Kathy was amazing! My mother-in-law set up a day of cake tasting at local bakeries and Carlock's was the first. We knew leaving Carlock's that this would be our baker. During the tasting, they made individual cakes in different flavors with ...the flavors written in icing on the top. It was this detail that convinced us they would do a beautiful job. The service was wonderful and the price was very good. Kathy seemed genuinely excited about our design adn she pulled it off flawlessly. After we left, I called Kathy back to ask about a surprise grooms cake. I sent her photos and created the most awesome surprise cake. I'm convinced she can make a cake out of any design!!! I strongly recommend working with Carlock's Bakery.
