Absolutely fantastic and so great to work with. Diane was our wedding coordinator and went above and beyond multiple times to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. She was lovely to work with and made the whole experience so seamless. The event spaces are wonderful and the staff was fantastic and so helpful.
We had our dream wedding at the Sea Pines Resort this past spring and it was by far the easiest and best decision we made!!! I grew up vacationing on Hilton Head Island throughout my childhood, so when my husband and I decided to have our wedding on Hilton Head and began looking for a venue, Sea Pines was our first choice! We had our ceremony on the 18th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links and our reception in the Atlantic Room at the Beach Club. Both venues were absolutely stunning!!! From the beginning, Diane Hardy was amazing to communicate with and helped answer all of our questions throughout the planning process. We were so impressed with Diane and her entire staff throughout the whole of wedding planning!! We had endless compliments from our guests on how beautiful both of our venues were and how delicious all of the food was at our reception! Everything was so flavorful, and the cake was some of the best wedding cake I had ever had! We could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else and are so happy to have chosen Sea Pines for all our lifelong memories!! The added bonus of having our wedding night stay at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town is something my husband and I will never forget and plan to come back in the future for anniversary celebrations to come!!
The people at Sea Pines Resort did the most fabulous job. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. Each guest at my wedding could not stop talking about how kind and prompt the staff was with everything. Our wedding planner, Diane Hardy did the most perfect job and made everything stress free. Sea Pines Beach Club was a beautiful space, ceremony of the beach followed by a cocktail hour watching the sunset and beautiful space for our wedding. The bar was located on the patio where it left space for our guest to talk to each and get some fresh air. It was the perfect night and out wedding coordinator was excellent Samantha Tucker, very professional and always ready to listed to my needs. Being from another country wanted something different and she made it happen. Delicious food and top shelf drinks. Love Hilton Head and our experience
Our wedding was in the heritage room in the main clubhouse of the Harbor Town Golf Links. First, the staff was amazing and so helpful. Communication was easy and pain free. We chose a plated dinner and loved the chef’s willingness to alter certain things for us. The food on the day of was amazing and came out perfect. Another highlight of the day was the organization of the staff. They were all extremely attentive and helpful the entire night. They helped ensure everything flowed smoothly and were always there if you needed anything. I was so impressed with every part of the evening from cocktail hour to the send off with a drive in a golf cart to the Inn. They made it a night I will never forget and an experience so stress free that I would do it again.
Best decision we could've ever made!! This venue was fantastic, they had everything we needed and ever could have wanted and made the entire process from the initial tour to the big day flawless. We just passed our 6 month anniversary, and looking back, I could not be happier with our perfect wedding at The Sea Pines Resort! Just as so many couples who got married this year, we had to postpone our original wedding from June 2020 due to COVID. After planning almost the whole thing in 2020, I was initially very frustrated with the idea of "re-planning" in 2021. Thankfully, Tracey Mancini is the best wedding coordinator I could have hoped for! She had meticulous notes from our planning process in 2020 and was able to re-start our planning in 2021 without missing a beat. In addition to knowing everything there is to know about weddings at The Sea Pines Resort, she is so upbeat and fun to work with. She seems to know all of the vendors in the area, and all of our other vendors were very responsive to her and thankful for her guidance throughout the process. A lot of people told me that I would need a week-of coordinator so that I wouldn't be busy on the big day dealing with the details, but with Tracey at the venue, I felt more than prepared. I was able to hand over all of the details (name cards, favors, after-party dress and change of shoes, cake toppers, signs, and the list goes on) to her several days before the wedding so that once all of our guests arrived and wedding events started, I was stress free. I knew Tracey had everything under control. Her experience really showed during the wedding as well. She was able to seamlessly steer us through the entire weekend, even throwing in some extra surprises for us along the way (like the ballroom sneak peak before the guests entered from cocktail hour). The Resort itself was the perfect venue. We were able to do all of our events (bridesmaids lunch, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, reception, after party and brunch) at various venues at the Resort and everything flowed perfectly from one event to the next. Because there were so many options, we never felt like we were repeating venues either. We were able to take advantage of both the beautiful golf course at the Harbour Town Clubhouse as well as the perfect ocean view at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Our guests have often commented on both the beauty of the venues and the quality of the food each venue served. Everything was delicious! The chefs and bartenders were extremely accommodating as well. We were able to design fun culinary twists like mini chicken and waffles at the after party. We also designed two signature cocktails for the reception that were even more tasty then we had imagined! Finally, when the night ended, we simply walked back to our room at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town, which was conveniently right next door. Staying at this beautiful hotel was the perfect way to end our perfect wedding. I cannot more highly recommend this venue. It is A+++!!!
I have not had a day where I don’t think back on how perfect my wedding weekend was at Sea Pines. I wish I could relive it over again, largely because of how perfect Tracey is. Having Tracey as a wedding coordinator is enough for choosing Sea Pines as your location, let alone how beautiful it is. We had a hard time finding a place for our Welcome Party and I knew I wanted it to be in Sea Pines with pretty specific requirements. Tracey and her team worked together to have it in a location that hasn’t done one before and they absolutely nailed it. My guests told me that they couldn’t help but feel such happiness all weekend because of how magically put together everything was. No matter how small or large your wedding will be, trust and listen to Tracey. She will make your wedding planning an incredibly enjoyable experience.
