I did not order arrangements from them, but 10 dozen carnations for my wedding reception. My wedding was on December 1st, 2017. I paid for my order a few weeks before the wedding day. On November 28th, I called to confirm that my order was 100%... ready to go, paid in full, and to confirm our November 30th pick up time. On November 30th my family members arrived to pick up the flowers and were informed that our order was CANCELLED. These carnations were special ordered in a particular color. They had no explanation as to how it was possible for an order that was confirmed two days prior, an order that had been successfully pre-paid, could possibly be cancelled on the day before my wedding. The gross mismanagement of this order caused an hour delay of my rehearsal dinner, as my in-laws were stuck at the flower shop. And it was only after an hour on the phone that I was able to convince them to provide complimentary delivery on the day of my wedding. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had let them have my whole flower order with the bouquets - a situation that would not have allowed a day for correction. This place gave me a great impression at first, but the management of this order and the stress they caused my family and I leads me to strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
