Annie is very knowledgeable about the industry and offered great advice and planning tips. I loved that she had a list of deadlines all mapped out so that we could accomplish them as a team. On the day of the wedding, everything went sooo smoothly and every little detail was executed perfectly. My now-husband and I had such a blast because Annie was such a powerhouse of a coordinator. Food magically appeared on our table when we were hungry, our wine glasses refilled itself, everything was so well orchestrated I swear she knew sorcery. I give her props cos she was able to corral our crazy wedding party and handled our kolohe crew with such professionalism lol. That alone deserves a standing ovation. Curtis was our emcee and musician and performed all the music leading up to the dance party. Annie and Curtis have such an amazing chemistry and their energy is infectious! We honestly can't thank Mango Season Weddings enough for being a part of our special day. We will forever cherish them and they have a special place in our hearts. She has excellent cloud software tools to track and manage the scope and complexity around every wedding detail. Her process is completely dialed — instead of worrying about what to work on and when, Annie breaks it down into small bite sized pieces each month so you’ll only focus on what is relevant. I cannot stress enough how important this is in keeping your sanity and staying up on the rest of life’s responsibilities. If you need design inspiration, they have you covered. If you need help evaluating and selecting the best vendors on the island, they have you covered! Mango Season Weddings was easily the best decision we made from a planning perspective but we couldn’t anticipate how crucial their day of wedding execution would be. Our guests were very impressed by the smooth execution of both the ceremony and reception. As bride and groom we were able to kick back and actually enjoy our big day while Annie and her team took care of every detail. We would give them 6 stars if we could! package, Annie and Curtis were both so incredibly helpful over the 2-3 years we were planning. They helped keep us on track so that things wouldn't slip through the cracks. The web portal they have was super helpful in tracking all of our to-do's and deadlines and Annie & Curtis were an absolute joy to work with every time we spoke. Fast forward to a couple weeks before the wedding and we unfortunately had a few vendors/family-help fall through (all the vendors Annie recommended were perfect btw though!) and Annie and Curtis were able to swoop in the save the day, even helping us find a DJ about one week before the wedding date!!! Curtis jumped in last minute to bring together all of our various musical gear and supplement any missing areas and when the wedding day came around, everything was perfect. Annie is just an organizational master. On the day of she had her ear-piece in and ran the show like a boss! With so many vendors coming in and out, including a lot of help from family, I can't imagine it going more smoothly. We had the best day and a huge part of that was thanks to Annie & Curtis. Seriously couldn't recommend them more!!

e the wedding, I reached out to Mango Season Weddings to see if anyone was available. By chance (and my wedding taking place on a Monday), Curtis was available to perform. He immediately scheduled a Zoom meeting to get an idea of the vibe I was going for, and by the end of the meeting he could describe my vision better than I could put into words. He single-handedly turned my boring dinner into a RECEPTION with his music and ability to read the room. I don't think I have ever seen my dad so happy (Curtis played classic rock for him), and somehow he had the majority of our 15 guests dancing by the end of the night. He truly is an exceptional person and performer. My family is so grateful he was a part of our big day.

n COVID regulations forced us to push our date back by 5 months. Annie gave us the absolute best advice on how to move on and made that process so easy for us. On our wedding day, we didn't feel any pressure at all and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved everything. When you book them (I promise you won't need to look anywhere else), make sure that you have Curtis emcee and handle your music. He will sing like there is no tomorrow and have your guests laughing until they can't breath.

Annie and Curtis made the wedding planning process smooth, which is no small feat considering how the wedding was originally planned for early 2020, and ended up going through three date changes and two and a half venues. Be it pandemic restrictions or venues closing for renovation, Mango Season was always on top of the chaos that came our way. When our first venue told us about their prolonged renovation, Mango Season provided a list of alternatives and scouted them out in record time. When new Oahu gathering restrictions (10 indoor, 25 outdoor) hit the week before our wedding, Mango Season negotiated with our new venue to help figure out a solution where we could have everything outdoors. Not only that, but they kept on top of our rental contracts, adapting everything seamlessly to fit the new venues, finding new rentals to cover new concerns, as well as drafting up new layouts to accommodate our unorthodox reception plan. Not only were they spectacular before the wedding, but they were incredible during as well. With Annie's detailed timeline in hand, everyone was on the same page on what would happen when. Annie and her team were pneumatically efficient and organized in shepherding the guests, communicating with the wedding party, handling test and vaccination checks, making the favors, and more. The day of and the days after, our wedding party and family continually commented on how amazing Mango Season was at handling and coordinating the day. Three paragraphs in and I haven't even gotten to the music yet! Needless to say, Mango Season Music blew me away. Before the ceremony, Curtis played some great Hawaiian slack key guitar. He also learned three songs for the ceremony - two instrumental covers of vocals, and one vocal - and pulled them off with aplomb. During the dinner portion of the reception, we had a jazz trio and they played an great set of tunes: Moondance, Fly Me To The Moon, Mango Season's own Lanikai Moon etc. They have a really fun funky, jazzy, groovy style, and my guests loved the songs they played! Some of them even asked me for a list of all the songs haha. Not only that, but for the dance party portion, they put together some of my favorite songs into an awesome dance mix. Curtis also made a great emcee, smoothly transitioning through each part of the reception. At the end of the night we were both elated by how the day went, but also a little sad, because it marked the last day that we'd be working with Mango Season, who we've been working with for more than two years! Seriously, do not hesitate to hire them; they are incredible planners and fantastic musicians. There are so many other things they did that I don't have the space to touch on—all the suggestions Annie had to flesh out my wedding vision, their storeroom of items (signs, candle holders etc) so we didn't have to spend on more rentals, the wedding planning tool they had (Aisle Planner) that kept us on track and organized! We are grateful to them, tho running out of character space, so all we can say is: Annie and Curtis—thank you for the best day of our lives!

