to make sure everything went smoothly! The day of she kept everyone on schedule and went above and beyond to get some amazing locations! For the DJ - this is where this company really made a difference! The first DJ we were assigned never showed up to our 2 week meeting, and as soon as I contacted Jim about it he went on a mission to make things right. Within a day, we had a new DJ (Elliot) who was INCREDIBLE!!!! Jim was so caring and understanding, and kept in touch to make sure everything went well. I can't tell you how important it is that Jim took the time and energy to set things right, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone hosting any event!!!

fore our wedding. Brian was in constant contact with me, updating any changes I needed to make, especially when a few of our wedding party had to cancel last minute. Brian was great at getting people on the dance floor. Even though we had one song that wasn't played radio-edit version, everyone was up having too much fun to notice. e versa. I told Jim this and did not hear back for weeks. After several emails to him he responded saying that was too soon and we should wait till right before the wedding. We waited and a couple weeks before our wedding I got a voicemail from our DJ, Charles (Charlie) saying he would call back at his convenience because he works 3 jobs (as if we had all this time on our hands). After one phone call the rest of our convos took place over email, to which he completely ignored half the information I'd send in an email (he did this multiple times). Fast forward to wedding day: music for seating guests and our parents is going great...but then he continues to play that song for our bridal party, after we discussed over the phone the correct song. I just shook it off. But then he starts playing the wrong song for me to walk down the aisle to! I had to awkwardly have him stop the music after all the guests had already stood so he could switch to the right song. And during the exit of our ceremony? You guessed it, he played the wrong song again! Throughout the night he continued to do things we had specific requests about or had told him not to do, such as let out guests give song requests. Overall, the reception was better. However, by the time the ceremony had ended I was already very dissatisfied by him.

He truly went out of his way to make our day the most special event of our lives. His talent to capture the moment is incredible and I will recommend him a thousand times! 5 star Service!!

o look like that. It looks like a family member videotaped the whole thing. It's hard to understand, people look larger then what they are in real person, and the cutting and clipping of bits and pieces looks ridiculous. They will not refund any money and I would not recommend them if you are getting a "full" video . So disappointed it makes me cry, plus it took 2 months to get after our wedding and we were promised 6-8 weeks.

He also worked well with my guests getting them organized for good shots! Keith showed up about an hour before my contract and start time and got in contact with my day-of contact as well as getting shots of the venue before any guests arrived. He was awesome I highly recommend Keith! Jim is the founder and he was prompt in answering any questions or emails that I had. Cheryl was the person who edited the footage that Keith took. She did a great job highlighting our special day and moments that we didn't even remember. Those moments are what make are videos so special, remembering moments that go by too fast. I highly recommend Direct Entertainment for wedding videography!

He was also very amenable to the fact that we were out of town until the day of the wedding so we never had a chance to meet with him in person beforehand. He was able to roll with it and keep the party rockin all night, especially thanks to his great MC skills and dance lighting!

be a party atmosphere and this definitely happened. However, few of our instructions were actually followed. The wrong song was played for the bridal party procession, the mother/son dance was messed up despite numerous specific instructions, and we had to specially request most songs that had been on our pretty short must-play list. On the other hand, he did not play some songs that guests requested that really would have killed the party and also followed our instructions about our do not play list, which was definitely important. All in all, we had a great night and everything ended up being wonderful. Our guests certainly had no idea anything wasn't perfect-- just a bit disappointing to put a lot of time and effort into planning when these things weren't followed.

It was much cheaper than most of the other DJs in my area. When it came time for my wedding, I knew they were going to be great. My DJ was a blast! He played the perfect music and people were dancing all night. I can't say enough about this company! Love them!

her vendors failed to show, Charles really filled in the blank on the time that would have been spent there. And when the audio failed at my ceremony, Charles saved the day! We only hired him for the reception, but he assisted with the ceremony after there was an issue with the power supply and cords. The music and interaction really made the night perfect! Thank you Charles and Direct Entertainment!!!

A few days before the wedding the videographer that was to tape our wedding, contacted us to ask us our preferences, review all the information we submitted was correct, and to introduce himself personally. He remained behind the scenes throughout our wedding and reception, capturing all the footage that we wanted, while still remaining out of sight. This was an excellent company to work with and we would recommend them to all our family and friends!

Glenn the DJ stayed in the background, letting the music do the talking. We'd developed a playlist, which Glenn expertly manipulated to respond to the crowd and the mood.
