Had a lovely stay here. The three different temperature pools were gorgeous. We stayed in the midrange one for hours on end. The mud bath treatment was amazing. It was an hour experience in all, between mud bath, whirlpool bath, steam room and ...
cool down. Our attendant in the spa, Christina was a really lovely lady, very attentive and made sure the experience was perfect. My skin feels great after it. Nice bar area, where you can also get food, although we didn't eat there. The reception staff were very nice, but the bar staff weren't that nice. One girl behind the bar didn't know what a budweiser was (the most famous American beer 😄). Anyway, the room was lovely. The beds were really comfy with a fridge and coffee making facilities. Spacious bathroom with a great shower and bathrobe. Very relaxing experience in all. I felt very relaxed leaving Would definitely visit again.

As someone who gets regular massages & almost always gets a massage while traveling - from 5 star resorts to boutique hotels to local spas - please believe me when I tell you that this was one of the best massages that I’ve ever had in my entir...
e life. My partner felt the same way about her massage therapist, Leah. Mine was Jonathan. We will come back to this place every time that we’re in the area just to receive massages from them again. Jonathan has the hands, forearms & elbows of a God. Truly spectacular! We also really enjoyed & adored Martha, who attended to us during our mud baths. Thank you all so much for such a soothing, relaxing & invigorating afternoon!

We loved our time here. We spent nearly an entire day in the pools, in January that was heaven sent. The majority of our time was spent in the 95° pool, with short stints in the 85° and 104° pools as well. We ordered both food and drink from th...
e onsite bar and enjoyed both. Our room was very cute and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower. Would come back and stay anytime. The staff at both the pool and hotel were very friendly. I would come back to try the spa as well since that wasn't on our agenda this trip.

We had a wonderful stay here, and the staff was wonderful. The text service to submit housekeeping requests and the aromatherapy in the rooms were particularly wonderful. The location is INCREDIBLE and the pools were clean and wonderful.

ER, there were kids all over the place, even in the “adults only” zone. Our room was in a very common walkway area and we were up every morning at 6:30 or 7am due to loud kid sounds in common areas and other rooms. The pool sound system also starts at 8am, and we could hear that in our room as well. The beds were so comfy but I would recommend elsewhere if you’re looking to sleep in.
The food was also very mid. We went off campus for most our meals.

We have been here once before last year. This time a loud family were in the room next to us. The hotel offered us rooms that were worse than the one we got first, so we stayed with the noise. These guests had extremely loud children. The next ...
day The mother was at the pool Loudly speaking her hate for trans people, made me extremely uncomfortable. Regretfully I didn’t confront her, I complained about the behavior to the front desk and emailed the manager. The hotel accidentally charged me for a room upgrade... I had to call back and get a refund for. The manager had apologized for the uncomfortable experience but did not commit to take any action to do better or make it right, only took it into “thoughtful consideration”. With the current accommodations it is not safe, relaxing or a spa environment. the noise level of other guests is a huge issue, I will not return to this hotel.