There are not words that can describe how unbelievable our wedding experience was at Sea Pines, largely because of the magician Tracey Mancini, but I’m going to try my best! Getting engaged during the pandemic (July 2020), I was thankful I didn’t have to reschedule a wedding. I wanted to try my hardest to plan our wedding once, and make it the most memorable one possible. Sea Pines was a destination for all 195 of our guests and because it is a place that is so special to me and my (now) husband, we wanted to create an unforgettable experience for all! My husband and I have been blessed to be a part of numerous weddings across the country and world and we have loved the experience of exploring a new place, meeting new people, and celebrating the common bond of love between two people. From Day 1, Tracey answered all of my emails, lists of questions, requests for recommendations, and more. We didn’t hire a full wedding planner because I didn’t feel like I needed to with Tracey. I questioned my decision to have a destination wedding during a pandemic, but she made it SO easy and put my mind at ease with every response. Tracey is such a warm, friendly person but also a boss-woman—you feel like you’ve known her for years as a friend, but she navigates the decision-making process so well. She is incredibly organized and confident in how she runs the weddings at Sea Pines. Each week, my parents, fiancé, and I would constantly ask each other—“how in the WORLD does she do all of this and still stay so awesome?!" We had our tasting 5 months before the wedding and every bit of doubt was erased on that day. Not only was the setting and staff spectacular, Tracey was clearly well respected by all and we spent the day eating amazing food, customizing our menu, and just creating our perfect day together.! She had a plan that she followed, but was incredibly patient with all of us. There is something special about Hilton Head and I knew that I needed to create the full experience for ourselves, family and friends and we truly did. There was not a single thing that went wrong and the staff was the best I’ve ever seen at a wedding. We had so many other guests echo the same sentiments. If you have doubts, throw them away. Tracey and Sea Pines made our day the most magical day of our lives!
We will skip over all of the challenges regarding finding a venue and preparing for a wedding reception over the past 24 months of a pandemic. Tracy at Sea Pines managed the process and our concerns perfectly. I think few can make that claim during this period.
For our daughter, we held an entire wedding weekend at Sea Pines, including reserving the Inn and Club for our wedding party and guests, holding a welcome/rehearsal dinner at the Beach Club, having the wedding ceremony at the Main Clubhouse, the reception at the Champions Ballroom, an afterparty at the Inn and Club, and a farewell breakfast in the clubhouse as well. With over 180 guests, the weekend required an incredible amount of coordination and planning. Tracy was just amazing. She anticipated almost every need and, more importantly, handled any issues and concerns with patience and immediate response. Nothing can be perfect when so many different people are involved, but Tracy made it clear she was going to get us as close to a perfect wedding for our daughter and new son-in-law as possible. We could say so much more, suffice it to say we have more weddings in our future, and cannot imagine looking elsewhere as long as Tracy is there.
We cannot say enough AMAZING things about Tracey and her all-star team at Sea Pines!! As a Covid rescheduled wedding, Tracey helped us through everything from moving our big day a year to last minute changes due to weather the night before, with grace and professionalism. She kept us sane during a very stressful process. Our wedding was the most perfect day and would not have been possible without Tracey's efforts and attention to detail. Sea Pines has top tier staff, food, service and views. If you are considering Sea Pines for your wedding, RUN don't walk to request Tracey and her team for your big day! You will not be disappointed!!

My son had his wedding May 2021 at the Sea Pines Resort. The ceremony was at the Liberty Oak Tree The reception at the Beach Club and the rehearsal dinner at the Inn at Harbour Town. We had to reschedule 3x due to the pandemic and Sea Pines couldn’t have been anymore accommodating Tracy the wedding planner was fabulous and certainly went above and beyond to make everything special. It was absolutely perfect from the staff to the food to the venue itself We couldn’t have imagined how wonderful it was and heard from many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever attended
We had our wedding ceremony on the 17th fairway and then did our reception upstairs in the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse and it was amazing!! Our wedding coordinator, Tracey Mancini, was absolutely fabulous. She was helpful throughout the entire planning process and gave us great recommendations for our guests to stay along with rehearsal dinner options! She had everything planned out to perfection and exceeded our expectations. Sea Pines Resort wedding venue options are so beautiful - HIGHLY recommend Sea Pines Resort (and especially Tracey!!).
Let me start off by saying that planning a wedding during a pandemic is so difficult! Planning a destination wedding was almost exhausting… But luckily we booked the Sea Pines resort for our wedding and Tracey Mancini ; our wedding coordinator; stepped up and far exceeded our expectations. She was available usually within a few hours , at most 24 hours, whenever I needed her with questions or concerns regarding a variety of things ie) number of guests or decorations or changes to wedding party etc. I probably could have called her to vent or cry without being charged for psychotherapy! The Sea Pines resort really went out of their way to allow my now husband and I to not only create and customize what we envisioned for the big day but also truly experience one of the best weekends of our lives. I hand chose my vendors but Tracey literally took care of managing and coordinating everyone, and allowed me to truly be in the moments, which I’m so grateful for. The team was able to space guess out at tables for the reception making sure to abide by the pandemic rules (and we didn’t want anyone getting sick), they continued to meet with us at every mile stone in the planning process while ensuring the safety of my husband and I as well as their team along the way. Of course the day of the wedding, unusual hurricane weather had swept into Hilton head and it was touch and go on ceremony location as we originally booked the 18th lawn, But Tracey allowed me the space and time to decide at probably the last minute that we would change our ceremony location. Tracey and her team busted their butts throughout that entire day changing the location (including breaking the rules to have the dogs of honor stay in the wedding party even indoors), having the reception be more than I could’ve ever imagined and touched us more then I could probably describe in words. Even with the change of location for our ceremony our wedding was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. People still talk about our wedding today and I always say even with the last-minute changes I truly was a perfect wedding. they also talk about Tracey, and how hard she truly worked behind the scenes to ensure it went off without a hitch! If you’re looking for a professional, Kind, considerate, and fun team to help plan the wedding of your life, with obvious impeccable taste (the food was to die for) I wouldn’t choose anybody but Tracy and her team with The Sea Pines Resort, over and over again.
