Absolutely recommended, I put all my trust in Dalissa's good taste and it was certainly incredible how she interpreted my wish and made it a reality in her wonderful decoration, making this day unforgettable and cozy, personalized to my taste and very professional, everything was perfect and first class. I would highly recommend Dalissa. She very detailed and professional. She has excellent communication from beginning to the end of your event.

To be transparent, Dalissa has refunded me the full amount for the photobooth package that I had booked, but most of my review is based on my experience leading up to my event. I want to start by saying that my guests did not have any complaints EXCEPT for the photobooth. Consistently, each guest told me that they enjoyed everything but the photobooth was a chaotic mess with someone standing there holding an iPad trying to take photos of them. After shopping around for photobooths, I came across Dalissa Events. Her package was affordable and serviced the Baltimore area. My husband and I were on the fence about booking a photobooth but with all the positive reviews for Dalissa across multiple platforms and the affordability, we decided to go through with booking. Unfortunately, I completely regret my decision even though we received a full refund. Leading up to the event, I had to chase Dalissa down for every single detail. Dalissa would set deadlines for herself (eg. Promise to send pictures of props, send design for photo printouts, etc) then consistently miss them. When I would call her to follow-up, she would make it seem like I am being nuisance to her. I had a call with Dalissa on the Wednesday before the event on Saturday. First of all, I had sent her the floorplan for the event a few weeks before and she had confirmed that she received it, but during this call she started asking all these questions about where she would be setting up. When I referred to the floorplan, she said that she forgot that it had been sent to her. She then asked vague questions about what colors we had for the wedding and what we wanted printed at the bottom of the photo printouts. She never once asked how I would like the printouts to look; she purely focused on what colors I had. She promised that the design layouts would be emailed to me latest by afternoon the next day (Thursday). During this time, she had said that she would be at the venue to set up and be ready by the beginning of the event. At around 4 pm Friday, I still hadn’t received anything from her and when I called, she was clearly agitated and gave personal excuses about how she hasn’t been in the office. When we received the design layout, we did not like it. I had a printout from a previous wedding that I had been to (a simple white background with gold lettering for our names and the wedding date) that I took a picture of and sent to her as an example for what we wanted. She did send the layout to me until 2 hours before the event started. Once we arrived at venue, she was nowhere to be seen. I honestly have no idea what time she even arrived because I was so busy getting married and greeting family. She had tracked me down during the event to report that they had difficulties setting up and that the file for printout design was corrupted so my guests would just be receiving plain photos. Dalissa was the only vendor that I had issues with during the entire process of planning my wedding. TL;DR I would not recommend hiring Dalissa for your event if you are hoping for a professional experience.
