We're sorry that we did not let explicitly let her know in exact terms that that's not acceptable under any circumstances. We tell them no phones and through training, they've never seen us on our phones. So thank you for your help and she promised that would never happen again and she was truly sorry. " The whole album is filled with photos just like the attached. They put the ladies in the mud to take photos. Infact I had mud all over my train for the ceremony. And the couples photos were taken outside with the sun so bright my husband and I couldn't even open our eyes but instead of relocating us they took the photos in a "wide shot" so you couldn't see us squinting. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this company. I paid $2,800 for photos my 6 year old niece could have taken on an IPhone. Sorry doesn't recapture unrepeatable moments! They send over a zip file with your photos but limit the quality so if you are wanting to print anything larger than a 5x7 you are forced to purchase through them. It's been 3 months since my wedding day and I still haven't received the album promised within 6 weeks. I'll attach some photos, you all judge for yourselves

t felt we didn’t have much choice in who our vendors would be at that point. We met them two days before the wedding for our engagement photos and knew immediately that they were a whole vibe. The sneak peeks capture who we are as individuals and a couple. We can’t wait to receive the full portfolio and our video. We can’t wait to shoot with them again in the future. ed to book TH Photography. This is why I was so surprised and dismayed at the quality of our engagement photos. There were simple errors like them forgetting to edit their hands out of the photo, or not including my fiancé's sneakers in some of the shots (we were outdoors and they told him that it wasn't necessary to change his shoes for certain shots). Aside from these mishaps, the photos overall were simply poorly shot and weren't what we envisioned. I even paid another photographer to re-edit the photos so they could at least be usable for our wedding website. For this reason, we decided not to move forward with TH for our wedding. Poor photography wasn't a risk that we were willing to take on such a special day. Unfortunately, we lost out on all of the money that we paid to them beforehand and have to consider it a lesson learned.

My husband and I have a four-year-old and they did a great job of capturing images of us alone but understood we would want some with our son. We love every photo from that day and have wonderful fun memories from the experience. Our wedding photos are just gorgeous! Our formal pictures, ceremony pictures, and reception pictures capture every moment from that day, and I love having them as a great memory. Photography was on the top of our priority list of vendors when we started planning and we made the right decision with booking Taun Henderson Photography. Overall, working with Taun and Tiffany was wonderful. They captured detail shots that I wouldn’t have thought of (ceremony musicians, barn details, table details, etc.) and were very good at communicating when we would get our photos (our wedding photos were going to be a few days late, but Tiffany had contacted me in advance and provided a few “Quick Pics”). We had so much fun, Taun and Tiffany really captured those moments and it is almost impossible to pick my favorites!

ng...and the pictures were beautiful. We received so many compliments. We received so many shots...Taun was even down on the floor making sure he got all the right angles. The wedding day was great. We got a lot of good shots, and even though our ceremony ran late, they worked with us to get the shots that we want. Can’t wait to see our shots and get our wedding album! We definitely recommend Taun and Tiffany for your engagement/wedding needs!!