Sea Pines Resort was the perfect setting for our son's rehearsal dinner. We began with cocktails in the Ocean Lounge (lovely outdoor space overlooking the beach with an ocean breeze) and moved into the classic Atlantic Room for a seated, plated dinner for 60+. Tracey Mancini, the Sea Pines coordinator, tended to every detail. Delicious dinner, superior service, elegant ambiance - all made for a delightful, memorable evening. After dinner, we returned to the Ocean Lounge to wind down the fun evening. Highly recommend Sea Pines Resort!
My wife and I were lucky enough to get married at the Sea Pines Resort in November 2020. From the first time we visited the resort then to working with the team for our original date (then re-planning everything due to Covid) and ultimately celebrating our wedding day, the team at Sea Pines was incredible (we love Tracey M.!). They were understanding of all issues we encountered and did everything in their power to help us navigate all challenges. They were proactive with several options throughout the process. The venue itself is beyond beautiful. We had our ceremony at the croquet lawn, cocktail hour at the 18th lawn and reception in the ballroom. We highly recommend it as you enjoy a beautiful reception near the clubhouse, then enjoy the stunning sunset over the river while sipping on cocktails and then celebrate the reception inside where everyone is very comfortable. We cherish every single memory of our recent wedding. And it was all made possible by the team at Sea Pines. Even though we got married during the middle of Covid, it was not on our mind while we celebrated the day. The Sea Pines team took the necessary steps to make all of our guests feel comfortable at every step. Thank you again to the team at Sea Pines for our beautiful wedding day!
We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding! After tirelessly searching Hilton Head for our perfect venue we stumbled on the Sea Pines Beach Club and from the moment we set foot in the space we knew nothing else compared. We booked our November 2020 wedding in February of that year, not knowing that we would soon be navigating planning a wedding during a pandemic.
From the moment we met Tracey it just became easy and enjoyable. Yes, we had to change our initial vision given the pandemic, but we honestly think Tracey and her team were able to make it even better, creating the beach ceremony and intimate dinner party we always wanted.
The day of was just perfect! Tracey was by our sides and popped in at all the right moments to ensure every detail was taken care of and we could just enjoy the day. I also can not speak highly enough of the food! It was delicious and I still have people commenting on our Bruschetta bar. We also were able to have a Bananas Foster station which was amazing!!
Above all else, every guest we spoke to said they were amazed at how safe they felt that day - thank you Sea Pines team for ensuring that!

BEST WEDDING EVER!! Despite all that was happening in 2020, Tracey Mancini and the Sea Pines Resort team were still able to give me and my husband our dream wedding this past fall (10/17/2020) at the Harbour Town Golf Links. The entire staff worked tirelessly to make sure our event was perfect. From helping us replan major details due to COVID, such as moving the ceremony from 18th green to under the Live Oak and from a ballroom reception to an outdoor tent reception to smaller changes like switching to a plated meal so our guests felt more comfortable, the entire event staff was always willing to work with us. We never had a doubt that the wedding was going to be a success.
The safety protocols the Resort had in place not only the day of our wedding but also at the golf outing that was hosted the day before, made all of our guests feel comfortable and relaxed so we could just spend the weekend celebrating! The staff was always masked, gloved and there were hand sanitizing stations provided at every event. Even our cocktail hour appetizers were shared in individual disposable vessels for extra precaution!
We would especially like to thank Tracey who without her help, guidance we would have just been lost and overwhelmed with planning (and re-planning). She was always quick to respond to our many questions and the day-of coordination between various vendors was seamless, allowing us to just enjoy ourselves on the dance floor & party!
Wedding of my dreams!
