I wanted street tacos for late night food and they made it happen. But they weren’t just ready to serve street tacos, they made them on the spot so they were fresh and hot for every guest! Their team was so helpful and thought through every detail. I cannot stress enough how organized they were! I had a pleasure working with Candy and Beth!

The county and Zilli and us had several miscommunications that led to frustrations and finger pointing from higher ups on both sides that was frankly unprofessional. We had to switch to the Miller Room 2 months before our wedding, which ZIlli helped us with, but we were not happy with. The wedding ended up beautiful and they were able to transfer literally everything over to the new venue with no extra charges except a shuttle bus from the ceremony venue to the reception. Yvette and Cheyenne who we worked directly with as our assigned wedding coordinators were amazing. But literally everyone else we worked with in Zilli was difficult to work with and liked to give half truths. Anyway, the food was FANTASTIC!! The wedding turned out beautiful and I have no regrets going with Zilli.

i catering treated us with the care you would expect for much larger parties. Not only did the one of the owners stop in to check but Rhonda did a phenomenal job in set up. Our theme was a rustic theme and the dishes, and design they had matched perfectly without needing our guidance. The food was a focal point of the wedding. The family could not stop talking about the food especially the Squash Ravioli and Waldorf Salad. The family was asking how they could get a recipe. The price was perfect and reasonable. We will be having a post Covid reception don’t need to think at all to make a decision to use Zilli hospitality again!

The day went flawlessly, everything was set up on time, we didn't use Zilli for the desserts, but the bakery dropped everything off and Zilli made the rest happen. It was a beautiful display! The hors devours were so cute and unique. Zilli staff were very easy to communicate with and handled our wedding in a pandemic with grace, making it the safest possible. They have great deals for Friday weddings, highly recommend if you are doing a Friday wedding. Their mini desserts were a huge highlight and disappeared so quickly. Even their waiters and waitresses they hired were so great and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!!

om the moment we met Roxann at the wedding show in January we knew Coast and its staff was the venue for a beautiful event. With enthusiasm and professionalism Roxann had clearly conveyed what our choices were and she made it easy to make decisions for a wonderful day. Deanna was a joy to work with because she was so promptly responsive to all emails and phone calls. Her patience and excellent listening skills made this mother of the bride so at ease and I knew at all times during the planning process that Deanna had taken care of all aspects of the event. She worked very hard to complete the final contract to accommodate our schedule and that was very much appreciated. Although there were some staffing changes at Adorn, we were able to work through the changes and the staff created some beautiful floral pieces that were exactly what Ali had requested and actually exceeded our expectations. So lovely! The wedding day was wonderful, free of stress because of the Coast staff. The food and drinks were amazing. Delicious appetizers, yummy entrees and even the cutest desserts made for a happy celebration for our guests. The servers were efficient and friendly. Rob would like to give a special thank you to Katie for her thoughtful service all night long. He really appreciated Katie's attention to details and her making sure everyone was well taken care of during the evening. Mc Kenna also did a fine job to make sure the night went off without a hitch and she succeeded. Ali would especially like to thank her for getting her through the kitchen for a secret trip to the ladies room before the ceremony. Whew! Thanks, Mc Kenna! What a wonderful team you have assembled for executing beautiful, carefree events. We could not be happier with the process and the fabulous final outcome, a gorgeous wedding!

Candy was accommodating with special requests and was extremely helpful at our final walk through and was even all hands on deck on the day of helping wherever she was needed - even helping out with other vendors tasks! Tyler was our event manager - we had heard great things about him beforehand which is why we requested him for our wedding night. He was very present and checked in on myself and my husband to make sure we were doing okay throughout the night. Additionally, the staff seemed very professional and had an appropriate sense of urgency to get everyone served in a timely matter. The food was outstanding - both passed apps and the main dinner portion - and we heard this from many guests. We are thankful for the entire Zilli's team work and dedication to making our special day a success. 10/10 would recommend.

