Walk In wedding is a wedding venue situated in Chattanooga, TN. This space offers you and your love the opportunity to elope together in the Tennessee River Gorge.
With stunning mountain vistas and wooded walkways in a breathtaking natural setting, Walk In Wedding offers an ideal backdrop for your nuptials. You and your partner can celebrate the wonderful occasion of your union with up to eight of your closest friends and family for a truly meaningful and authentic event that speaks to who you are as individuals and as a couple. From traditional weddings to Wiccan ceremonies, elven gatherings, vampire or dark celebrations, and more, you and your future spouse will be able to have the wedding that you desire. You can choose to have either a daytime betrothal or a nighttime festivity.
You and your loved ones will get up to three hours at this lovely property. You will even have the opportunity to choose and bring your own food and drinks for the event. This helpful and friendly team will work with you to help make your dream wedding a magical, wonderful reality. The crew is made up of state-licensed notary publics. Gardens in the Gorge was an amazing venue to get married at. We had a late spring wedding (end of May), and the whole site was beautiful! The landscaping was immaculate and provided beautiful colors for photos. There are multiple areas for pho...
tos that all look very different from each other, so you get a good variety of backgrounds. The cottages on-site were very convenient to rent for the weekend. The getting ready areas in the reception hall provided a good amount of room for my wedding party.
All staff members were so kind and helpful. Mary Edwards, the in-house planner, did an amazing job at planning our wedding! She was great!
I liked how no matter what wedding theme you choose, it will look beautiful in the reception hall. Plus the view of the mountains and river look great for photos. The venue also has many wedding items you can borrow for your wedding. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

d intimate ceremony (we chose to do a reception at a restaurant downtown for simplicity sake). We did not even need to have a wedding planner/coordinator (although not a bad idea). We barely had to spend any money on decorations because the venue and surrounding landscape itself is gorgeous and was even more beautiful than I initially remembered. Thank you to Gardens in the Gorge for providing the perfect atmosphere for us to say “I do”. ❤️

I can only speak as a guest, because I wasn't involved in any of the planning. Shuttle system worked efficiently, and even with about 100 guests, the buffet system seemed to progress fairly quickly. Dinner and cake were delicious. Sound system ...
indoors and out functioned reliably and at appropriate decibels. Although I wouldn't have been privy to any disconnects between planning and performance, the evening seemed to flow seamlessly from the perspective of a friend of the family