Stumbled across Sea Pines Beach Club while riding our bikes along the beach, and had lunch on the patio. I don’t think I was even engaged at the time as I stalked the upstairs reception room. I KNEW this was the spot to get married. Hilton Head is our second home and we knew our wedding would take place here. I checked 2 other spots ( once we were engaged ) and Sea Pines Beach club blew the other venues out of the water. Yes, it’s very expensive but well worth it! What I didn’t know at the time, is that I would soon meet our wedding Goddess , Tracey. Ah, where to start? Most brides changed their dates multiple times due to a pandemic. But us ? Nah, we decided to move our date UP and plan a destination wedding in 4 months, during a pandemic. During our 1st meeting with Tracey , I described my specific vision of how I really wanted a rustic beach wedding, with vintage/ barn like features. I explained how the ceremony was of most importance to me, and I would be collecting the decor for next 3 months and hauling it down from PA to SC. Although her eyes got big at times with all of my big ideas, Tracey never once said NO to anything. Never. On a few occasions, she would say, “ hey I need to check on that “or she would gently encourage me to think of another way to make my vision become a reality. Tracey became a friend of ours in no time. If I panicked or started to cry , Tracy was a phone call or email away. Again, we were married during a pandemic and people were cancelling one by one and I was starting to lose it. Sea pines staff and Tracey were super accommodating and friendly throughout our 4 months of planning. I brought 3 SUV trips of rustic , vintage , decor. 3. ( most venues would most likely freak outdo not allow this ) but not Tracey... she just gulped and said , “ok we got this ! “ The day of our wedding , it poured rain. All day. My vision , the money , the time , the energy , the planning ... i can’t express the attention to detail I put into this .... I thought was all going down the drain. I convinced myself , hey I tried , the marriage is most important! I had live music set up for the beach , I had 23 lanterns, all my rustic decor , brown chairs instead of white all to be set up for the beach ... as the rain came down, it was a game time decision ... what to do ?? Can’t get musical instruments set, etc etc
Tracey said , “if you want the beach , we will do it” And then ....... Tracey , my wedding goddess, made the rain stop. She also took away all my jitters. I was SOooo freaking happy. Everything was absolutely breathtaking , enchanting and magical. The food , the service , was TOP notch. My vision became reality. Every guest told me it was the most amazing wedding that they ever attended. Only thing I would change ? I wanted MORE time and wanted time to slow down. Thank you Sea Pines ! Thank you Tracey !!! Well, I don’t know where to begin to give accolades to Sea Pines Resort and Tracey, along with her staff, to deliver the best wedding day for our daughter and son in law. Planning a wedding during Covid was stressful at best and Tracey handled everything beautifully. They handled the entire weekend from the rehearsal dinner to the Welcome Party to the wedding, reception and the after party! Tracey was the best. She is so professional and personable at the same time. Everything went off without a hitch and I attribute everything to Tracey an her staff. Everyone was phenomenal! As the mother of the bride I was completely at ease during the weekend and was able to enjoy the festivities and guests. Thanks so much Sea Pines and Tracey! It was truly perfect!
We have the BEST things to say about Sea Pines Resort and especially Tracey, the wedding coordinator. We got married in November 2019 at Harbourtown Clubhouse. Working with Sea Pines to secure the date was easy, and our wedding planning really kicked off about six months before our date with our food and wine tasting to set the menu. We were SO impressed with how thoughtful the tasting was and had a tough time setting the menu, since the food was very very good! Tracey let us customize our menu to get it exactly how we wanted it. Our guests raved about the food. Tracey answered every single question we had from six months out to the day of very quickly and thoroughly, and she was so FUN to work with! We felt we were in good hands the entire way, and using Sea Pines was such a perk and gave us time back to focus on other aspects of our wedding. Tracey helped with everything from organizing a golf tournament on Thursday to the rehearsal dinner Friday to the wedding Saturday and a brunch Sunday. I just cant say enough about how positive our whole experience was and how helpful, thoughtful, fun and amazing Tracey is at her job!! Highly recommend using sea pines as a wedding location. Our guests were so impressed with The Inn, the hospitality throughout, the food, the dancing, everything. We loved it!!
I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Sea Pines, and especially Tracey, our wedding coordinator. Tracey went above and beyond to make our ideas happen. Throughout the wedding planning process, I worked with so many people that would seemingly listen, but never follow through and just wanted to keep things status quo—not Tracey! Tracey always listened, presented ideas based off of what we wanted, and her answer was always "let’s see how we can make it work" and she always found a way! Tracey was instrumental in our wedding weekend, she is a true professional, and as a bonus, she is an absolute joy to be around and work with. Whenever we ran into any wedding issue, my mom's first reaction was "let's call Tracey!" (and we even had our own wedding planner...). I highly recommend Sea Pines as a wedding venue. We were so pleased with everything and the food is excellent. We had a fabulous tasting and it was just as great day of. It ended up beginning to rain an hour before our ceremony, and the staff immediately got everything moved indoors and fixed beautifully for us without a hitch. Our daughter and son-in-law were married in Sea Pines on October 19th. We worked with Tracey for a year to create their dream wedding! The ceremony was to be on the 18th Lawn of Harbor Town Golf Course, and the reception was to be held at the Beach Club in the Ocean Lounge and the Atlantic Room. Everything was clicking along beautifully until we started to notice some ominous weather reports.... as the special day approached and 100 guests had arrived from out of town, we had to move to Plan B because Tropical Storm Nestor decided to crash the wedding! The day before the wedding, we met with Tracey and she was beyond helpful with the Plan B ceremony site. We were moved inside to the Heritage Room in Harbour Town's Clubhouse. It was of course not what had been envisioned for the several months leading up to the big day, but Tracey, Brian, and crew did not disappoint! The room was set up so beautifully, and it felt so safe and intimate as the storm raged outside! Without Tracey and the incredible Sea Pines wedding staff, we would have been in complete panic mode! She was with us every step of the way and was an amazing calming presence to our family! Our family highly recommends Sea Pines Resort and Tracey to any family looking for the best of the best for their truly special day!
1st off.. Tracey!! A gift from God is what she is! We had the best time planning our "upscale BBQ" and beach ceremony at the beach club with Tracey. Within a 10 minute conversation with us, Tracey recommended EXACTLY who we needed to make our day perfect. She was SPOT ON! From the DJ, the florist, the violinist to the little details on the menu; Tracey helped us create a truly magical day. My husband and I want to do it all over again just to spend more time with her!