Before our wedding - All of my emails and phone calls were returned within 48 hours and Roxann or her team were always willing to answer any and every one of my questions - no matter how silly they seemed. There are so many options for decor, timeline, etc all the little details that made our day so special and Roxann took her time to explain all of them and help us make the day perfectly ours. Day of -- Roxann was there to make sure all our other vendors were set up properly and such. She was in contact with me and my husband the whole morning and made sure things stayed on schedule. When it came to dinner - we had one server who kept checking in on just my husband and I which we both thought was the perfect touch. The staff also made sure we had a plate of our cocktail hour snacks as we didnt get a chance to try them during cocktail hour because of photos. The food was amazing - shoutout to the chefs! - people still talk about it months later. Everything about our day was perfect and Zilli's was such a huge part of that! We cant thank them enough for everything!

s. If you don't have strong opinions on how your wedding day should go, it can feel somewhat overbearing, but it's hard to complain about them caring TOO much. You definitely pay for the great service, and the all-inclusive pricing that they offer isn't quite as straight-forward as they advertise, but overall, we are very satisfied with them and would recommend.

staff...if one was sick for our day, another one could take over. We did a private tasting and then a group tasting and both were beyond anything we expected. The food was amazing...not like wedding food at all. The staff was so professional and attentive. The best part about the tastings was that looking back, it was an accurate representation of what we'd be getting on our wedding day. Candy and Beth were awesome to work with. We got a lot of compliments on the food. People actually said, "it wasn't your typical wedding food". We had to have our ceremony inside our reception area because of the weather. Zilli arrived 2 hours before the ceremony started which I think is standard for them and was plenty of time for their setup, but it caused some stress for our florist because she needed the linens down before she could do anything. If I could do it again, I would pick up all of the table linens on Friday to have those down first thing on Saturday. Overall though, amazing experience with them!

My husband and I appreciated having two of their associates help us get our food during the wedding. The mini dessert station was a big hit. There are good caterers to be found anywhere - what is different about the Zilli people is that you could tell in their faces, in their voices and how they operated at our event that they are really have fun with what they do. They are expert at service, expert at food quality and expert at making sure everything is done exactly the way you wanted it. But what I didn't expect was how much fun they were to be around. The bar tending staff was having fun serving others, and it was that way until the very end. It was just a wonderful experience for our families and I am so very thankful my daughter is smart and knew what she was doing when she picked her groom and her caterer! henomenal! Everything was so good and it was hard to pick a menu. We worked with Paula, who helped us to select food that went well together. Throughout the planning process, Paula and Rachel were extremely responsive and helpful. On the our wedding day, we could not believe how good the food was! We got so caught up in the day that we didn't make it to the dessert table, but guests came up to us and said everything was great. I even had a friend reach out to me and say it was the best wedding food she ever had! Every detail was taken care of and the bar service was great as well. I also wanted to take a moment and thank Nick and the rest of the staff from Zilli's for helping out my husband's grandma. She has an oxygen tank and has difficulties standing for long periods of time. During the cocktail hour everyone made sure to stop and ask her if she wanted something. During dinner, Nick made her a plate so she didn't have to get up for our buffet. The staff really went above and beyond! Thank you for making our day so wonderful!!

Our guests loved the ‘mix and mingle’ idea with the stations and it allowed the night to flow exactly as we had wanted it to. The Zilli’s staff on site were phenomenal! The day-of manager checked in with us discreetly throughout the night to keep us updated and the serving/cleaning staff made sure that they set out one of everything for the two brides at our table as well as kept fresh drinks from the bar coming to us all night. All of our guests raved about the food, with many saying it was ‘the best food at a wedding they had ever had!’ We were very happy with the price of everything that was provided as well as the communication throughout the year with Candy and her staff. We highly recommend Zilli’s for any events as they went above and beyond our expectations!

It was nice having an all-inclusive price including tablecloths, cake-cutting, gratuity, dinnerware, etc, which made planning and budgeting a much less stressful task. Also, we went with Adorn for our flowers, which was even more convenient for pricing and delivery on the day of, seeing as they are partnered with Zilli's. Our flowers were far beyond what we could have imagined - they were so beautiful and fresh, and we allowed our florist to use her own discretion with the centerpiece arrangements which was a wonderful decision. We received countless compliments on the food, flowers, and staff services on our wedding day. Overall, the services that ZHG and Adorn provide are professional, high-quality, thoughtful, and well worth their value!

