3 Women and an Oven

We had 3 Women and an Oven make our two-tier wedding cake and babycakes! They made sure to call a few days before the wedding to verify the design, flavors, and delivery location. Everything they made was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about the babycakes. They also provide a complimentary one-year anniversary cake so we didn't need to freeze our top layer. Would highly recommend them!

They did a great job with our wedding cake! Delivered and set up on time, looked absolutely beautiful, and tasted amazing! Their variety of unique flavors was what drew us in from the beginning! Our guests loved the cake and we got a lot of guests asking where the cake was from. We will definitely be going back to them for our future cake needs!

I used them before for cakes...phenomenal! But this time I decided to try their macaroons. I placed the order and set my pickup time for 3:00-3:30pm. First problem...I received a call at 2:30 asking if I could come now because the manager had an emergency and needed to go. I explained to the staff that I am driving into town from Oklahoma and I’m unable to pickup at that time. 2nd problem...I get the macaroons and look inside and received different size macaroons. See attached. The red velvet macaroons are not red velvet but in fact they’re chocolate frosting inside. See attached photos. I’m really upset because these were for a special event for my friends. UPDATE: Brought macaroons back at the request of the owner Joylene. Out of the 18 macaroons that we ordered at a very expensive price tag for $44.19, there were 14 to have not been touched nor eaten. Joylene calls me back and starts to pick a part my issues with these macaroons, and then informs me that she put for half eaten macaroons and the other 14 in her freezer for her baker to take a look at. She informs that she refused to give me a refund So at this point-She keeps the product and the money, And offers me no solutions to this issue. I did pointed out how disgusting it was that she took the product back and put it in her freezer, Joylene quickly corrects her statement stating that they’re in the trash. So when I asked how am I supposed to get any product back if she’s not gonna give me my refund, she said she’ll pick it out of the trash for me and give it back. Three women use to be an amazing bakery, but with this woman stated to me was disgusting and rude. I’ll never do business with her again. So at this point I’m out the money and out my products. I guess I have to call the health department and my credit card company!

Jolene was so great to work with! We wanted something for the cake they had never done before. She tested it out without us even confirming them as our cake company and they completely nailed it! Also, their cakes taste amazing and our guests loved it! Thank you so much 3 Women & an Oven!!

Our wedding cakes were amazing!! Our guests are still telling us how good they were! The staff was always friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be using 3 women and an oven for future dessert needs!

Jolene made us the cake of OUR DREAMS. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I didn’t want. I also appreciated that she didn’t charge us for a tasting (many vendors I considered do, which I think is insane). The cake was picture perfect and absolutely delicious. She also made us a groom’s cake that was incredible and connected with our vendors to take care of delivery on the day of, taking it off our plate, which we very much appreciated. We will go back for all of our cake needs!

From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding three women and an oven was fantastic to work with! They helped me pick cake size and flavors when I really had no idea what I wanted. When the desserts arrived the day of, everything looked perfect and tasted amazing. We had so many people say that everything was amazing. Our wedding cake was almond and lemon raspberry, the grooms cake was carrot cake which was a crowd favorite. We also got an assortment of cookies, brownies and baby cakes. They also showed up on time and were always very friendly and cared about my wedding. Couldn’t recommend them more! Made our special day spectacular!

3 Women and an Oven were so easy to work with, especially considering we dealt with them all the way from Chicago. Our cakes came out BEAUTIFULLY and were so delicious! So many of our guests complimented the cakes as well. Highly recommend!

We sat down and designed a custom cake while working hand in hand with the baker. It was a great union of what we liked online and in our mind with the expertise in design, flavor, and presentation that comes with a 3 Women and an Oven cake. Great service and the mini cakes taste amazing

My husband and I wanted a variety of dessert flavors for our reception. Originally we wanted to do different flavors of pies but thought that would be too hard to serve everyone (we were expecting about 100 guests). I ended up doing research for bakeries that offered cupcakes. 3 Women and an Oven ended up being a perfect fit because of their "Baby Cakes". They are the perfect size because they are smaller than your typical cupcake. We were able to choose 6 different flavors to give our guests a variety to choose from. My favorites were the Lemon Raspberry and Chocolate Peanut Butter. We ended up ordering another 8 dozen baby cakes just a few weeks later for my sister-in-laws baby shower. Could not recommend them enough!