The venue.. Sea Pines Beach Club, Atlantic Room was spectacular. The food was beyond amazing (our guests are still talking about it) and the attention to detail and care from each and every staff member exceeded our expectations. I honestly wouldn't change one second of the day. Spectacular!!
Our family has had a vacation home in Hilton Head for ten years and I knew I wanted to get married at Sea Pines prior to even meeting my fiancé. When we came for an initial walk through of the space we both fell in love with the beautiful grounds. We hosted a four day destination wedding at Sea Pines including golf tournaments, yoga and other complicated satellite events for 200 guests.

Hilton Head Island is a place that means so much to my family and I after vacationing in Sea Pines for more than 30 years. So, when my husband and I first got engaged and we talked about when and where to get married, there really was only one destination that felt so right to us both.
Wedding Specialist, Tracey Mancini and her team at the Sea Pines Resort are the real deal. A few days after I was engaged, my parents met with Tracey just to gain a sense of what a wedding at Sea Pines would look like. A fellow New Jersey-native like my parents and I, we immediately clicked and Tracey became a part of our family. She and her staff provide a personalized feel to every phone call, site-visit and email. She treats her clients with respect and goes above ad beyond to ensure that your day is a perfect one.
Tracey made the process of planning a destination wedding look and feel like a breeze. While I'm sure there were scrambles and logistics she and my parents needed to work out to make the day as perfect as it was, she makes sure that her brides are taken care of and HAPPY! Several of my married friends commented to me throughout the planning phase how, "calm and chill" I was. I literally would reply and say, "I have the best wedding planner ever, she makes everything fun and not stressful." I can't stress this enough- Tracey is prompt, flexible, well versed in creating memorable experiences, and anyone that works with her will see that immediately.
I loved seeing how well she got along with my entire family and how supportive she was in every aspect of planning such a memorable day in all of our lives. The day of our wedding, Tracey was every bit as attentive to my family, the groom and his family and I as she was during each week of planning. I don't know how to express my gratitude and admiration for Sea Pines, Tracey, and the entire staff. I was absolutely a "picky" bride who had an exact vision of what I wanted. That vision included not just a wedding DAY, but a wedding WEEK (filled with planned activities and events for guests to join us in). From start to finish, Tracey made every single vision of mine into a reality. Not only that, but any question or request I had was met with reassurance and professionalism. The chefs prepared the most INCREDIBLE tasting experience for us leading up to the big day, as well as food for the wedding day itself. When asked if they would create items for our guests that weren't on the menu but instead had been pinned by yours truly on Pinterest, it was a done deal, no questions asked. Beyond just the incredible planning, coordination, and execution of the entire staff at Sea Pines was their hospitable personalities that made the planning process anything but stressful. Tracey told me on our first phone call that, should I ever have a moment of stress, to pick up the phone and dial her so she could tell me a funny story and turn a moment of anxiety into one of laughter (something truly invaluable for a bride). Our guests were blown away with the staff at the inn as well, as they were beyond professional and helpful. From passing out welcome bags to even putting welcome notes in each guests' room for us, they greeted any and every request with a smile. As a bride, you want to feel reassured knowing that every last detail is thought of and executed by a team of professionals, and I can go on and on raving about this team, but words just simply won't do them justice. Having your wedding at Sea Pines is the way to go because their team is the best. Tracey, the wedding coordinator at Sea Pines, is with you every step of the way and is always willing to help out well beyond just doing her job. Tracey and her staff so clearly love what they do, and that makes a difference on such a special day. The food is absolutely exquisite and the menu of venues can’t be beat. The entire property is so beautiful and there are TONS of great options for traveling guest accommodations. We rented a large (7 bed/ 6 bath) house with a pool and hosted many wedding events there.
Sea Pines was not the cheapest estimate we got when we started looking at venues in Hilton Head, but I can say for certain that our experience holding our ceremony and reception there was worth every dollar. Seriously, if you’re considering Sea Pines, go see the place and fall in love. And then book it. Do it.
My daughter and son in law were married in March of this year on the 18th green of Harbour town. Throughout the planning, our contact was Tracey Mancini. She was so incredible we did not feel the need to have our own wedding planner! She was so meticulously organized, she kept us on track on all accounts. She interfaced with all the vendors, and always had our best interests in the forefront, sometimes needing to assert herself on our behalf. She anticipated our every need, offer many constructive ideas, and helped with selections. The venue and food were fabulous all weekend. Before the ceremony, we had a slight weather glitch, and Tracey held us all together, kept my panic to a minimum, and assured our guests it would pass quickly....and it did. My daughter and I honestly loved the whole experience, so smooth, and fun, and we owe it all to this wonderful woman!

During the planning process, Alexis was always willing to give me advice on what would work/make our wedding weekend as smooth as possible. The Sea Pines Resort was an AMAZING venue for our wedding at the beginning of October! All of their venues are beautiful and flawless. The food and service is beyond amazing. We were completely blown away. We had 110 people in the heritage room and it was the perfect size, beautiful and went without a hiccup! Alexis was our coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfectly- she contacted all our vendors, made a detailed timeline, graphs etc. We highly recommend asking for her as she MADE our wedding. We got numerous compliments about her! We don’t have enough good things to say- the Inn was where our block was and the rooms are very high end and beautiful. The condos the rest of the guests stayed at were also perfect! The views, the staff, the facilities are all 10/10!
