called me the wrong name for four hours. I feel like that should’ve been a red flag to begin with. Then our photographer got very irritated and angry at times. Weddings are busy and gathering people for photos can be hard. That is not a reason to get angry with my guests or bridal party. My guests were letting us know that he was visibly annoyed and mad. I’m so nervous about our photos.

hoto shoot with Gemma, she is so much fun and since neither my husband or I love taking photos, she got us out of our shell for some really fun pictures. Our wedding day was so well coordinated with Gemma (photographer), Eduard (Videographer), and David (Photo Booth Attendant). They were all very communicative and were able to capture details of our day so well. Gemma was so efficient in getting family and bridal party photos before our ceremony, so we were able to go and take couples photos during half of our cocktail hour, and still make it back to enjoy part of cocktail hour before dinner started. We also did a few moonlight photos to capture how beautiful our venue was at night. Highly recommend Jolie!

a while, but from what I remember it was the last time we actually talked to anyone from the studio in person leading up to the wedding. We received some emails and forms to fill out which we always did well in advance of the due date, but if they weren't turned in immediately, we received repeated email reminders. The forms were often redundant and contained information and even suggestions (e.g. having a longer cocktail hour, having a first look...) that could not have been changed or re-arranged to accommodate at the time they were sent (e.g. 2-3 months before the wedding). We were assigned the photographer and videographer. They were nice enough. The photos we received were good, but there were a lot and I think they could have edited out some of the worse ones prior to sending the photo link. I also thought quite a few of them looked crooked and had some sound equipment and other things in the background that should have been edited or we should have moved to a better location. It was next to impossible to see a lot of the pictures in our gallery, particularly people's faces due to the excessive watermarks they use. I get they don't people making copies, but if you can't even see the pictures, it's pointless. In my opinion their prints are also ridiculously expensive. Admittedly, I did not order many copies from them and I don't think our guests did either for this reason. I received my digital prints and decided to use a different online company for the prints which were even clearer and less expensive than the ones from Jolie. Our album and video took roughly 5-6 months to produce. After receiving my album I noticed a large scratch on one of the first pages which should have been noticed and take care of by quality control. I also feel some of the pictures looked blurred around the edges. We received the link for our video which surprised me because we were never contacted or given instructions on how to pick songs for it. When I questioned this via email, the responses I got initially were rather rude and I was told we had to pick songs before our wedding date. We were never given instructions verbally or in writing on how or when to do this. It wasn't in our contract other than to say we could pick songs, but no instructions on how or when so they picked songs for us. Eventually I was told they would let me pick songs but they had to be royalty free and from websites that provide royalty free songs. I was not aware of how to use these websites, the song selection was bad and it seemed I had to pay to use them so I chose to leave the video as is. The songs they chose were OK, but I had no idea this was the only way to pick music for the video. The audio on our edited video was also worse than the uncut, extra footage we received, which I thought was odd. My experience could have been worse, but overall an underwhelming and somewhat disappointing experience at times.

In my initial call, Jovan was so kind and informative, and helped guide me into knowing what kind of photos I wanted. Everyone else I talked on the phone with were also kind and knowledgeable. I had two phone meetings with a photographer, the first photographer was unable to do my wedding day a few days before, and I was able to have a meeting with my new photographer that day. I gave them the run down of the schedule, they said they would look at my requests, and we worked on our schedule like having family photos done after the ceremony, and how we should gather everyone for the family photos and make our way downstairs. Day of the wedding, I'll admit, had me and my husband frustrated and had us taking deep breaths in the bathroom. Thankfully once we got to the reception we forgot all about it, but looking back at the day we both can rant about the experience, and thankfully overall, we can say that day was wonderful and amazing. Here are the main points from the day. When it came to family photos, I expressed to the photographer that I have a big family, I gave them the numbers and we agreed to family photos being after the ceremony. However, the day of while getting ready, my mother-in-law was called to leave us for family photos, leaving me confused. The photographer went ahead and took all of my husband's family photos before the ceremony, and due to that, I am in none of his family photos. As we got closer to the time for the doors to open for guests, the photographer called for my family photos. I told them that not all of my siblings were here, they dismissed me, and took photos with me and my parents, and me with 2 out of 6 family members. As we were taking these photos, the front doors, that were the next room over and can be clearly seen, were opened. Guests were coming in, and were looking and watching us get our photos. I was shocked, and as soon as the last photo was taken, I booked it to the back and snuck my way to my bridal room. I was all over with emotions in that moment. When it came to after the ceremony and we were all outside for bridal party photos and parent photos, I felt I had to argue with them how the family photos were not done because not everyone in my family were not there. I got those photos in the end, but was annoying to have to repeat what I warned them about before. My husband was able to get photos with all of his groomsmen, as a group and individually, however, I only have group photos with my bridesmaids. No individual photos, and they each have mentioned they are sad about that there were no professional photos taken with me. More than half of my photo requests were not done. I have no photos of just me in my dress, and that makes me sad because I don't have a lot of photos of just me all dressed up, my first looks with my bridesmaids was disorganized with them walking in one by one rather than turning around all at once, my first looks with my husband and dad were inside on the stairs when I wanted them both outside (that day's weather was the best anyone could ask for, 72 and sunny). The few photos we do have in the little garden was something me and my sister-in-law had to take charge to get, and I only have photos there with my husband. Everyone felt and told me they felt there was a lack of direction, people not sure if they were allowed to leave when they were done, not sure where to stand, who was in the photos, and whatnot. I felt like there should have been more communication, I'll admit that I and my ladies were a little behind on schedule, but there were moments where I was waiting to get dressed because the photographer was taking family photos of my husband's side early. I also felt that my photo requests was never looked at by the photographer, I stated locations I wanted photos at and where I wanted first looks at, instead I don't have majority of my requests and my first looks were both on the main stairs, which I was more focused on not falling down than being excited. However, I made sure to wait till after receiving the photos before saying anything. I am happy with the photos I do have, they came out amazing and lovely, but to know I'm missing my requests and realizing I can't give my in-laws family photos because I'm not in any of them was heartbreaking. Do I recommend Jolie Images after all of this? Yes! The price is hard to pass up, and i felt overall they were professional and knowledgeable. However, I would advise to be sure you are in strong communication the day of, and maybe have a Bridesmaid or someone you trust appointed to take charge in case there are poor directions, and have this person know your request shots. I have no photos of just me in my dress, and I get sad thinking I have none from this day. But just because I had a rough experience with one photographer, doesn't mean I would not recommend this company. And know that when it comes to your wedding day, expect something to go wrong, we had a few things go wrong, but it shows that all of the amazing things of that day will shine even brighter (and the bad things are fun stories to share).

