I'd say the only downside was later learning that when one of our guests had to use the bathroom so bad he had to get off the bus on the way back, and the driver LEFT HIM ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. Granted we had an open bar so I'm sure that factored in, but I personally feel that's a huge liability! He had no idea where he was and had to call another guest to come and get him in the middle of the night. When confronted by the other guests on the bus asking if he was allowed to do just drive off like that, all he said was "I have to go get the bridal party". Despite that hiccup, I would recommend this company. Just make sure your guests use the bathroom before they get on!

My only real complaint is that I wish it was easier to communicate with them (they initially didn't respond to my e-mails asking for a price quote), and were very silent up until a few days before the wedding. But if you can deal with a little stress up to your date, these guys have very good transportation for your wedding party!

nd it was very cold the day of the wedding. Raymond carried the train of my dress so it didn't drag while we were taking pictures with the bridesmaids, and he held my wrap while I wasn't wearing it in pictures. My three year old niece had some trouble walking in the snow where we were taking pictures and he carried her from place to place. He even stopped traffic so I could walk across the street at one point. He was just above and beyond what we could have asked for, and put me right at ease.

all super impressed with how nice and spacious this bus was, even once we all got on there with all of our stuff. Our driver was super nice and overall great company to work with, I highly recommend!

n the way to our "reveal" and I was really upset that I hadn't planned for traffic. The driver weaved in and out of traffic to make sure we would get there in time...I couldn't thank him enough for his services on a day that was so important. Highly recommend using them!!! :)

e. Also, he arrived perfectly on schedule. They also have AWESOME prices, especially if you get married on a Friday or early Saturday!

nal gratuity. After the wedding I was checking my bank statements and this company charged me an extra $30 for a tip that they said "I added in myself." After going back and forth with the manager over the phone, she got ahold of the limo driver who told her that our Best Man informed the driver to add the $30 tip. I'm the Bride and I signed the bill at the begining of the night, no one informed me this extra charge was going on my bill and she wouldn't reverse the cost when I told her the Best Man said he never informed the driver to add the $30. After argueing with one of the managers for two days, the owner of the company finally refunded our $30.

for over an hour to get another bus. The second bus was even hotter than the first! We had to open the windows to cool off! When I called the company on monday after the wedding to get my money back the manager would not speak to me on the phone or call me back. I had to have my father call and threaten them to get them to give me half of my money back! Also never got an apology or a phone call from the manager. RUN DO NOT USE THEM!

rd. And the day of they had it written down to pick us up at 4:30 instead of the 4:00 that I wanted.