Our cake was PERFECT! 3 Women and and Oven were wonderful to work with. Although we liked every flavor we tried when we visited, we went with a cake with layers of lemon and almond. Both were incredible and I was so happy that we had some leftovers so I could enjoy it for a few days after the wedding! I would absolutely recommend 3 Women and an Oven.

They were wonderful! All of the staff is helpful and made our experience wonderful! We were able to add things even after our tasting. We had SO many compliments about our baby cakes! The fact we get a free cake on our anniversary was also a great surprise to us!

3 Women and an Oven was great to work with for our wedding! They weren't far from our venue so delivery was free and they were great at working with our venue to get the cake set up the day of the wedding. We didn't even have to be there to help, which was a great relief when getting ready.

We loved working with 3 Women and an Oven for our wedding. We had to reschedule our cake tasting and they were so flexible and understanding. Our wedding cake was beautiful and exactly how I pictured it. I will absolutely use them in the future for birthdays and special events.

We ordered two 8 inch, 4 layer cakes. The brides cake was gluten free white cake with a beautiful rosette finish. I didn't know gluten free cake could taste so good! The grooms cake was marble with chocolate buttercream and custom finished to look like tree bark. Everyone was impressed at the tree-look finish. Both cakes were beautifully finished and tasted amazing. I did not have to manage this vendor in any way, they are great at calling you and making sure everything is in line for your wedding day. I would use them again for other events.

Last Friday, we enjoyed our wedding cake made by 3 Women and an Oven. We ordered the Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Filling and Vanilla Buttercream Finish. It came out BEAUTIFUL and was so DELICIOUS! Many of our guests thought the same and paid us compliment! I would like to pay a special thanks to our Wedding Cake Consultant, Christine Sullivan, who worked hard to fulfill our special requests. She was an excellent communicator and professional salesperson. 3 Women and an Oven was a pleasure to work and we will most definitely be repeat customers!

I had a pretty over the top idea about what i wanted to do for my wedding cake and they were able to construct exactly what i wanted. Everyone at my wedding raved about my "suit case" wedding cake with three different colors and flavors. The folks there were really awesome to work with too.

All around outstanding!!! Cakes are yummy and beautiful! This lady has got amazing talent!!! I would definitely recommend her!!!!

From start to finish, our experience with 3 Women and an Oven was nothing short of amazing. We wanted to go a more unconventional route and do a 3-tiered cookie cake. All we brought them was a couple internet pictures and we tried to describe what we wanted. They had never done one before but they went above and beyond to create an amazing, gorgeous, perfect cake that was everything we wanted and more. They aren't afraid to try new things and they are so good at knowing exactly what you want. I even asked them if they could do a surprise groom's cake about 2 weeks before the wedding and they made it happen for me to surprise my husband with. Both cakes were beyond amazing and we are so happy we picked 3 Women and an Oven. We cannot thank them enough for creating our dream wedding cake!

We used 3 Woman and an Oven for our wedding cake. We had the best experience cake testing with Christine - she was so prompt, professional, generous and also made the experience very enjoyable. We definitely left with a sugar high! They are very talented and their wide selection is so yummy and beautiful looking. We chose an assortment of mini cakes and a smaller 3 tiered wedding cake. The best part is they make a new cake for you on your 1 year anniversary so it is fresh and you don't have the freeze it. Our cake and desserts were amazing, but the cake wasn't as polished as I would have hoped for. Also make sure to arrange a cake stand. We had to do a makeshift one. Overall highly recommend 3 Woman and an Oven!

3 Women and an Oven certainly exceeded our expectations for our Wedding Cake and desserts. I'm not a huge dessert fan (I'd rather have cheese or nachos) BUT after the tasting of the babycakes, I BECAME a fan of these sweet treats. We had 5 varieties for babycakes for the guests to enjoy (Almond, Lemon, Italian Wedding, Kailua, and Peanut Butter Chocolate). These were the perfect treat because they were not only super cute, but they were a bite-sized piece of deliciousness. We learned that typically much of the traditional Wedding Cake is thrown away, so this was a great compromise to not waste any and provide a great variety for the guests. As for 3 Women and an Oven, everyone is super helpful and ensured everything looked and tasted delectable. I couldn't be happier with this bakery! Hooray!