My original venue wasn't able to accommodate us anymore but Annie and her team found my dream venue with only 2 months away from my wedding!! I cannot say how much this team means to me and how hard working they are. On my actual wedding day all her team members were so attentive and quick to respond to me, my husband, family and the rest of my guests. This vendor will not disappoint you. Even our photographer said Mango Season Weddings is the MOST organized and well planned planner in Hawaii. From making my whole family individual timelines, to giving me/my husband play by plays the day of and just making sure everything is going smoothly. Mango Season Wedding met and went extremely beyond my expectations. My dream wedding I envisioned in my head came to life right before my eyes and it was PERFECT. Season for our wedding and honestly, it was some of the best value we got for our money! Annie, Curtis, and their entire team are absolutely amazing and were so easy to work with! We selected the Day-Of Coordination Package and it provided more than we could have even imagined. Although we already had a general vision for our special day, Annie was able to give us a list of recommended vendors to use and helped us refine what we had in mind. Annie and her team provided guidance along the way but didn't ever step on our toes or reject any of our ideas of things that we wanted for our wedding. Another huge bonus to working with Mango Season is that they offer an inventory of additional wedding decor and supplies that you can use on your bid day as opposed to trying to shop around and buy items that you may only use once. A month before our wedding day, Annie and Curtis really helped take over all the planning and coordinating with our vendors. This was SO HELPFUL especially once all of our family and guests started arriving in town. Having the whole Mango Season crew on our side on the big day made everything run so smoothly and actually allowed us to relax and enjoy our own wedding! Their attitudes and upbeat energy kept everything so positive throughout the whole planning process! We absolutely love Annie and Curtis and would 1000% recommend them and their entire Mango Season team for any event you are planning!

The great thing about La Pietra is that they have no preferred vendors so you get to customize it however you want which was ideal for me since I had a very clear vision. My friends have told me over and over that hiring a wedding planner was worth every penny. I was kind of hesitant because keep in mind, I had a very specific vision but by the time we were able to book the venue (we were allowed to book May 2019 for a March 2020 wedding), it was crunch time so I asked my network of friends for wedding planner recommendations. I had a lot of traveling on my calendar for the last half of 2019 so I decided that having a planner was ideal so I wouldn't stress out. My then-fiancé and I had a phone consultation with a few wedding planners but when I reached out to Annie, she suggested we meet in person. Out of all the wedding planners we spoked to, Annie was the one whom we clicked the most. She was warm, inviting, hilarious, and so down to earth but also knew her stuff. We hired her sometime in September which meant 6 months left to plan but she was all game and was prepared to make this wedding work. As far as my vision goes, she knew exactly where to get the plates I wanted, the flatware, the linens, the chairs, flowers, everything. She allowed me to design the wedding of my dreams and she executed it (more on that later). The 6 months we had to plan was probably one of the most stressful periods in my life and not because of the wedding planning which I enjoyed but more so because of things outside of wedding planning. In combination with the traveling, my cousin who was set to get married before I did passed away and my beloved dog of 12 years (who was supposed to be our Ring Bearer) had also passed just a month and a half before the wedding so having Annie to do most of the wedding planning was a lifesaver and I can not thank her enough. Okay, now to the wedding! Our wedding was March 7, 2020, just days before COVID-19 was declared a pandemic. Half of our guests were from the Mainland. I had a few guests cancel their flights because of COVID fears but Annie and her husband Curtis did everything they could to make this wedding go smooth. From the entertainment (we had 3 different ones: a harpist, a jazz band, and a DJ), the food, the decor, all of my worries went out the window that day. All of the vendors I personally picked and all of the vendors Annie suggested were top-notched. Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives and our family and friends still talk about how beautiful it was! And our harshest critics (our parents lol) commented how great Annie was and how smooth the wedding went. Even though the wedding was exactly how I envisioned it (minus cutting out a few things because it was going over budget lol), our wedding would not have been what it was WITHOUT ANNIE! Even when we were about to go over budget, you did everything to trim the spending but make our wedding still look and be amazing. You put everything together so seamlessly so thank you, thank you!

