I was going to purchase a engagement-wedding ring from Tobin Jewelers in New Berlin and paid them $400 to make a wax mold of the ring. After they gave me the drawings for the wax mold, they told me I had to give them another $400 because the f...irst $400 was only for the engagement ring, and not the wedding band. When I told them this was not right and I would not do business with Tobin, the owner Craig Tobin called me and accused me of trying to "weasel out" of buying the ring because I didn't want it any longer. When they tried to charge me the additional $400 I went to Kessler's Diamonds and purchased a ring and it was a great experience. I have never seen such an unprofessional person as Craig Tobin and I would NEVER recommend doing business with them.
