Esther is the Senior Editor at The Knot, specializing in news, trending, and thought leadership content. A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, she is now a proud New Yorker who is deeply invested in the growth and stability of the Greatest City in the World. Her interests largely involve adventure and finding one-of-a-kind experiences: traveling to awe-inducing destinations, reading about far-flung places, writing fiction for fun, exploring pockets of NYC, and building a brighter world ahead.

Esther joined the wedding industry in 2016 as the Senior News Editor of The Knot, where she built out the News division of the brand. Her greatest accomplishments at The Knot include leading content efforts for the 2018 Royal Wedding, overseeing a partnership with Warner Bros. for the 2018 world premiere of Crazy Rich Asians, and helping couples and the industry navigate COVID-19.

Prior to weddings, she diligently nurtured her expertise in the entertainment and lifestyle fields, first at the Philadelphia Inquirer’s digital properties, where she trained under Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists and staffers who taught her the foundation of journalism.

That role was then followed by a fast-paced, three-year stint at Us Weekly, where she served as a staff editor thriving most during breaking news beats and awards seasons. A master interviewer with an innate curiosity, Esther has published interviews and built a rapport with some of the most admired and accomplished names of our time.

Esther holds a B.A. in International Politics with a concentration in History from the Pennsylvania State University, where she was an active member of THON, sat on the Homecoming Committee, and had an illustrious study abroad experience focused on English Literature.
