Very unprofessional. She double booked 2 brides for one day. Promised partial refund and never followed through. Lies lies and more lies

She absolutely met and exceeded what I wanted. She made sure that she keep in contact with the hotel on her own and she was prompt in getting the venue decor up and came and picked up when the event was done. She also listened to what I wanted and what i didn't want. She made sure that she brought our vision to life. She is a wonderful and professional person.
