You might not know this, but Colatina Exit caters! They catered our wedding, and did an absolutely fantastic job. Ang and Vin (the proprietors) are consummate professionals. They worked with us on our menu, and charged a very reasonable price p...er person. We had appetizers, garlic bread, salad, spaghetti, pizza, the works! All our guests absolutely loved the food. They delivered the food, brought their own chafing dishes, set up, served the buffet, and cleaned up! If you’re in the Piermont/Bradford area and need a caterer, you can’t go wrong with Colatina Exit.
