were looking for someone to capture the emotions and the feelings on the day of our wedding. Someone to be able to tell our story without saying a word. We wanted someone we felt comfortable with; someone who we could be ourselves around. I understood this would be difficult and likely very expensive to find so I did not expect much. After reviewing countless websites and photos we stumbled on High Five For Loves site. Instantly we were drawn into the details of the photos we saw. Without knowing anything about the couples we saw we felt we had an understanding for their personality, their journey, and their emotions. When we contacted them, they wanted to meet us for coffee to chat and get to know us better. That simple gesture really impressed us and was probably one of the deciding factors. They worked with us every step of the way to provide us with phenomenal photos. They even worked out an engagement session the day my husband came back from a 3 month internship in China! They are so professional and thorough yet fun and spunky at the same time. We loved the pictures that they took for us and love to show them off! We had a lot of discussion beforehand about what was important to us and what we wanted to focus on. I felt at ease handing the reins over to High Five and the resulting photos are wonderful. These are the photos that I look back on to remember the happiest day of my life and I feel blessed to have so many great shots that capture the many details of the day where I married my best friend! the internet for photographers in Nashville, we were shocked by how expensive some of the photographers were, and worried we would have to sacrifice quality to stay within our budget. When we found Chrissy and Eddie, we loved their work and were pleasantly surprised to learn they were just within our budget. As for the actual photographs – they are perfect. Look at their photos compared to others and you’ll see what I mean. There is something special in the way these two shoot. We contacted Chrissy and Eddie in early January 2013. They met up with us at a coffee shop to talk about their work, their style, etc. They brought photo albums and information to share, but also talked to us to find out about our story and what we were looking for. One of my favorite moments of this meeting was when I told them my sister had a less-than-ideal wedding photographer experience, and they took the time to ask follow up questions about what that meant, what exactly she didn't like, etc., in order to make sure I wouldn't encounter similar issues. In this - and all other - meetings, Chrissy and Eddie strike a great balance between professionalism/getting all the details taken care of and being incredibly personable, so we left really liking them professionally and also personally. Although liking your photographer as a professional should probably come first, liking them personally was also important - they shared some of the most important moments of an incredibly special and personal day with us! We did an engagement session in February. My husband and I were worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, but Chrissy and Eddie really helped us relax and have fun. Having a husband/wife team can be really helpful when they need to show you how to "pose" in a natural way! Within about 2 weeks we received all our engagement pictures (80+ edited pictures total), but several had been posted to our Facebook gallery starting a day or so after our session. Our wedding was July 2013, so in June 2013 we had another meeting with Chrissy and Eddie. They took us on a little date and talked to us about our day, asking about all the details of what we wanted our photos to capture. We discussed everything from timelines to the different formal family pictures we would want. We left that meeting feeling confident that we did not have to think twice about whether they were going to do a fantastic job on the wedding day... And we were right! They did a phenomenal job, balancing being in the action when they needed to, but never feeling in the way. We received countless compliments from family and friends and bridal party about how much they loved our photographers - some before they had even seen a picture! We have now seen our nearly 600 photographs from our wedding and are so thrilled. They help us relive that incredibly happy day - a truly special gift for which we are very grateful to Chrissy and Eddie! Final fun fact: we love them so much we're hiring them to take family portraits for some friends - we just want excuses to keep looking at all their beautiful photos!

We knew we wanted High Five for Love, and we could afford to fly them out and put them up in a hotel and still be less expensive than a comparable Chicago photographer. They were great on the day of our wedding and the photos are beautiful! We had them for 8 hours, and we did a First Look with them. We got great shots of the bridal party before the wedding in some spots that the Irvins found as they were exploring Chicago the day before. They were patient with all of the family photos we had them take after the ceremony, and they generally had a great attitude throughout the day. We’re very excited to see how the photos turn out, but regardless, we’d highly recommend High Five for Love.

I was super nervous about everything looking "perfect" and once I quit overthinking it, I was able to enjoy our session and show our love. The pictures turned out AMAZINGGGG. Here's a little story to convince you of how awesome they are: Right after our wedding (literally, on the same day), Chrissy and Eddie drove down to Florida for Chrissy's Princess Marathon (she's cool like that). Chrissy edited and uploaded a photo from our wedding while they were on the road. Talk about dedication! It was so unexpected and so so so appreciated. While we're on the subject of their post-processing process. My husband and I didn't have to wait weeks to see any of our photos. High Five For Love was consistent about uploading a select few of our photos on to their Facebook page so we could see them before we received our cute little package that contained ALL the photos. No waiting on pins and needles here! We loved working with these two so much and know that you will too.

They took our engagement photos a couple months before our wedding and met up with us to talk about photos n' such... it was cool to get to know them and allow them to get to know us. On our wedding day the weather wasn't the best and they did an amazing job working with it and got really great pictures and did an awesome job capturing the moment! They had the day mapped out so that we could make efficient use of the short time between the ceremony and reception. They kept things moving quickly so that they could get all the pictures we wanted and get us to the reception on time. Not only do we love how we look in the pictures - our wedding party does as well. Chrissy and Eddie made sure that although the focus was on us, everyone else in the photos also looked great. raphy. On very short notice, we contacted Chrissy and Eddie. They drove out to a park near us, which was rather far for them! My husband and I have never had our picture taken professionally, but we were instantly at ease. Chrissy and Eddie gave us direction when we needed it, but let us have fun and play in the park. you are sure to be very nervous! It's great to have two photographers snapping pictures not only because they can be in 2 places at once but also because they have different skills and different ideas. They take turns taking the "must have" shots, so you're sure to get every moment captured, and taking those artistic, candid shots that you'll fall in love with if you look at their photos. Neither my husband nor I enjoy having our photos taken or like being the center of attention but Chrissy and Eddie really made us feel at ease and the results are fantastic! We absolutely LOVE the photos and will treasure them forever. You really can't go wrong hiring this husband and wife team to capture your special day!
