Jackie was the BEST coordinator EVER! It's like she knew exactly what I was thinking and was able to help me craft my vision perfectly with placements. I can't thank her enough for all her dedication, support, and expertise. On the day of the wedding she gave me all the confidence and support I needed to ensure everything ran smoothly. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

We knew Jackie would be perfect from the beginning! She was very responsive to all of our needs and we were on the same page about everything. She was so professional and our wedding day was seamless! She helped with our rehearsal dinner and we used JMW for our floral. Jackie helped with everything--she helped us negotiate our contract with our venue and organize every single detail for our wedding which was magnificent! Getting married can be very stressful, Jackie took care of everything, kept us on track and made sure we thought through all the details to make it beautiful and fun. Jackie was highly mindful of our budget and also executed our vision within that budget. I cannot speak more highly of Jackie. JMW Services were so amazing and professional on my big day. They were hands down awesome. They were organized and helpful. Jackie and her assistants were very sweet. I did not have worry about nothing on my special day. If you were wondering where you can find a wedding planner, it would be them. You will not regret it.

Jackie was truly amazing!! She was so so helpful in preparing for the wedding and making sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding went so smoothly and it was definitely because of Jackie. She took away all of my worries and made sure every little detail was accounted for. I even had a small issue with the bustle on my dress and she improvised so fast and fixed it for me so no one could tell there was a problem with it. She checked in with me and the girls many times throughout the day and it was SO reassuring having someone you trust running the show. When it came time for the ceremony and reception, she was always there taking my worries away and making sure everything was perfect. I truly can’t thank her enough for all of the work she put in!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have had Jackie as our wedding planner. She was amazing to work with during the planning process and even more so on the day of the wedding. She handled literally everything on wedding day so I could just enjoy myself and truly made my vision come to life! Multiple people in my wedding party commented how great she was and my husband still says she was the best investment for our wedding. 100% would recommend!

Jaclen is awesome! She is easy to work with and she is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She made the whole wedding planning experience stress free for me and was available to answer any and all questions I had. She made everything run smoothly before, during, and after our wedding and I really couldn’t have done it all without her. Jackie is so hands on with everything! She was our day of coordinator and from the moment I booked her she was fully on board to help where she could. She met us at the property before we booked it, went and picked out tables and linens, checked in on my planning frequently and really so much more.. The week of the wedding I had to have emergency surgery and she took care of everything I couldn’t do! I had no choice but to let everyone around me control everything I had worked so hard on, but she lead our friends and family in the right direction to help get everything done in time. She did an awesome job, is extremely personable and really a joy to be around! I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!!! PS: she makes beautiful bouquets too ♥️

She kept my wedding planning on tract, and helped herd my wedding party to keep us all on track. She helped me pick my decor and then decorated my venue perfectly! I haven’t had my wedding yet, but I asked Jackie if I could leave her a mid-planning review because I am just SO impressed with her. I am planning a Florida wedding but currently living in the Midwest so having a trustworthy, knowledgeable and approachable wedding planner was huge for me. I chose Jackie after talking with a few wedding planners over the phone. What stood out to me was how personable she is and how willing she was to answer whatever questions I had and not just sticking to what some may feel the “agenda” for the first phone call should be. She is always very prompt to respond and willing to set time aside for me to bounce ideas off by phone or by text. She has reduced the stress of wedding planning a ton, has helped me prioritize and stick to my budget, but also focuses on how to create the wedding exactly how I envision it. I went with the full service planning package and it is truly that! She has helped me with searching, choosing, negotiating and signing my venue, photographer, videographer, and DJ. She has great recommendations when I ask for them and looks into any company, restaurant, piece of decor, etc that I ask her to. She is helping me customize my invitations and wedding favors, letting me use multiple different pieces of decor she already has, and she even offered to alter my rehearsal dinner dress for me to stay on budget! When I flew into town she organized decor shopping, a venue tour, and helped fix my hair in between photos at our engagement session! My fiancé and I have full confidence in Jackie and know that she approaches our wedding day with care as if it were her own, but also makes sure that we get everything we want and that all of our boxes are checked! I can’t wait to see what a beautiful wedding day she helps us create!

Jaclen was top notch since our first conversation. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator for our wedding, but she was much more than that. She made sure we were prepared with every little detail for our big day, and she was wholly focused on making the day what we envisioned and perfect.
