A Whitehouse Wedding

I arrived at my schedule appointment time to tour the venue only to find no one there for my appointment. I had zero cell service to contact the venue. I was extremely disappointed with the appearance of the house on the property. It appears to be an abandoned farm. It definitely wasn’t worth the 40min drive to get. Which I lost all cell service half way there. I wish it would have been communicated to me before I set the appointment that cell service was spotty at their location. It would have saved me a trip.

We absolutely ADORED this venue! It is so gorgeous and beautiful. It’s all outside (except the bridal suite which is inside! It’s a bit small but worked for me and my 3 bridesmaids along with a makeup artist and hair stylist!) This venue has the most beautiful greenery and trees including a giant oak tree which we got married under, it was quite perfect and everything I could have imagined and wanted! This was the only venue we looked at and knew RIGHT AWAY this was the place for us. The owner Jessie and her family are amazing. They help you find a photographer and officiant which helped so much! They are helpful but leave it up to you on how you want with some rules which I loved because then you can have the wedding you want not the wedding someone else plans! I highly recommend A Whitehouse Wedding venue. We couldn’t be happier about our choice. The photos turn out beautifully as well and they have the cutest bar area and a big body of water just across the road with a dock. It’s very intimate and relaxing with being nature forward. It’s like a little slice of heaven in the low country!

Beautiful venue!!!! Jessie was always super quick to get back to me with with any information I asked for. She was very flexible with our schedule and was present for everything (rehearsal, getting ready, ceremony, clean up etc.). She was very helpful with our outside vendors and super accommodating. When our big day arrived she was there to direct vendors, help the photographer, and keep things going. She made me feel totally relaxed, I didn't have to worry about a thing!!! Everyone keeps telling us how beautiful the venue was and how easy it was to get in and out, park, and find their way. We planned our ceremony around high tide so we got beautiful photos and had an amazing background for our ceremony! We are so glad we found A Whitehouse Wedding!! Couldn't have imagined a more beautiful spot to get married!
