Coordinating with Teresa was somewhat difficult at times because she was so busy and our own family drama, but all in all, it turned out well. The planning process was difficult with so many people insisting on things being done certain ways an...d there were a few communication issues that we had to fix along the way, but the food at the wedding was amazing and I have no complaints about it. Teresa went out of her way to make all of the food at the wedding (except rolls and a few appetizers) gluten free because some of the guests and I have celiac disease or allergies and it was all fantastic. No sickness at all!!! All of my guests keep commenting that they’ve never eaten as much food or yummier wedding food in their lives and I’m so happy about that. And it was very reasonable price-wise. She also decorated the whole hall for us and it looked super!!!