As an out-of-town couple, 3 Women and an Oven was recommended by our venue. The cake was the part of the wedding I was most excited about, and Christine did a phenomenal job! We went to a few different tastings, and the one at 3 Women and an Oven was by far the best. Christine was very clear about pricing and she answered every question I had. She also let us try something that we had not requested pre-tasting and we actually ended up picking that option for our cake. We chose 3 cupcake flavors as well as a fourth flavor for the cake, and the cake and cupcakes were exactly as requested on our wedding day. I especially loved the edible glitter on everything! They coordinated scheduling with our venue and made everything extremely stress free. Our guests were absolutely obsessed with every flavor, especially the Coconut Key Lime cupcakes. They still mention the amazing cake now, after 10+ months. I honestly have been looking forward to my anniversary top-tier all year. I would highly recommend 3 Women and an Oven and Christine to anyone!

The cake was delicious and our guests loved it too! They were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I have celiacs and they make gluten free cakes and so we had order gluten free for our cutting cake and ordered other cakes for the guests to also enjoy! We had the most delicious cakes and desserts at our wedding from 3 Women, it was everything we had wanted! Our cake had three different flavors, as well as two additional flavors as sheet cakes. The desserts were delicious as well, we had macarons and sugar drop cookies. I can’t wait to come back and get our anniversary cake! The ladies at 3 Women were very accommodating and flexible with what I wanted, and worked with me all the way up til the wedding.

Three Women and an Oven were a joy to work with for this out-of-town bride! We made an appointment, had a cake tasting, and booked on the spot! Our consultant did not rush us, answered all of our questions, and let us sample macarons as well, which ended up being the hit of our wedding! People could not stop raving about the bride’s strawberry cake and Guinness groom’s cake either! We had hardly any cake left and no macarons at all! They were great to work with via email since we only stopped by once more a year later and they also provided a small discount when they found out the groom was a veteran. I love that they provide you with a small, fresh cake on your anniversary so no need to worry about transporting cake home or unwrapping some freezer-burned mess a year later! We had a simple white cake for photos as well but after seeing some of their creations in the store, I have full confidence they could make anyone’s vision come to life!

3 Women and an Oven = 5,000 happy taste buds! They were so great to work with and were able to provide us an awesome Gluten free wedding cake. Highly recommend!

I had a specific grooms cake and needed it gluten free for the grooms grandmother. Wow was it yummy! Our reception was only quite while the gusets enjoyed their cake! We had a fantastic experience!

I am going to preface this with we gave them a challenge. Space is not a thing that is easily reflected in a cake, but that is what we asked for. Our wedding took place in a planetarium, and I designed all of our wedding stationery using public domain images that were captured by the Hubble Telescope. Naturally, a "normal" wedding cake wasn't in the stars, so to speak. We also really loved different flavors, and Three Women and an Oven has SO many delicious choices. It was difficult to choose! When Christine let us know we could pick different flavors for each tier, well, we did. We were also working within a specific budget, so Christine presented options that helped us get the most out of our budget AND get what we wanted. We ended up with a GORGEOUS three-tier cake that resembled the night sky, complete with nebulae and a bit of glitter, as well as a satellite cake in lemon, and a gluten-free chocolate cake for our friends with Celiac. Due to some wonky things with shifting timelines, I had to have a very, very specific delivery time. Christine and Jayne were very helpful and accommodating, and made sure the cakes got to my reception venue right when it needed to be there. Even though we had planned for more than enough cake to go around, we ended up with only two slices left over, and I am STILL hearing about how amazing the cake was! My advice? Order a little more cake than you need if you want to take any home. ;) Seriously, I can't sing the praises of Three Women and an Oven enough.

So thankful to 3 Women and an Oven for their delicious cake. Our wedding guests loved our Fall flavors (Almond, Carrot, and Red Velvet). The cake matched the pictures we displayed at our initial consultation. I did think the top layer of the cake would be larger in diameter. Our cake toppers were a little over the edges of the cake. Other than that we were very satisfied and are looking forward to our one year cake on our anniversary.