job cut out for him because I was a pretty darn good cook, and he totally showed up! ;-) I've been to plenty of weddings where the food is sub-par to just decent. Really... simply delicious!!! In case anyone wants to know what we had, we enjoyed a buffet of braised short ribs (outstanding) grilled chicken in a lemon cream sauce (delish) and a watermelon salad to die for, along with another amazing cucumber/tomato salad, some green beans with tomatoes, potato wedges .. and I may be forgetting something, but that is the gist. Just yum!! Appetizers were again - terrific! I personally did not get to sample all as I was a little busy, but I didn't hear any negative feedback, and those that I did sample were amazing. And service was amazing too! The bar staff was friendly & pouring like mad. Everyone was happy! I think a small incident at the end of the festivities happened where a staff member took away a fresh drink a little too early, but that was understandable and was taken care of. I can't remember the name of the lady (in charge) who came to me to discuss that they were packing up and leaving us with a few staff to finish up the celebration, but she was just terrific too - kind, caring and concerned about ensuring the Bride & Groom were happy & satisfied. Thank you for that!! GREAT job you guys! Class act start to finish and we couldn't have been any happier! The Bride & Groom were so happy with everything. Can't recommend this vendor enough!

cally used for weddings, found creative solutions for logistical issues, coordinated a tasting with the amazing Chef Rachel so we could get our menu just right, contacted multiple lighting companies and helped us negotiate contracts, and made sure the day-of went smoothly. We hired a month-of coordinator from an outside company who dropped the ball on many things, but there Jan and Amber were, ready to pick up the slack. When Zilli says they're full-service, they mean it. I also need to mention the food. My fiance was hesitant to go with a "wedding caterer" because he didn't want typical "wedding food." But Zilli and Chef Rachel specifically accommodated all of our requests and made suggestions outside of the listed choices. Suffice it to say, it was a sea of clean plates at the wedding. Everyone raved that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. It's now two weeks after our wedding and guests are still talking about it. From start to finish, we received exceptional treatment from the Zilli team. We were never pressured to spend over our budget, and the value we got for what we did spend was unbeatable. Our wedding was worth every penny (and more). If you're on the fence, go with Zilli. You will be happy you did.

g. The food at the tasting was phenomenal and helped us choose ZHG as our caterers, as well as the fact that the Domes was available on our chosen wedding weekend. We chose Sunday due to the cost savings and gave our guests an extra day to travel from out of state. We also received an additional enhancement from Zilli for choosing Sunday, which removed a lot of stress from me, as we used it to have their staff set up our decorations prior to the event. Roxann was wonderful throughout the planning process and addressed all of our questions and concerns, as well as changes and updates, as they arose. On our wedding day, the decorations were set up exactly as in the pictures I had provided. Megan was our on-site even coordinator, and she and Roxann went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned, even making sure the wedding crashers were quietly asked to leave. We selected hors d'oeuvres so that our guests weren’t so hungry during the hour we set aside for pictures. Throughout dinner, my husband and I heard multiple people comment to their table-mates about how tasty the food was. The miniature desserts were so worth the investment and helped us save on how much we spent on cake. All the food tasted exactly as we remembered from our tasting. Throughout the night, all the staff made sure that my husband and I were hydrated and fed. They set aside hors d'oeuvres before dinner and miniature desserts and cake after dinner. We were so busy with everything that we didn’t really have time to stop for anything, and they made sure we were able to taste the food we picked out. If you are considering the Domes as your venue and debating if the Light Show is worth the expense, it definitely is. This was the one thing I did not plan myself for the wedding, so it was a huge, fantastic surprise when a “Star Wars Medley” was announced. It was hands-down my favorite part of the reception. Everything went so smoothly, a big part of which was Roxann’s excellent coordination and communication with us throughout the planning process. Our night was truly unforgettable. ave a lot of food allergies and sensitivities in our family and we were the most concerned about making sure people were able to eat the majority of the food served at our wedding. When we got to our tasting Zilli's had already prepared all of our appetizer and entree choices to accommodate my father's gluten allergy and on the big day they made my grandmother her own black pepper free plate of food to accommodate her allergy and served it right to her table even though we had opted into a buffet service for our event. She was absolutely thrilled and felt so much better knowing that she didn't have to worry about making sure she could eat everything on her plate! The entire staff made sure us and our guests were completely taken care of from start to finish and we got so many compliments on the food and their services throughout the evening.
