Alyssa Longobucco is an editor, content creator, and stylist with over ten years of editorial experience and a focus on creating content in the lifestyle, home, and wedding spaces. Alyssa’s original content, projects and expert advice has been featured in dozens of top-tier publications and platforms, including The Knot, Good Housekeeping, The Kitchn, Apartment Therapy, Cosmopolitan, Macy's, The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, Insider, Bustle, USA Today, Good Morning America and more. She recently transitioned into freelance work after serving as a Senior Style and Planning Editor for The Knot for over three years. Alyssa and her husband are currently renovating a 200-year-old home in New York.
Experience
Alyssa started her career as a Freelance Fitness Assistant for SELF. She was quickly promoted to Editorial Assistant. Alyssa was then hired by Hearst Magazines as an Associate Home Editor for Good Housekeeping. After over two years in this position, Alyssa moved into a Senior Style and Planning Editor position with The Knot. She was responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and editing original content for the regional and national publications of The Knot magazine. She also developed The Knot Registry Awards, worked with the art team to produce and style numerous photoshoots for each issue, and wrote rich digital content with a focus on planning, style, and registry. In September 2020, Alyssa transitioned to freelance editorial and styling work.

Alyssa received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations, and Psychology from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