The photos are edited super nice and the pictures turned out great!! Our photographer wasn't the most personable/kinda quiet but he took great pictures so can't complain too much on that. We did our engagement photos with Jolie as well and had Max for those and he was amazing, super personable and took great photos as well. Our videographer was nice too and I can't wait to see how the video turns out. Jolie Images is super responsive and was always quick to answer my questions! If I ever need a photographer again for an event or photo shoot I would definitely go with them again!

His energy was contagious, and he was a true professional with an amazing eye for a good shot. He showed up early to both locations, made it fun, and kept everyone engaged. He even saved the day and helped bustle my dress (there were 12 bustle points and 1 MOH, 2 BMs, and my Day Of Coordinator were struggling to get it done). He truly went above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier with working with Jolie Images and Maks!

of Adrian arrived on time and got right to work, capturing moments with my bridal party and the makeup artist. As the day went on Adrian made sure to capture the “must have shots.” At one point in the evening I forgot about the family photos and Adrian reminded me and I was so glad that he did! I would’ve been devastated if they weren’t pictured in the wedding album. Adrian was amazing! It was an absolute pleasure working with him! I am so happy that he captured my special day.

We cannot wait to see all the beautiful photos he took. Not only did we think he was amazing we got so many compliments from our friends and family about how amazing he was.

ot stop commenting on how impressed they were with his professionalism, his attention to detail and ability to personalize every photo and give it such importance, The videographer Mindy was excellent as well. He captured every detail at the ceremony and reception that was so very important to the Bride and Groom and their families. As the Mother of the Bride who planned the Wedding, I have had the opportunity to work with many people over the span of time. In all sincerity, Jolie proved to be a choice that exceeded expectations. I am sure they have several wonderful photographers on staff but again we just can not say enough about Maks- a gentlemen in every sense and a pure talent gifted in the art of photography. The only disappointment one would have at their event is if they failed to hire Jolie Images to capture the memory of a special day.

They helped with so much more from carrying flowers or stuff we needed, making sure we had all the pictures we wanted, and even fixing my earrings that broke! We loved having them there guiding us through photos and knew exactly what they were doing! I was not worried at all based on how experienced and well-versed they were to their role. I would hire them over and over again based on the friendliness, humor, and kindness every one of them had. If you can, I would highly recommended asking for them!

Max was our photographer, and his energy was everything I was looking for that day! He showed up at my home filled with women and just blended with the girls. Non-stop taking photos of us getting ready, although I heard him take a short break when my 5-year-old niece asked for some juice. He didn't hesitate to step in as we were all bust and poured her a cup. When we got to the venue, we ran into Randy, the Videographer. The timing ended up being perfect to capture our first look which I originally expected would get missed by video. Max and Randy new each other and worked together very well. If it was up to my husband, he wouldn't have taken any photos. He feels awkward and was dreading it. Following the first few photos, he had nothing but nice things to say about the experience and again, Max's vibes made it a very enjoyable moment! FIVE STARS, WOULD RECOMMEND!

ited to create our wedding album. Maks was our lead photographer at our wedding and he was amazing. He was literally all over the place and I am sure captured everything. He was very attentive and focused on the details. I had a shot list, that was mostly typical shots, but I had a few very specific shots I wanted and he made sure those happened. We also did two all group shots and was great about getting everyone in the frame and balancing out the groups to make it even on both sides of us. All 160 guests in the shot. Alex was our second photographer and he, like Maks, was also everywhere and captured so many photos. He took us outside across the street and had us wait for cars to use the headlights in a slow capture image, I'm sure it will look amazing. I can't wait for our photos to come back, but like our engagement session, we had so many that we loved I'm sure our wedding will be just as great. The photobooth was a little under utilized by many guests. But the ones who did use it went back numerous times! I opted to add the digital copies and I like that it gives me the strip and the individual shots from the booth, so guests can print off just one from the strip if they really like it. The attendant also held all the strips for the bride and groom and said she would mail us the copies afterwards. We spoke to other photographers but this was the best price for the options.
