os were awesome as well. Now to the good stuff... Stephanie was our photographer and she is absolutely visionary. She was so professional and was clearly skilled at what she does. She encapsulated all of our wedding into a series of beautiful and meaningful photographs. She took so many beautiful pictures of our guests as well without having to give any direction, she intuitively knew how to capture all of the genuine moments without interrupting the flow of the wedding. Looking at our wedding album was like being at our wedding all over again. All of the emotions, love and beauty of that day was all there, in beautiful still photos that will forever tell our story of that day. I cannot thank Stephanie nor the company enough for listening to us and accommodating even the smallest of requests without a gripe or grimace. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere. They , especially Stephanie, made our special day even brighter.

There was a special running to where we were able to get photography and videography at an amazing price (another bonus)! Then COVID-19 happened and we postponed our wedding a whole year. We picked a new date and were accommodated without hesitation and an updated contract was also sent.
The day before we were at rehearsal and actually got to meet our photographer, Odete, because she was shooting the wedding the day before. I (Bride) cannot rave ENOUGH about Odete! She touched base with me ahead of time to ask what specific shots we wanted as well as verifying day of! She even brought Starbucks for my girls and other vendors before she arrived. All of our guests kept saying how outstanding she was with us, them, and every aspect. The hype she gave during our pictures made me feel comfortable, and actually like a million dollars!
My husband and I will most definitely be using her in the future for our other photography needs!

for a great price I was sold! The only downside was not knowing who my actual photographer would be until about a month out, and not actually speaking with her until a few days prior. I knew nothing about who the videographer was and actually panicked last minute because I had never got an email about it, but Tanner showed up on time and ready to go, and was awesome day of. I was a pretty low key bride so I’m sure if I had been more motivated to talk to the photog/videographer sooner they would have gotten me the info, as their customer service team was always very responsive to any inquiry I had! Photos and video came on time (4 weeks for photo, around 8 weeks for video) and were edited very well! Overall happy with our choice!

During the chaos of the wedding, Johanna was focused - taking the posed photos as well as candids while other things were going on. When we arrived at the church the doors were unexpectedly locked. Johanna made excellent use of the time, taking some of my favorite photos of that day. She was great at fading into the background, capturing photos without making us self-conscious of her presence. ckdrop, this is not something we normally cover and it wasn't on your questionnaire paperwork. If no guests were at the back drop we couldn't just stand there, because then you could complain that we didn't get photos of everything else going on. This is something that brides hire a photo booth operator for, not something the only hired photographer covers at an event. Our paperwork stated that the questionnaire is what we go by for the the event requests, and it did not state for someone to stand at the backdrop the entire time. Our apologies, Cassie and Team

DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT HIRE. I hired Lili Lu to photograph my wedding at the Grand Plaza Hotel in St. Petersburg on Aug 3, 2017. I fell in love with their portfolio, so despite their prices being outside of our budget, I had to have them. Daniel...
was our photographer and I was not impressed.
1. Daniel arrived on time, but hadn't scoped out the venue beforehand, so he wasted time running around the venue trying to find nice places to take pictures. He decided on the rooftop, but since he hadn't scoped out the venue beforehand, he didn't know the hotel didn't allow photographs on the rooftop. After taking 2 pictures, my bridal party & I were kicked off the rooftop and had to take pictures in the hallway outside of my hotel room.
2. The grooms party pictures were taken in the lobby.
3. The poses with the wedding party were all basic sitting/standing photos and 1 or 2 "silly" pictures. No creativity from the photographer.
4. There are only 3 photos of my husband and I that I actually like. The rest are not flattering or just plain.
5. I hired their videographer as well. The 40 minute video included my mom's entire speech which was a full 15 minutes, NOT what I wanted.
6. There are no photos or videos of my husband when he first sees me walk down the aisle, despite there being 2 photographers and 1 videographer.
7. The pictures of all of the family members were done inside, due to bad weather, which is understandable. But there are guests roaming around in the background of the photos.
8. I had to email them multiple times to receive updates on the photos/video. I didn't receive a single photo, not even a sample, until a month after the wedding. Then I received the video late, without any update from them.
9. My mother contacted them about my complaints and they were so defensive and rude on the phone, my mother hung up on them. However, they did call back & say they would issue a $200 refund for one hour of time that was wasted scoping out the venue but that was it.
OVERALL, get to know your photographer beforehand and steer clear of Lili Lu. Way overpriced for subpar services.

