I decided to have my wedding at my parents farm in SC and was worried what I was asking them for might be too much of an undertaking but they made me feel like this was going to be the most perfect venue from day one. I’m indecisive but these ladies gave me specific options and made decision making much easier. They took care of everything the day before and day of my wedding. They contacted all the vendors and ensured me nor my fiancé or family had to worry about any details the day of even though it was at my parents house. Everyone kept talking about how perfect the venue was and that was all because of Raechel and Madison’s hard work and wonderful decorating abilities. My mom grew the flowers but Raechel and Madison helped her with all the table arrangements and decorations all around the farm and they looked amazing! I can’t say enough about how easy they are to work with and how thankful I am to have picked them for our coordinators. Their communication is amazing and their prices are very reasonable especially for all the time and effort you get from them!

The month leading up to our wedding they had a one-on-one with us to receive all the details they needed that would allow them to completely take over our vendor list. They sent out wedding day timelines to all of our vendors making sure everyone knew where they needed to be at what time. On the day of, they literally took care of us all from getting me a protein smoothie so I wouldn’t be hungry throughout the day, to finding a ton of safety pins when my bridesmaids asked if they had any. Everything we needed that day, we had. I’m sure things probably did not go well behind the scenes but honestly I wouldn’t have even knew. That’s how hands-on and engaged they were. As a bride you don’t want to worry or stress the day of and they made sure that every issue was taken care of without me even knowing if there was a problem. They contacted all my vendors ensuring they were on time and where they needed to be on the wedding day while simultaneously decorating my entire ceremony space. There was not one thing on the timeline that ended up being delayed. Every aspect of the wedding was perfectly on time and sometimes even a few mins early, that’s how well they drew this timeline out and executed it. At the end of the night I had COUNTLESS people coming to me and my husband saying how well the flow of the wedding was, how no one had to wait to eat too late or even feel like the wedding was so choppy that they couldn’t enjoy it. We got so many compliments on the coordination of our wedding, it’s unbelievable. I don’t normally write reviews but I could not pass up the opportunity to recommend these two ladies! They are the absolute best! Take it from a picky bride lol. You and your wedding guests will NOT be disappointed! They are so nice, so professional, and so talented in what they do. Let me also add that they created both my wedding arch arrangements and my bouquet! They’re a one stop shop haha!! Look no further, book them! You won’t regret it!

day of our wedding, sweet Rachel arrived on-time for set up with a green face and trembling hands. She fell ill to food poisoning the night before, but fought through to make sure the last minute details were handled perfectly. Talk about dedication!!! Our surprise wedding was a success and the guests went on and on about Rachel - asking if she could plan other, non-wedding, events for them.