a “meet and greet” and to discuss what we were looking for in a photographer. They went on and on about how their answer is always YES and how they will accommodate anything we ask. We left their house that day feeling confident that we made the right choice and excited for our engagement shoot with them. Overall, they were fantastic to work with in person but the “behind the scenes” communication and planning could be better. Don’t get me wrong, all of our face to face interactions were great and none of our phone/text communications were unpleasant. But little things started to add up for me so I just wanted to share my experience: The first little thing was after we left their house there was no communication until the day before our engagement shoot. I had tried reaching them for a week before to see what time to meet them at Berry College. They contacted me the day before and said they don’t normally drive over an hour for an engagement shoot and then recommended other options. I was upset because we had already discussed doing it there when we met at their house and even showed them pictures of how beautiful it is there. However, it ended up working out because they suggested Stone Mountain which was still sentimental since that’s where we got engaged. 2: When we got our photos on a thumb drive (after our wedding) they forgot to include our engagement photos and instead of sending us another thumb drive with them on there, they asked us to just get from a website. 3: We were asked to review and make changes to our wedding album. When I first pulled up our album I did not like it... major photos were missing (our first kiss!). I was under the impression Tiffany and Taun would be putting together our album but it’s actually their assistants (which isn’t a huge thing). So we discussed back and forth through their editing site but that communication got confusing even though we were discussing photo numbers. One night I spent 40 mins on the phone with Tiffany going over and approving each page and then paid them for the album. (August 3rd at this point / nearly 5 months after getting married) 4: On August 24th I got a text asking me to go back and hit approve on the spreadsheets for my album. THREE weeks after I thought all this was done since I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Tiffany. So 3 weeks with no progression of my album. There were several other little things but they are extremely minor. As mentioned, we enjoyed the in-person interactions and had a great wedding! We love all of our photos and think they did a great job capturing our special day. We are just happy we have our album (received Oct 8th) and that it came out perfectly! We don’t at all have second thoughts about selecting them because they were great for our budget and fun to work with. I hope this review will help them learn and continue to grow and improve as a business.

The shots were blurry on what should have been the focus of the shot and clear on things like the microphone on the stage or the bridesmaid on the opposite end of the bride. Absolutely no thought or effort was put in to taking the photos.

eived the quality I saw before hiring him. the quality was so poor that it made me doubt he did the work I saw in his studio! This is a husband and wife team and in the beginning they were really nice when trying to win my business but after the money was paid, their friendliness and customer service went out the window. They have all of the bells and whistles, and claim to want to be your friend, but the business side of their company lacks professionalism and character. They photographed my wedding May 2016 and they closed my account March 2017...10 months later. I have been crying for an entire year because my photos were so poorly shot. There was no clear shot of my entrance, my dress hanging photo was frumpy, the formals were awful, they didn't get the flower girl, and they missed so many "moments". You can't even tell where we got married because they didn't take any photos of the venue!!! Taun had full reign of the stage yet he stood in the same spot the entire time. They gave me 29 photos of my entrance with the grooms shoulder in majority of the shot...with me (the bride) in the bottom left corner, and they called it art. After the event, they missed every deadline possible. I was supposed to have my pictures within 8 weeks and what was given to me was a rush job. There were so many photos missing. To this day, I still don't have any pictures of the venue- Ashton Gardens, the marble lobby, the flower girl, the 2 soloist and pianist that performed, the grooms reaction to my entrance, the head table at the reception and so..so.. many more. I was supposed to have a consultation when the photos were ready, yet they decided to mail my photos instead of having the preview meeting as I was previously told. So upon receipt of the pics, I realized that so many were missing, I reached out to discuss...and they acted as though I was bothering them. "We sent your photos...what do you want!". Then when they realized that they sent me a rushed job, without edits and missed a few folders, they apologized, and promised to get to it quickly, then a few more months went by! Once they finished editing, they uploaded them to the website and expected me to download them to my computer, but I paid for them to be on a disk! My computer did not have space for such a load. I let them know this and they would not budge. I even offered to return the disk they originally sent so they could add the photos, they agreed, I send the disk Fedex, delivery was confirmed, but they claimed they never received it then said I needed to pay $250 to replace a disk (this is the same disk, that I returned so they could send me the photos that they missed!) it was so absurd. More months passed and They finally reluctantly agreed to copy all of the photos to a new disk and send my canvas. My husband retrieved all of the items in March 2017- Ten (10) months after we got married. I couldn't bring myself to even look again. I was so distraught at how they botched the wedding pictures. I decided to wait and look on our anniversary....and ended up crying even more....because after all of that. Pictures are still missing! I had a horrible experience. I don't think this has been their track record...but this happened to me :(

e, we all know that the bride does not get to see her special day in full, but having Taun as our photographer, he was able to capture every aspect of my wedding down to the very last detailing. He is a wonderful person to work with and we look forward to working with him again soon in the near future.