This was right where I started to realize the real cost of weddings despite my best efforts to keep costs down. I was feeling pretty defeated with planning and then in came Annie. I instantly felt more relaxed after our initial consult which was free. No obligation to book her but I have no idea why you wouldn’t after talking to her. She is amazing! She was so patient in answering my flurry of questions after my last encounter with a “coordinator”. She provided a great deal of information on her services and provided some advice on which type of coordination package I might benefit from the most. I opted for a “Day Of” coordinating package based on my needs and budget. I got so much more. I still planned all of my wedding but if I got stuck or wanted her professional opinion she would provide candid and useful advice. Even though it was a “day of” package, she started taking over any vendor contacts I had finalized about a month out. She would follow up to make sure I was staying on track with planning. She also provided a checklist for things I didn’t even think about, like the little odds and ends details. We met twice to do a walk through of the venue and talk about layouts. She and Curtis were also there for the rehearsal and took over transportation of some of the wedding decor. On the big day she was in contact with my sister the whole time who said she was a real rockstar. Her whole team worked together with some of our family and friends to set everything up. We had an amazing wedding. It was beautiful and was all that I had hoped for. I highly recommend Mango Season Weddings!

We will start by saying our wedding turned out better than we could have possibly imagined, and that was entirely due to the care that Mango Season took with us from day one. They went above and beyond in all that we asked (or didn't ask) of them. First off, Annie made us feel incredibly comfortable with the whole process. We told her what our budget was and in contrast to all of the other wedding coordinators we had contacted, she actually listened and managed to stay within our budget while still delivering our dream wedding. Throughout the whole time, Annie made each step of the process enjoyable and meaningful. My fiance and I were dreading the minutiae of the wedding planning process, but Annie made things easy, simple and most importantly fun. They made it so we could enjoy the process with minimal stress. We cannot imagine our wedding without them running the event. We had some vague ideas about the feeling and energy and vibe we wanted our wedding to be with our loved ones, and they were able to interpret our vague ideas into exactly what we wanted and blend that with their expertise of how to run a flawless event and execute it so excellently. One thing we appreciated the most was that they anticipated and executed tasks that we didn't even anticipate. There are so many tiny details that go into a wedding day that we never imagined, and they helped us figure these out without overwhelming us. Importantly they were excellent communicators with no worries about not hearing back within a reasonable timeframe. Always so pleasant to work with and talk with - any meeting we had was always such a positive experience and left us happy and excited to move forward. We were wedding novices who had no idea what went into planning events, but they clearly have the expertise to run way more elaborate events than what we had planned. Our guests all raved about our wedding, and that is because Mango Season was able to design and plan something that truly represented us as a couple and what we wanted to have our friends and family experience. They connected us to many options for reputable vendors on the island that were wonderful and reasonable, and fit with what we wanted. The day of the wedding ran without a hitch (at least to us and our guests, which is what mattered) and most importantly we were able to RELAX and completely enjoy the day without any worry or stress, and be confident that everything would run as planned. We can’t picture what the day would have been without them there to handle it all, and their guidance and coordination along the way were more than we could have ever imagined. Such gratitude to their team that we will never be able to fully convey.

She stayed in constant contact with her team, checked on my daughter and me constantly to make sure that we had everything that we needed and get us where we needed to be. Our wedding was no small task. We had many moving pieces that had to be coordinated and timed perfectly from getting all the guests, on buses, to The Cathedral of St Andrew for the ceremony, as well as all of the wedding party and family members transported in separate luxury vans, to making sure that the photographers and videographer were where they needed to be at just the right moment. THEN getting EVERYONE back again for reception time!!! Everything went off without a single hitch! The reception...Annie personally made sure that every detail...bar signs, Guest table with all items, large table assignment mirror, large Welcome mirror...everything, was placed just as we had requested!!! At the end of the night she made sure that all of our items were cleaned, packed up and in my room to take home the next day. I did NOTHING except enjoy the evening!! Annie’s professionalism, attention to detail and execution of the event are second to NONE!! As the hosts of such a large wedding, my husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about a single thing! The smile on our daughter’s face said it all…and that smile never left her face for a single moment! Annie and Curtis have an AMAZING band, as well!!! They also sang/played at our wedding!!! Our wedding has been dubbed “The Wedding of the Century” and this is in no small part in the roles that Annie, Curtis and Mango Season Weddings played. If you are wanting your wedding to be practically perfect in every way, then this Dynamic Duo is for you! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!!! I hired Annie as my day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond in helping to plan our wedding. I was especially grateful to have Annie as my coordinator the day before my wedding and the day of my wedding. She is absolutely the best at solving problems, soothing (many) feelings and emotions, and smoothing over potential problems. EVERYTHING went well because of her detailed timeline. All my ideas worked so beautifully because of how Annie put everything together. My wedding day was flawless because she kept everything in check, and if something did happen, it was taken care of immediately without me even knowing.
