstanding. Her professionalism and knowledge was reflected in the way the wedding was executed from the ceremony to the reception. Also, she did a beautiful job decorating the venue for the rehearsal dinner. She went above and beyond. Also, a few days before the wedding her team was working on the wedding programs and never complained about it, they just did what the bride wanted them to do. Her 2 assistants were amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. I saw good team work in them. They all kept the wedding progressing at a good pace. I strongly recommend Crown Weddings . If you hire them, you will have no regrets.

OMG Lila and her team were amazing, from start to finish! Lila met with us and from the get go, she was super helpful and wanted to help us have an amazing wedding. We had a 1920's theme and Lila's enthusiasm just excited all three of us! Of course we ran into some issues with some of the venders and Lila was there to handle them keeping our busy day stressless for me and my bride. I couldn't recommend her enough! If you're running a big event, book her! She's amazing and so is her crew!

Lila and her team were an ABSOLUTE dream and I am forever grateful to have found them! The stress of planning a wedding on top of having a full time job, starting a new business and moving was A LOT and her team took away all of the stress and made me and my husband feel confident that no matter what, it was going to be the perfect day! From the moment we met during our discovery appointment through clean up after brunch the day after the wedding, they went ABOVE and beyond! Lila really made us feel heard and worked so hard to make our dream wedding a reality. It truly was the PERFECT day!