I highly recommend 3 Women and an Oven! They were so amazing to work with and listened to my every need. I was not a picky bride at all. I pretty much knew what I was wanting and they nailed it. When I did have some changes on how many guests were coming, they were ready and willing to change some of my order. They are amazing to work with and get back to you within 24 hours. All of our guests were crowded around our table just waiting for us to cut the cake. They were just as excited about the cupcakes as we were! I can tell you one thing, if you choose 3 Women and an Oven, you will not be disappointed!

I had a vision for exactly what I wanted, and with a sketch and photos, the team was able to deliver exactly what I had pictured! Christine had a lot of patience with us and brought our ideas together so well. She was great to work with! Not to mention, everything tasted absolutely great!! HIGHLY recommend 3 Women & an Oven. The tasting experience was a delight. They offered us any flavor and wanted us to try everything they could make to ensure we were happy with our selections. The vanilla is beyond vanilla, AMAZING. We had four flavors of macarons and they all disappeared at our wedding. Will continue to use this shop for upcoming celebrations. They are professional, easy to work with and deliver on everything.

3 Women and an Oven did an amazing job for our wedding in Overland Park. They were able to accommodate us with exactly what we wanted with just a few weeks notice. We loved being able to try 5 different flavors for your consultation, we ended up choosing two flavors because they were all so delicious we couldn't settle on one! I also love that we get a fresh cake for our 1 year anniversary. We did freeze some of our actual wedding cake which we plan on eating also!

When I showed up for the multiple cake tastings that I did prior to choosing 3 women and an oven I did not realize that I needed to know what, the design, color, size, etc. I honestly just thought I was showing up to taste cake, and as a Type I diabetic, it really wasn’t even an appealing task to me. I knew I wanted to go with Three women the second I walked in the door and Jayne and her team made me feel so comfortable with what I was doing. The turned what was a total necessary wedding task into something super fun and exciting. They had everything under control and made the very little vision that I had completely come to life. I really did not know what to expect the day of my wedding but I have to say that the cake ended up being one of my favorite wedding elements. Not only because it tasted amazing but because it looked FANTASTIC. I could not have asked for anything more and my expectations were totally exceeded. You will not regret ordering your wedding cake from Three Women and an Oven!

I would highly recommend 3 Women and an Oven to anyone! They were extremely nice and professional, and offered excellent customer service for a good price. They really know how to make anything that you ask them to! We showed them a picture of the wedding cake that we wanted, with just a few small tweaks, and they made it perfectly! Not was it only a stunning wedding cake, but also very yummy! We had a whole dessert table of their goodies - several flavors of baby cakes, sugar drop cookies and macaroons. Our favorites were their carrot cake and peanut butter chocolate baby cakes and then their sugar drop cookies! Everything was really good though. They also offer a free, fun consult/tasting appointment to discuss your order! My mom, grandma and I had a blast during this. Their wedding day delivery was very prompt too. Thank you all so much for your hard work, and making our experience memorable!

Every dessert we got from 3 Women and an Oven was fantastic! We had a dessert table filled with sugar drop cookies, naked cakes, and a custom 6 inch cake for the bride and groom. We submitted a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like, and it was absolutely gorgeous. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Good luck trying to pick only a few flavors, they have so many and they are all delicious.

WE LOVED 3 Women and an Oven! My mom, husband and I did a tasting with Jayne and she was so sweet and helped bring our vision to life. We had a three tier cake, two 9" round cakes and cookies. Our cake was stunning and tasted equally as good. Everyone loved all of the different cake flavors. 3 Women and An Oven is 35 minutes from our house but I always make the drive to get their treats. Oh my! Our cake from 3 Women and an Oven was BEAUTIFUL. It was exactly how I wanted it to look and delicious. My husband and I did a cake tasting with Jayne and she is one of the most fun people to work with in the wedding industry. She's creative and she'll make sure you're happy. Our wedding cake was out of this world. Not only did it look gorgeous, but the almond cake with buttercream was the best tasting ever. We should have ordered two cakes our guests loved it that much. We still have guests commenting on how good it was. It looked beautiful! 3 Women And An Oven are amazing. We will be ordering one each year for our anniversary. So good.

