The Barn at Pollard Grove was designed as a Wedding Venue offering almost everything a couple needs for a seamless event. We have six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, a breathtaking barn painted in a modern black, a Bridal Suite, a Grooms Cabin, plenty of restrooms, paved parking, decor closet, coordinators, and easy access from the 407 exit in the Smoky Mountains. The Barn at Pollard Grove can accommodate up to 125 guests for a ceremony outside and reception in the Barn, which has a separate buffet room, a bar, and two bathrooms. Get ready in style in our dedicated Bridal Suite or Groom's Cabin on opposite sides of the property ... creating privacy on the big day. The groom's cabin is equipped with amenities like a kitchenette, a full bathroom, flat-screen TV, darts, bumper pool, and cornhole. Our bridal suite offers multiple dressing rooms, a hair and makeup area, a lounge, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. For your convenience, we have a decor room stocked with signs, floral, centerpieces, candles, linens, and so much more to make setting up your vision easy. Enjoy multiple ceremony sites, including in front of the INN, the barn, at the pergola, in the fields, or indoor as a backup option with weather. Take advantage of our party patios for a delightful cocktail hour, followed by your unique reception inside the barn. Our paved parking lot and golf cart transportation ensure ease for your guests. Colby made this beautiful venue into an incredible experience. He is a multi-talented professional capable of running the perfect event. He made sure the grounds were manicured, the decorations were exquisite, and every request was taken care of. Colby put together samples of what he could do for decorations and asked for feedback. They came out great. I asked if he could put rice paper butterflies on all the cupcakes - no problem. Notes/gifts at each place setting - done. Many guests offered help ahead of time - "I got this" he would say. And he did. He loves his job, loves creating a special place customize for you special day and it shows in his work, his communication, and his attitude. He even decorated the Bride's building - the attention to detail was phenomenal. I don't think he could've done a better job for me if I was his favorite (older) sister! Sherri was incredibly organized and asked all the right questions to prompt for the things I might not have thought of yet. They had lots of ideas to save money and to customize the event. They also are plugged in to local vendors - this was important to me. I'm local but have been here less than 2 years and they were able to recommend vendors for me to check out and choose from. Sherri was exceptional at communicating. She checked in regularly to make sure plans were progressing and so that I knew what I needed to with The Barn. We had a timeline and Sherri kept things moving on time. I also rented the house on the property for Friday and Saturday. It is spectacular! Do miss out on this. Guests can just walk to their room after the event. So convenient! We had a perfect day and I can't thank Colby and Sherri enough for all they did. My guests will be talking about it for a long time!
