He has spent the last few years transforming the property into a rustic, outdoor wedding venue, complete with handmade wooden tables, Benches, and decor that he builds himself. When he is not walking couples through the fields to plan their ceremonies, Jose can be found tending to the animals, maintaining the land, and finding new ways to keep the venue welcoming, affordable and down to earth for every celebration.
