I've worked over 300 events for some of the most reputable hospitality companies in the world: MGM Resorts Intl, Intercontinental Hotels, Legends, and Hilton. Aside from Planning in the Wedding Capital of the World, I was the Wedding Manager at the Best Outdoor Venue voted in Las Vegas, where I oversaw the sales process, catering elements, and day of execution. I have experience as a Coordinator, Event Sales Manager, & Senior Event Manager, which makes my understanding of the operation seamless as I have been around the entire scope.
My natural romantic flair shines in a plethora of elements, from personalized touches to remembering the small details that add up to heartfelt moments to being in tune with you the entire way through. From the smallest touches to the grandest gestures, my passion for events is the reward of your happiness that comes when going the extra mile. What sets me apart from other wedding planners is that I want to know your story and who you are. Arabella went above and beyond to make our wedding day 100% stress free, and we literally couldn’t have done it without her! She is professional, prompt, flexible, and guided us every step of the way throughout our engagement. I cannot thank her enough for the effort she put into making our wedding go as smooth as it did. She handled all of our vendors, set up the decorations, guided our guests, and most importantly made sure my husband and I were happy. It was so nice to not have to do a single thing except enjoy our day!! I had even told her how nervous I was the morning of, so she came early with coffee and treats, and stayed and talked to me while I was getting my makeup and hair done. She is more than just a wedding planner, she is a friend. I will recommend her to anyone I know getting married in Vegas. We had the most perfect day and I am forever grateful for Arabella!

Arabella was absolutely incredible to work with! She made our wedding go so perfectly, & worked harder than any of our other vendors to do so. She has a ton of energy, & truly cared about us & our wedding! Very thankful to have had her be apart of our special day, & even more proud to have been able to call her a friend throughout the entire process!

Arabella was amazing to work with! She made the whole wedding planning process so much easier and kept everything super organized. She was always quick to respond, had great ideas, and really listened to what we wanted. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to stress about anything because she had everything under control. If you need a wedding planner who’s reliable, creative, and just really great at what she does, Arabella is the one. Couldn’t recommend her more!
