good. I can't say enough about the group. Amanda was the rockstar even when my day of had messed up she stepped up and killed it. can't say enough good things about it. The only issue I can say is it does get hot especially when dancing but that usually happens and where. One more possibly if you were a bride who would be upset about seeing someone else on your day they do have the two spaces near each other and share a restroom didn't impact my day but I know some many not like that.

s was unable to attend the ceremony on the beach. Amanda waited on him while he hung out upstairs on the balcony, ensuring he had coffee and stayed warm with the beachy breeze. They were both so friendly and on top of everything. The food was really affordable and delicious...everyone raved about the salmon and mashed potato bar. I did the smaller room with about 75 guests, I really wouldn't do more than 80 for that room. If I did it all again, I would definitely keep this venue.

Do this is tough. I had my wedding on 8 September 2018, In the seaside room.
-You can’t beat the price
-All of my guests loved the food!
-Linda and Amanda are lovely and so helpful
-The room set up is a tad odd
- it’s only a 4 ho...
ur rental window so time is crunched and this can be very stressful on the bride.
- the AC does not work!!!! It was unbearably hot all night and most guests left early because they were so uncomfortable. So if you’re wedding is a summer wedding, I’d rethink this or do not invite to max capacity which is 100.
-I paid for open bar and they only provided one bartender. So my guests were waiting in a long line for a drink during cocktail hour(10-15 minute wait) I feel they should have had two to move things along.
-I was super late due to there only being one line open to get on base and the gate guard that day decided to check all ID’s and do some vehicle searches. So plan ahead for this one!!
I wouldn’t not recommend having your wedding here, i would just be mindful of everything i listed in the cons and plan accordingly

as! We had our ceremony on the beach and then reception inside the Fireside/Seaside room. I only had a little bit of the food, but it was delicious and all the guests said the beef and the salmon and all the appetizers were amazing. Everything went off without any issues. Only complaint would be that the room was kind of hot and they had fans blowing like the AC was broken... either way, it was an August wedding so everyone was hot regardless. The room was setup beautifully and the prices were not bad at all. Definitely would recommend having your beach wedding here!

eam (we worked with both Linda and Amanda - both great! - during the planning stages, but neither were working on our actual wedding day). Our reception was held in the Seaside Room (formerly called the Fireside Room), which was the perfect size for our 75 guests. RAVED about the food! I did enjoy the lemon pepper chicken and the seasoned rice, they were delicious (that's about all I can remember eating at my wedding unfortunately!) Brenda was a most helpful caterer. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is whoever the woman was that was there when we arrived at the location in my limo, before the ceremony, was extremely rude to my bridal party, because a couple of them needed to use the restroom and at first she would not allow them inside the building and she told me that it wouldn't be open UNTIL my reception time (so just keep that in mind!) I think that she understood how rude she was being, because she quickly changed her mind and invited my bridal party in to use the restrooms before the ceremony.

If you have access to the base, then this is the place. We luckily had a family member get us in to sponsor us. The food was amazing, the drinks were good and everyone had a good time. The downside is the times, they defiantly don't give in....
They did allow us to buy more time the week before the wedding because there was no other event. But the start and end times are normally not changeable. Having it on base has its pros and cons. It takes a while to get everyone there and you have to have a list of everyone's names. If they gate is doing there job properly then there would be no wedding crashers. I had a blast at my wedding, and hope one of my friends gets married or party's there so i can eat some more food. I barely got to have a plate but was told how great it was. And the view is amazing!!!!

Pros: Location and view (at the beach), Brenda (the coordinator you need to work with, she is 20+ yrs experienced and has wonderful advice), food (everyone loved the food, go for the mashed potato bar!)
Cons: Gate Guards (they don't know how...
to read alphabetical order and therefore had a hard time finding names on the guest list) Room size (Fireside says it holds 100 people, we had 85 and it was crowded)
Overall: You can't beat the location or the price. I recommend!