I cannot say enough positive feedback about this venue. These folks know how to put on a wedding. They think of everything and are so easy to work with. Additionally, while most venues have their required vendors list Sea Pines does not. They give you a recommended list just to be helpful but do not require anyone specific with your contract.
They include and assign you a day of coordinator who really performs more like a wedding planner. We worked with Tracey and she was truly a rock star. I recommended that they actually change her title to “Dream Maker” because she truly did everything possible to grant all of our wishes. Not to mention she works with most of the vendors in the area and knows how to avoid any potential issues because she is so well acquainted with everyone.
The cuisine here is also exquisite. The food service group prepared our entire 3 day menu (rehearsal dinner, reception, and day after brunch) entirely gluten free, which is quite a feat. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting each cook and server, and every single person was polite and friendly. They cooked up a heck of a meal and our guests were all saying it was the best wedding meal they have ever had.
Lastly, the setting is to die for. The staff here works with you to set up your ceremony and reception however you want. We chose the 18th green for our ceremony and cocktail hour with the reception in the ballroom. Additionally, they always have a back up rain plan in case of weather, which is a legit backup, no leaky tents or cramped rooms. The rain plan is always just as stunning as the outdoor option.
We definitely closed out our wedding weekend floating on memories and singing Sea Pines praises.
I honestly cannot say enough about Tracey and Sea Pines. Tracey was an absolute life saver planning our wedding. Not only was she amazing, professional, and organized, but she also became another extension of my family. We live in NYC and planned our wedding remotely, and without Tracey, it never would have been what it was. In addition, I always felt that I was her priority despite the millions of other things she had on her plate. Also, the staff at Sea Pines were incredible. The entire weekend was more than I could have ever imagined. I HIGHLY recommend them without even a single bit of hesitation. DO IT!
Our August wedding at the Sea Pines Resort was absolute perfection!! From the very beginning, everyone at Sea Pines was so wonderful to work with - responsive, helpful, detail oriented, and kind! We worked with Tracey Mancini to have our reception in Champions Ballroom at the Harbour Town Golf Club and to have our rehearsal dinner at the Atlantic Room at the Beach Club. Tracey was absolutely incredible to work with! She is warm, friendly, attentive, and fun! From the very beginning, she provided answers to our many questions and gave great advice and insight when needed. She accommodated several requests of mine from having a pre-reception hot dog snack for the groom to putting together a candy bar and helping coordinate our after party. I could not imagine a better wedding coordinator to work with - thank you, Tracey! We were also very impressed by Melissa who helped to oversee the rehearsal and wedding festivities. In addition, the food and service was outstanding! All of our guests raved about the food, the filet was cooked to perfection, the waitstaff attentive, and the bar service was impeccable (of particular note, Nico, the bartender always had a drink ready and waiting for my husband and me). As the mother of the bride, I have nothing other than high praises and five star reviews for Sea PInes and especially Tracey, their wedding planner. Like many other families, we had a destination wedding - from New England to Sea Pines - and it was flawless. My husband and I met Tracey in January of 2018 and were smitten with her enthusiasm and experience. She has seen it all before - and will get you through any predicament.
We started with a rehearsal dinner at the Atlantic Room at the beach club. The grooms' family hosted a wonderful dinner that evening. I was so surprised to arrive and be greeted by Tracey on the evening before the wedding.
The reception was at the Harbour Town Clubhouse and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was gracious, the food was above and beyond any expectations I may have had, the service was tremendous and Tracey was there for every step.

Our June destination wedding was absolutely perfect at Sea Pines. Our ceremony was on the 18th green of the Harbour Town Golf Links with a stunning view of the ocean and the iconic lighthouse. Our reception was inside of the Champions Ballroom at the Harbour Town Clubhouse and was beautifully set up for our guests. The wedding week and especially the wedding day was perfect with the help of Tracey, the wedding coordinator at Sea Pines. Her experience and passion for her work showed in her organization, attention to detail, and dedication to making our wedding everything that we wanted. She made wedding planning fun and stress free by coordinating every single detail with all of our vendors. Tracey coordinated our wedding rehearsal, welcome reception at the Atlantic Room, all of the wedding day details, and breakfast for our guests the day after the wedding. Wedding planning was effortless with her in charge. People kept saying how calm I was the entire week and that is because I had Tracey. I was very comfortable knowing that everything would fall into place because of her and it certainly did. The Sea Pines staff were nothing short of professional, classy, and very accommodating to over 150 guests that we had travel to our wedding. We highly recommend a wedding at Sea Pines. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was and how much fun they had.
My wife Casey (whose family has come to Hilton Head every summer since the early 1980's) and I were married at Sea Pines in March. Our ceremony was outdoors underneath the Liberty Oak in Harbour Town, and our reception was in the Champions Ballroom at the Clubhouse. We also had our rehearsal dinner at The Atlantic Room. Words truly cannot express how PERFECT our wedding weekend was, from the stunning beauty of our various venues, to the service of EVERY single Sea Pines staff member, and most importantly due to our incredible wedding coordinator, Tracey Mancini. Talk about a veteran of the industry! She has seen absolutely everything, and put our minds at ease (or completely took work off of our plates) at every turn. From our initial conversation with her all the way until our wedding night, not once did Casey and I feel like we were not completely taken care of. Tracey truly made Casey the star of the show, and worked with us to craft the perfect rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, and everything in between. She masterfully handled communication with our various vendors, and took the lead on all planning (floral, guest experience, transportation, groom/groomsmen golf, etc.). She even made Casey and me little plates of all of the appetizers we missed out on during cocktail hour (we used that time for pictures), and set up in our wedding night room a wonderful array of snacks! Just truly over the top with excellent service. I would be lying if I said our experience with Tracey and with Sea Pines was anything less than perfect. So I guess that's my one word I can use to express our experience - perfect.

