elections were easily the star of the show, as these were devoured by our guests faster than they could be re-stocked! We would recommend Tina’s Cakes for your event and will re-use them again as often as possible. Yum!

They told me that my package included with the venue did not include that size, but that they were going to add cardboard to the cake to make it look bigger. They said they did that all the time, and that it was not a problem. We said awesome, that works. So fast forward to TWO DAYS before my wedding, and they send me an IM (they don't even call me) telling me that the "owner had not approved the cardboard upgrade, and that what they told me the day of my cake tasting was incorrect. That if I wanted a bigger cake, I had to pay for the upgrade." I told them they had to honor what they said since it was in the contract, and they weren't giving me any notice to find another vendor for my dream cake. However, they refused to honor the "cardboard upgrade". After speaking back and forth for a while, they said that they could do the height "2 inches less" than what I had requested, but they failed to mention that it would be 2 inches less for EACH TIER, not in total. I also paid an additional $50 to not have the top tier with any cardboard (they said they would put cardboard to make the cake look bigger, but the cake didn't look bigger to me at ALL (picture of my wedding cake attached, the smaller cake). It also looks slanted and it tasted dry. And when we compromised on the "2 inches less" they sent me a picture of what the height of my cake would look like, but my wedding cake did not look like that at all (picture attached, cake with IM conversation). The day after my wedding, I told them I wanted a refund and that I wasn't happy, but again, they also refused to work with me. Hence I just wanted to let everyone know (especially brides) that this place does not care one hoot about customer service and they won't honor what they promise. The owner also refused to call me when THEY were the one that royally messed up here. They added additional stress that I did not need so close to my wedding day. And the cake of my dreams turned out to be something completely different than what I had in mind. Luckily every single thing on my wedding was incredible and all vendors were amazing except for this bad experience. If I could give 0 stars I would!

She also stated we could come pick up a cake she would make us which was of no consultation since we were heading back to New York in a short period of time. She could have offered to bring the cake if since it was an error on her end. We were looking forward to our beautiful 4 tier cake with roses and ended up with a "naked" cake. Im sure this doesnt happen all the time but I felt the need to share our experience.

Going inside their shop was the only way to get things done and I was an out of town bride. This bakery was included in my package with The Grand Salon Ballroom at the Killian Country Club. I am happy with the results but I was not thrilled with the struggle.

n they have previously done, though I customized it a bit to my style and it was absolutely beautiful.They took care for the delivery and arrived a little later than expected though beyond the rushing, they made sure everything was in it place. The design was exactly what I had asked for, the one circumstance that accorded was that in the cake tasting the cake was delicious and moist as I asked for vanilla rum. But the cake was very dry the day of the wedding. Other than that I have previously purchased from Tina's for other occasions and there cake is always the best. I recommend this company for any cakes you may need. Thank you for everything.

ever I was very happy to be wrong, the cake was beautiful and tasty, and the customer service was great. The girls all were super sweet and understood exactly what I wanted.
