d she was so sweet through all of it! She was professional, and always put me first if other clients came into her store during my bridal appointment (She does do "everyday" alterations as well). She was also very accommodating with fitting appointments, to adjust around my schedule. She was willing to work with me until we got the dress exactly how I wanted it, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She was so sweet and did wonderful work and I can't recommend her enough. Her prices are very reasonable and her work was outstanding. She had to shorten and move in my straps, take material in from the sides of the bodice that was too big, take up the length, and put in a double french bustle with over 40 bustle ties. The woman has skill! Don't overlook this wonderful shop! I am SO happy I found Gail! I would recommend her to my friends, and would definitely use her again. -Allison (Bride)

the dress's design, and took in the top of the dress, reshaping the part that goes under my arms and redoing the beadwork there to make it look flawless. She took her time in the initial appointment to make sure everything was perfect, and when I returned a few weeks later, the dress fit exactly as planned and the bustle looked phenomenal. Even though the hem was even more complicated than we expected, she still had the alterations completed a few days ahead of schedule. On top of all this, Gail is remarkably kind and made this process incredibly enjoyable. Her prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend her to any brides in the Columbia area in need of alterations!