I've been coming to Hilton Head since I was less than a year old and it was always in the back of my mind that I wanted to get married there...So, fast forward 29 years and it was literally a dream come true! Deciding to have our wedding with Sea Pines Resort was the BEST decision. My family, husband and I were truly BLOWN AWAY by the quality of service we received from start to finish at Sea Pines. Our wedding coordinator, Tracey, was cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire process. While my mom and I were planning from a far (NY and PA), you can probably imagine there was added stress and uncertainty at the beginning. But Tracey reassured us and worked through every little detail with elegant expertise. We met in person for our tasting and a few planning meetings over the phone, she was so warm and friendly when we met that it felt like we’d known each other for years! We’ve had so many guests who’ve ranted and raved (and continue to rave!) about how much fun they had, how beautiful HHI is, and how great of service and hospitality the team at Sea Pines provided. My husband and I were married on April 28th, 2018 and God was definitely watching over us because the weather was PERFECT. Our ceremony was on the beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club followed by our cocktail hour and reception at the Atlantic Room. It was a truly magical experience and if you’re planning a wedding in South Carolina (Hilton Head Island) then I would HIGHLY recommend Sea Pines Resort. They will personalize your experience and treat you and your family like royalty. The resort provided multiple amazing venues for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience working with our wedding coordinator, Tracey Mancini. She was so sweet and enthusiastic and fortunately for us very organized with all the million little details our wedding entailed! We held our welcome cocktail party at the Plantation Golf Club, ceremony on the beach and reception at the Beach club. We also had a going away brunch at the Heritage Room. Every detail was pretty perfect for each event. For the reception, the Beach club overlooking the beach was beautiful.. we had about 100 people and a 6 piece band and everyone fit well with three round tables on the balcony. The nice thing is that the balcony opens up so that the tables on the balcony feel like part of the room. The food was fabulous!!! Not even just for "wedding food" but for nice dinner food in general. We had the beef fillets and everything was cooked perfectly. The one heads up I would give for the beach wedding ceremony is that it is a public beach so there will most likely be people to the sides of the wedding setup. (Not a problem for us but if you want a full blown private beach with no onlookers this isn't the case.. you could ask about the 9th green probably as an option!) Overall we couldn't have asked for a better wedding weekend at the Sea Pines Resort. Food=amazing. Venue= amazing. Wedding Coordinator= amazing. :)
A dream wedding comes to life at Sea Pines Resort. My family, husband and I were truly BLOWN AWAY by the quality of service we received from start to finish at Sea Pines. Our wedding coordinator, Tracey, never missed a beat. We felt like we somehow knew her for years yet only met her once before the big day. Tracey somehow made it seem like no big deal to be planning a wedding hundreds of miles away, not to mention, to be planning it during hurricane season. She gave us more personal attention than I expected. This personal touch was seen throughout our entire wedding weekend. We had a number of guests comment on how much fun even the bartenders seemed to be having at our wedding. We even had a server at breakfast the next day remember us as the bride and groom last night and comment on my dad's speech and how wonderful she thought it was. Honestly, if you are planning a wedding in South Carolina, there is NO EXCUSE for not doing it at the Sea Pines Resort. You'll be treated like royalty, along with your family so just pull the trigger already!
Sea Pines Plantation and Tracey Mancini did a fabulous job for our wedding! In the midst of hurricane season there were many glitches to have an outdoor wedding but I have to give props to Sea Pines for doing their absolute best to make the venue a gorgeous back drop considering the timing! We recently had our ceremony on the 18th green of Harbour Town and a reception at the Atlantic Room at the beach club! We were beyond pleased with everything! The food was absolutely amazing from SeaPines catering ... The chefs creations for all of the appetizers were raved about by all the guests! His attention to detail and his ability to have all the food served hot and delicious really impressed us! The quality of food and delicious drinks were by far a highlight to the event! Tracey, the wedding planner, was a joy to work with and is extremely detail oriented! She realizes all the moving pieces that one has to deal with on the wedding day and compiled a very capable team to pull it off wth no detail being forgotten! I appreciated her dedication and attention to my being quite particular! We felt our wedding day was spectacular and I have to thank SeaPines and Tracey for a job well done! You all provided us with an amazingly beautiful setting ( thanks for lowering the crane and sprucing up the green), delicious food and an amazing experience! The reception venue allowed us to have a fabulous indoor outdoor setting with a terrific dance floor large enough to boogie the night away with the incredible music by the Root Doctors! We were married on July 28, 2017 at Sea Pines Beach Club with a reception immediately following in the Atlantic Room. The day was beyond anything I could have imagined. This was a destination wedding for us and we could not have pulled everything together without the help of Melissa, our Sea Pines wedding coordinator. She was a fantastic help in keeping the details of our wedding and reception in order and keeping us on track. Melissa helped us to meet many of the requests and needs we had for our wedding day; we couldn't have done it without her. She was also helpful in allowing us to ship things in for the wedding and storing them until we arrived in town.
