company, he was very efficient in setting up taste testing. After three previous taste tests with other companies, as soon as we tried Doug's food, we knew we were going with him. His assortment of selection was perfect and we knew that our family and friends would be more than satisfied with the quality of his food. He had multiple conversations and meetings with us prior to our event to make sure all details were accounted for. He was confident through it all and assured us that our event would be everything we wanted to be. The day prior to our event his staff set up their catering stations to meet the design that we wanted. Doug gave suggestions and made sure we were aware of all minor details; even including the flow of the serving line. The day of our wedding he was extremely professional. He made our event go smoothly and made sure our guests were served with the maximum service possible. Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later. Doug went above and beyond. He cleaned things he was not scheduled to clean, he worked vigorously with our other vendors to make sure they were doing well on their end and met any of their needs. He worked with our coordinator and DJ to make sure our event flowed well. We would recommend using him for any event. There were hiccups that came along due to staffing shortages, good shortages, etc. and Doug made sure to take care of everything on his end to provide an experience that was more than what we anticipated. His food is incredible, his professionalism at the event was top tier, and his overall service was outstanding.

!! He is on time (early), his staff are very good and Doug always does what he says he is going to do in every catered event. Not only do I use Doug for our catering needs, I refer him to everyone who asks who "the best caterer in town" is. Keep up the amazing work!!