Jayne and Christine were absolutely wonderful to work with! The overall experience was awesome. From scheduling an appointment and trying out all their delicious samples of cake (this was fun!), to answering any questions we had, and showing us all of the different sizes and options of cake we could choose from; they were very helpful when making our decision on our wedding cake. They were quick with responding back to us if we had any questions or needed any last minute changes. The day of the wedding, they delivered and set up for us and the cake was exactly what we wanted - and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely worth every penny! I would recommend 3 Women and an Oven to anyone and will be coming back in the future!

Loved using 3 women and an oven for our wedding day!! Highly recommend. ~ Excellent customer service. ~"Wedding Coordinator" was super sweet and very helpful. We did a taste testing and everything was wonderful! ~ We did a smaller 2 tier cake and then 4 full sheet cakes. All different flavors! White champagne, chocolate peanut butter with raspberry filling, lemon raspberry, almond strawberry, chocolate with chocolate ganache, and their pumpkin one. I didn't add any extra toppings besides the regular icing, which helped me stay on budget. It looked beautiful the way they spread it!! I felt like I didn't need anything extra. Then again, I am not a "fru fru" person, so I liked it the way it was :) ~ Most affordable after looking up about 5-6 different cake shops. It helped they had sheets cakes! We had 250 at our wedding, and all but one sheet cake was eaten!! Which I am so thankful for, because of course I was so busy I didn't get to try any of the cake except for what my husband and I gave to each other. So, my family and friends have been eating off the extra one :) I will be going back needless to say and get some more!!

3 Women and an Oven were so great to work with! We met with Christine for our first consultation. She did such a great job explaining things and giving us recommendations. She was very detailed when writing down all that we wanted. We had pumpkin spice cake with rum buttercream filling and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and it tasted amazing! We received so many compliments about how good the cake tasted and how beautiful it looked. Jayne and Christine did such a great job communicating with me and responding to my emails in a timely matter. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend 3 Women and an Oven!

I will attempt to explain how much I love this bakery! 1. I've been a diagnosed Celiac for 10 years. 2. My wedding cake was not only delicious, it fooled non allergy people! 3. I did not get sick from eating Any of the sample treats before the wedding or the cake and macarons day of the wedding. 4. They were very kind and accommodating with my allergy. 5. I ordered a two tier wedding cake, 50 coordinating cupcakes and forty mint chocolate chip French macarons. Not only were they beautiful, they were delicious!!! 6. The cake and macarons were so good I now have a bakery to provide other special occasion cakes in the future, macarons for when I need a sweet treat fix and I can recommend them to other Celiacs and regular foodies. 7. The cake was decorated beautifully and covered in edible glitter to my delight. If youre picky about deco I would bring pics. I didn't do this because I didn't have time. The cake was lovely regardless. 8. The vanilla cake tasted like traditional sponge cake and not the light and airy white cake of wheatness. (I have yet to encounter a better white cake than this bakery!). The lemon curd filling was also fabulous. As was the buttercream. So rich! 9. My only suggestion to this awesome bakery is this. Explore additional cake flavor a like chocolate, carrot/spice, & red velvet. Those particular cake textures are easier to mimic from traditional wheat based flavors. I also want to eat it! :D. 10. Set up and delivery were perfect. Now go reserve a cake!

We did cookies along with an ice cream bar and our guests expressed extreme delight. Personally I thought the cookies were fabulous, the staff was easy to work with along with polite. I would highly recommend 3 Women and An Oven.

Three Women and an Oven has been our favorite bakery for over a decade. Located in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, it is our "go-to" for parties, holidays, or those days when you've gotta have something sweet. So of course, it was our first choice when we began our search for the perfect wedding cake. The question: Would we be able to afford it? After all, their desserts are unparalleled in their design and taste, and the customer service is top-notch. The answer: Yes! We could! Yea! Christine was our special sales rep and was our contact from the very first meeting up until the wedding day, when she went the extra to come to our downtown KC venue after hours to set up our wedding cake and the accompanying huge dessert buffet that included all sorts of mini-cakes, brownies and cookies. Prompt, reliable, affordable, and delicious... I could go on, but the take-away is this: They will make you feel like yours is the World Series of weddings. Pardon the baseball reference - the KC Royals just won it all!

I ordered an intricate sculpted cake for my wedding from these ladies, and it turned out amazing! It was a surprise for my husband, and he LOVED it, and it was a huge hit amongst our guests too! They definitely took the time to understand my vision and delivered a cake that was better than I could've imagined.

