Our original hardwood floors, exposed brick and open floorpan flooded with natural light gives our space an urban, industrial vibe that’s perfect for a party for up to 250 guests. After a complete restoration of this historic building, built in 1902, we rebranded as Record Box Loft to pay homage to its roots. Once known as the Record Printing and Box Company, cereal boxes were printed here for many years in the cereal capital of the world. Many onsite amenities are provided including onsite preparation rooms, tables, industrial chairs, and an onsite catering kitchen and bar area for vendor's use. From the team behind The Cheney Place, Leona Road, PUNCH Bar Catering and Fringe Events, we have deep experience in West Michigan’s wedding industry. We are proud to also include the the following services for our wedding clients: 1) Design: We will meet with you to develop a custom floor plan for your event and would also be happy to schedule a meeting to assist with linen and tablescape options, 2) Event Setup: Setup tables and chairs and assist with placing and hanging your personal decor, 3) Tear it Down: When your party is over, our staff will assist with taking down and packaging all decor, 4) Month and Day of Coordination: We’ll help plan your full timeline and coordinate the details with your vendors the week of your event. Our team will manage your event including ceremony, entrance, toasts and sendoff and will work closely with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
