When the pandemic forced us to postpone the original date, Arielle had brought Jill onboard and they helped us reschedule -- not once, but twice! -- contacting all our vendors each time and helping us find, interview, and secure new ones when necessary. In the weeks leading up to our actual date, in November 2021, they continued to be extremely organized, seamlessly transitioning things over to Jill when Arielle went on maternity leave. On the actual day of, we didn't really know what to expect, but we were so impressed with how organized they were and how we didn't have to think about anything except having a good time. We can't say enough about how helpful they were during all the insanity of the last year and a half!

We dealt with a pandemic, a wild wedding-night thunderstorm, and the bee-allergic groom getting stung by a bee for the first time in 25 years mere hours before the ceremony. They were calm, cool, and collected throughout, and the wedding itself was just about as perfect as we could imagine. They have our highest possible recommendation. Thanks to her, I always knew where we were in the planning process and what was left to do. I started working with Arielle in 2019 for our 2020 wedding, which had to get postponed due to COVID. Arielle took so much stress off our plates by working with every single vendor to re-schedule and reviewing all of our new contracts. Arielle & Jill kept track of every little detail over the past 2 years of wedding planning and it was amazing to see it all come together. I received compliments about Arielle & Jill specifically from every single vendor, many of whom stated they were the most organized planners they had ever worked with. They did an amazing job building out a wedding timeline and making sure all the vendors were informed and ready to go on the day of. We also received so many compliments from guests about this being the best wedding they had ever been to, and we could not have done it without them! The Summer & Co team are incredibly organized and had the answer to every question I had (and trust me, I had A LOT of questions). You can tell they love what they do & are amazing at making what is typically a stressful process actually fun. I cannot thank them enough for taking 99% of the stress off our plates so we really got to enjoy the day! I fully trusted that the Summer & Co team had everything handled, and they went above and beyond to deliver on that! I highly recommend the first thing any DMV couple planning a wedding does is hire Summer & Co!