Delicious and the cake looked amazing!! We had naked caked with vanilla and lemon and it was just delicious! The cake turned out to be way better than I had imagined in my head. As a person, who does not like very sweet cake, it worked well for all the guests. It was just right amount of sweet that people kept on wanting more!!!

My daughter and her future husband did not want a wedding cake, but thought brownies would be ok. After researching some bakeries in Kansas City, I found great reviews for 3 Women and An Oven. My husband and I went to their shop and tasted their brownie which was delicious! We took one to have our daughter and her now husband try them. As we were leaving we also saw the lemon bars, so we took one of those also. They loved both of them, so we ordered some of each for the wedding, as well as a few macaroons for our gluten free guests. We had "fairydust" sprinkled over them for a more festive look. Both the brownies, lemon bars, and macaroons were a hit, but we actually ran out of the lemon bars and macaroons. We also had them delivered. Jayne actually called me the day of the wedding to confirm everything which I appreciated. Great friendly service and delicious desserts! I recommend them, especially, as in our case,for non-traditional wedding desserts.

I used 3 Women and an Oven as our vendor for our dessert table at our wedding. It was a huge hit! Not only did we have our traditional cake frosted to match our colors, we also had a groom's cake made to look like a baseball as well as a variety of 8 other items. Everyone loved the choices and my gluten free guests loved the gluten free options they have. Delivery was on time and perfect and they are amazing, wonderful women to work with. I felt completely at ease that they would make my ideas come to life and they did! 3 Women and an Oven is a trustworthy, bride pleasing vendor that I'd recommend to anyone!

I would not use them again because they were too pricey and their product was not good. Many guest disliked the cake it was too sweet and very much overpriced.

Can't say enough about 3 Women and an Oven! Their cakes are not just works of art, they are delicious! The cake was supposed to be "my desert", as my husband has never been a cake fan, and asked for an ice cream sundae bar for himself. He LOVED our Key Lime Coconut cake, and couldn't get enough! Just this week, he tried to convince me to eat the anniversary slice in our freezer because he loved it so much, haha! Our guests also raved about the distinctive tropical flavor, and elegant design. Really unlike anything I've had at a wedding before. As for service, from our first visit, Christine was very attentive and open to our ideas and vision for our wedding cake. We wanted something simple, but elegant, with sugar anemones and our monogram as a topper. The team was able to recreate our monogram exactly, and made beautiful sugar flowers that matched those in my bouquet, which were so lovely, we've kept them as keepsakes. When several out-of-town guests let me know they wouldn't be able to make it last-minute, Jayne and Christine were kind enough to review our order, and scale down the cake to accommodate a smaller headcount. Delivery was prompt and courteous from their Overland Park bakery to my Downtown KCMO venue. The cake was a gorgeous focal point at our reception, and a sweet reminder of our big day. They are pricier than other bakeries, but you absolutely get what you pay for in quality, service, and artistry. I would order from them all over again. Can't wait for our anniversary to pull that last slice from the freezer!

3 Women and an Oven came through again. Years ago they did the bride's graduation. She was excited with the attention they paid to her ideas. We had several calls that changed things even up to 3 days prior to production. The cakes were delivered on time, setup and were ready when we arrived. Everyone raved on the flavors especially the Lemon and German Chocolate on a hot july afternoon.

Working with Jayne and Christine at 3 Women and an Oven was a breeze. I planned my wedding in Kansas City from out of town and they made things simple to do over the phone and email. While there were bakeries in the area that offered a lower price we fell in love with their cake once we tried it. I couldn't turn down the lemon and my husband had to have the carrot cake for his groom's cake! I would highly recommend 3 Women and an Oven to any bride still shopping for their cake.

We used 3 Women and an Oven for our wedding cupcakes; Jayne, who I worked with, was super flexible and easy to work with. They baked five different kinds of cupcakes for us (I changed my mind so many times...and they were fine with that!). Communication was easy and prices were reasonable. Everything was really flexible. We paid a little extra for drop off and pick up-I suggest this. Highly recommended.

The best cake and it looked perfect. They also helped me with a surprise wedding cake. I can not say enough about the service and quality you receive. Yum!