You may want to mention in your review that there was a tropical storm the day of your wedding that caused everything to be inside. We have photos of the storm rolling in and video footage.
1. Is a true statement, in regards to Daniel not knowing he wasn't allowed to use the rooftop view, most couples request this at their beach front venues. We gave you a $200 refund, for the few minutes it took to walk back downstairs. Our time stamp on the images shows only a few minutes between the images.
2. The grooms photos were inside due to the storm that blew in. We do not take any gear outside in rain. As said before we have photos of the weather.
3. In a tight space that is used for a backup weather plan, there are limited options for group creative photos.
4. Again, using your back up plan space makes this hard. We did pull you out to the beach for as many shots as possible after the storm was over. Again, we can't control the weather.
5. Most brides want their speeches in their full video? You happen to be the first who didn't want it. This was not the trailer video, this was the FULL edit.
6. You hired one photographer, all situations are different- he may not have had room in the back up space to stand to get both views, and this isn't something we guarantee unless you have a second shooter....YOU HAD ONE PHOTOGRAPHER, and ONE VIDEOGRAPHER with an assistant.
7. The photographer asked everyone to try to avoid walking in the area behind where the photos were taken, but again the back up space for your event was small. It is in our contract that we can't be held liable for lack of cooperation.
8. You got responses to every email from us. We went back and looked. We do not send sneak peeks before the 4 week photo turnaround time, that again is LISTED IN YOUR CONTRACT, and the video was sent a few days late due to the HURRICANE CAUSING OUR EDITING TEAM TO HAVE NO ELECTRIC which was also in the response email we sent you. Florida was hit by the hurricane leaving our team without power for a week, we updated you via email about this situation.
9. Your mother called and blamed us for your wedding being inside. We explained that we do not control if your wedding is indoor or outdoor, or the WEATHER. She demanded a full REFUND BEFORE we even edited your photos or video...you had not even seen your images and already demanded a refund? She stated that "We ruined her daughters beach wedding, making it be inside", we have no say if a wedding is indoor or outdoor???? That is up to the venue, and we called the venue and they said your mother had called them too.
OVERALL, state the facts. It poured down rain on your wedding day. We hate that for you and offer any of our rain clients a free bridal session to get the shots they missed out on due to weather. We want all of our clients to be happy, and from our other reviews you can see that they are.

ething I could put together on a basic program within a day, not 7 months.. It was 42 min long, and about 39 min of the ceremony and all the dances... no reception in there, I expected much more for that. I would email them weekly and would never get a response back and if I did it would be WEEKS later. I even had to remind them to send me the video, it was done they just never sent it to me. Our wedding photos were not original at all, they were very typical poses, I had sent over ones I wanted and they did not do them... I had missing photos that were so important to me and they just said the file was corrupted now and they couldn't get the photos back.. ( that took about 3 months to get a response about that)The communication with this company was horrible. I truly don't recommended this company. The amount of money we paid for them I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The owner of this company up and moved to Hawaii and honestly it just went down hill from there because I did love my engagement pictures and that's when she was running things.

He also took the stupidest photos at the reception of food, people in line...he "attempted" to take a photo of our rings which was so darn awkward from his avid suggestions. il I received my photos. My wedding was 6 months ago and I have yet to post my wedding photos for all my friends to see because I am embarrassed of them. In almost every single shot there is a glare on my husbands glasses which should have been corrected by an attentive photographer but that was never even mentioned. In all of the family photos there are several elements in the background of the photos that should have been brought up to see if, I don't know, I wanted a tv or a poster or TRASH CAN or people not part of the picture to be in the background. Not to mention the number of photos where hands, clothing, head tilts, and much more should have been addressed by the photographer because they all look very unnatural in the photos. These look like nothing more than a family friend took the photos with their nice camera. I wish I had better photos to look back on my very special and perfect day. If you are looking for a budget friendly option, just forego spending the $1000 and just ask a friend for some help because you might just end up with the same results.

we can't alter the actual atmosphere of the location such as people in the background in public. The glasses glare is something that isn't caught by a photographers eye in all cases, we do not have people remove glasses when they always wear them, it could be offensive to the client. We do not edit glasses glare out of images unless it's requested and a lot of times it's not something that can be edited out.
We are very sorry you aren't happy, as you can see, that's not something that we get complaints about EVER, and we sincerely apologize.

All in all this company is very professional and went above and beyond a typical photographer and videographers duties. I would highly recommend them for future pictures and videos.

My whole experience was not the best one. The communication between the owner and I was not good. I would email her with questions and it would take her weeks to respond, I would have to send an email asking if she received my emails for her to...
actually respond and her excuse would be "her email wasn't working properly" or my emails got lost in the mix of endless emails. I didn't hear anything from them two days until my wedding date until I had to send continuous texts and call and finally got a response. It took way too long to get my pictures back. My wedding was January 9th and I didn't receive my pictures until I emailed her asking if they were ready yet ... This was in February 19th. She replied with "oh I thought I had already sent them". She sent them in a Dropbox website, which is so hard to save a picture one by one. Asked her to send me a thumb drive and she did. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because the price was reasonable and my photographer Coral was a doll. Other than that, I would go with another company if I had to do it all over again.

Cassi was amazing! I wasn't ready on time and she was able to still capture all the photos I wanted and more. We talked before the wedding about photos I wanted to have taken and different poses and we were able to get all of the photos I wante...

What sets her apart for me was that she saw the storm rolling in and she was able to capture such beautiful dramatic shots!!
I will never forget that in the middle of shooting photos a snake came out of nowhere and everyone was scared and scrambled. We had such a great laugh when we all discovered how small it was.
If I hadn't had Cassi as my photographer I do not think we would have had such beautiful wedding photos. I have received so many compliments on my wedding photos.
Cassi is also able to make gorgeous print of your wedding photos and frame them for you as well. We are having her create a beautiful custom wedding album so that we can show family and friends when they visit and eventually show our children our beautiful wedding!!!!