The cake was amazing! We did a three tiered cake and two smaller cakes. We had a really hard time deciding what flavors to get since they were all so good! We ended up getting 3, Strawberry, Lemon and Vanilla. It was super yummy and the guests loved it. We also had them do wedding favor cookies. It was super simple and easy, we had them put our customized thank you stickers on the cookie bags and then they were delivered with the cake the day of the wedding.

Cake tasting is already fun but Jayne made it even better! She has such a bubbly personality and my mother in law and I just loved working with her. My cake was 4 tiers and gorgeous, almost too pretty to eat. We also had a KU Jayhawk grooms cake that was delicious. Can't wait to get my 1 year anniversary cake :)

My cake was exactly what I wanted - it looked identical to the picture I had provided the bakers. And the taste - It was hands-down the best cake I've ever had! Part of our cake was almond-flavored...it was to die for! When you look at it you would assume it would be the nasty fondant flavor, but the icing was DELISH! I had so many compliments on the cake...we had hardly any extra cake to take home! And the groomscake was perfect too. The service was exceptional as well - when it was delivered, a sugar flower petal had broken. They showed me and the bakers called me and made sure it was okay and up to my standards. It was amazing the lengths they went to to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend them! They are so talented!!!

We used 3 Women and an Oven for our rehearsal dinner cake, grooms cake and wedding cake. All three turned out amazingly well - beautiful and delicious. I cannot get over how elegantly our wedding cake turned out -- they made these beautiful ivory sugar flowers to go on the top and did a lace dot design -- it was simply gorgeous. The wedding cake (lemon cake with lemon and raspberry filling) was incredibly yummy. It had a great flavor without being overly sweet. The grooms cake and rehearsal dinner cakes were also amazing, and they did a great job carrying out our decoration inspiration. We found 3 Women and an Oven to be very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Our cake tasting consultation was a lot of fun and really gave us the confidence that they would be able to carry out our vision.

Our wedding cake service was impeccable. We had a large order and everything was wonderful. The cakes were decorated beautifully and tasted just a great. We had a large four-tier cake in addition to 7 satellite cakes. Our order was very detailed and they did a great job of ensuring everything was correctly executed. The cakes were delivered as expected and remained in excellent condition until they were eaten.

The cake was super tasty and very reasonably priced! The woman we met with was so flexible with our budget and very helpful with suggestions about what we could do with that budget. One issue was that about 10 minutes before the wedding started, the cake was beginning to buckle. I was worried that it was going to fall apart...because it looked like it would! Luckily, it stayed up and didn't fall apart... The other thing is that sometimes it is hard to reach them via email. Anyway, great cake! The flavor was wonderful!

I was so pleased with how the cakes from 3 Women and an Oven turned out. For our wedding, we got a wedding cake, groom's cake, cookies, and gluten-free cake. They were all beautiful and so yummy. The staff at 3 Women and an Oven were so helpful and creative. They were able to take my off-the-wall ideas and turn them into art. I was so happy when I saw the final products!

3 Women and an Oven is absolutely the best. The tastings are great, you are allowed to try every flavor you want, not just two or three. You actually get to talk to the person that is in charge of making your cake. They take care of delivery and set up. Best of all the cake is absolutely the best tasting wedding cake you will ever eat! I highly recommend the lemon cake and the marble cake!

My husband and I opted for the dessert buffet from 3 Women and an Oven and we couldn't have been more happy. Our guests loved everything so much that by the end of the night everything was gone! We had baby cakes, brownies and lemon bars and it was wonderful. We couldn't have been more happy.

I would say if you want to walk in and buy from the case- great, you get what you pay for. If you want a special order and want to be treated as a valued customer, then I suggest going elsewhere. Your wedding day is worth having everything just right and this place is not worth your time, money or worry. Not to mention the left over mini cupcakes were hard and stale the very next day after the reception.

Our cake was beautiful and delicious! The design was almost dead on. A bit overpriced, but so good we can hardly wait for that one year topper :)

Loved the deserts and LOVED the cake! The only thing wrong was they got a color wrong on our cake. The colors were supposed to be purple and blue and the cake ended up being pink and blue, it looked like we were having a baby shower! Yikes! But we went in a couple days after the wedding and told them it upset us and they offered us an anniversary cake to make up for it! The women that work there/own it are very nice and helpful! A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for what you can get!