The women got ready in the Harbour Town Club House women's locker room. The locker room is absolutely beautiful and gave us more than enough space for 9 ladies to gather for pre wedding festivities. The Links is a restaurant located with the Harbour Town Golf Club and the staff was accommodating to our group and met our food and drink needs well beyond what was expected. They made our morning even more relaxing and we felt right at home.
The Sea Pines Beach Club was home to our beach wedding. It was a beautiful July evening and when I saw the set up I was in awe of how Melissa had created my vision. The beach was beautifully manicured and the area had been nicely cleared for our group, although there were quite a few outside spectators!
The Atlantic Room is gorgeous on it's own, with a wall of windows leading out to a balcony that looks out onto the Beach Club restaurant and the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony was home to our cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeurves and cocktails. The Atlantic Room comfortably held our party of 85 and housed our band and dance floor. There was plenty of space for a 5 piece band and dance floor. And the food! The food and cake were fantastic, and this has been reported by our guests as the best food they've had at a wedding! The cake was designed and made by a baker and cake designer at Sea Pines. It was so beautiful and tasted fantastic!
We will carry our wedding day with us forever, and Sea Pines and Hilton Head hold a special place in my heart. I know we will return in the near future!
5 stars!!! My new husband Josh and I couldn't of been more excited and happy with how amazing our wedding at Sea Pines was!!! Our Wedding Coordinator Tiffany Lucca is THE BEST!!! She is WAY more than just a coordinator!! Truly an amazing person that really makes your wedding vision come to light. She is extremely organized and answered all of our (many) inquiries! Haha! As an out of state bride she made us feel so confident leaving the details to her! She thought of things we wouldn't of otherwise, and helped with things that went way beyond the wedding (restaurant and activity recommendations/helping Josh with golf tee times!) We couldn't be more thankful it was Tiffany that helped us through the whole process! Anyone would be truly lucky to have her as their Coordinator!! Also, the F&B Ops Manager of The Quarterdeck Roberto was beyond amazing as well!!! He helped put together a perfect sunset Rehearsal Dinner for our family and friends that will be talked about for years to come!! I am so HAPPY we chose to have our wedding weekend at THE SEA PINES RESORT! It was in the middle of our reception that it hit me, we had made such an amazing decision all those months ago in choosing this perfect place for our special day!!! I can not stress enough as a recent bride how choosing your venue is such a crucial part in the planning process. Everything begins to unfold from this choice - the flow, the vibe, and so much more.
To start the festivities off we had our Welcome Reception at The Plantation Golf Club. It turned out to be such a wonderful evening! Tiffany was very helpful in finding the best fit for this part of the weekend for me. The set up was lovely and I was very pleased with all the little details that came together on this.
Sea Pines has several amazing spots to have your wedding ceremony, the entire resort is absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I was extremely happy with the location we chose and very thankful that Tiffany allowed me to think outside the box on this aspect! Our reception following at The Beach Club turned out perfect! The service throughout the night was top notch. At one point a server informed me that anything I needed just let him know, he was there for me the entire night. I must say that meant so much to me in that moment! The food turned out amazing!!! I am a bit of a foodie so I was so happy to know how much our guests loved the menu. As for the cake, the pastry chef did an incredible job! I will never forget our tasting and how everyone was so accommodating in bringing to life the cake I was envisioning.
I am so grateful for how every detail of our wedding turned out. There are so many wonderful people that helped bring this special day to life and everyone at Sea Pines that I got the pleasure to work with are all on this amazing list! Sea Pines Resort became my canvas and I would recommend anyone searching for that special venue to highly consider choosing this remarkable resort!

We had our wedding at The Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head in March 2017. Our wedding was on the beach at the SP Beach Club and our reception was in the Ocean Lounge for cocktails & the Atlantic Room for Brunch. It's always more difficult doing a destination wedding, however Tiffany, our wedding coordinator was beyond amazing. She was flawless in her execution of every detail. I'm a truly detail oriented person and I would have known if a single thing was out of place, it was a perfect day! I would not have changed one single thing. Every person on staff is extremely accommodating, many of us stayed at the Inn at Harbor Town or rented villas or homes and all along the way everyone was exceptional in their efforts & service! I wish I could do it every year ( same guy ) because it was the most perfect day!
I planned our wedding in 3 months due to finding out that I was pregnant. Always wanting to have a destination wedding I began my search, and came across the Sea Pines Resort. After sending an email inquiry Ann Goodman contacted me and next thing I knew I had booked my venue. Once booked Ann had me work with Tiffany Lucca, who I cannot say enough about. Between all the wedding planning, questions and concerns I had Tiffany did not skip a beat. My wedding was more than what I dreamed it could have been and was absolutely perfect. Between the calls, emails and texts, there response time was quick. I also needed help with recommendations for a florist, officiant and DJ- again provided me with amazing recommendations. I cannot wait to go back to the Sea Pines on my first anniversary with my husband and our baby!
We booked The Liberty Oak as our ceremony site. It was a little outside of our budget for being just the ceremony site, but it was worth it! The weather ended up being perfect that day (thankfully), and the huge live oak served as a wonderful backdrop to our wedding.
Our contact was Alexis, and she was awesome! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was always very helpful. We did our rehearsal the day before and she helped everything go smoothly.
They were able to take all of our ceremony decorations (although we didn't have too many when the site itself is already so pretty!) the day before and set everything up prior to the ceremony. Then they took everything down and my MOH was able to pick it up for us the following day.
I can't comment on their reception events because we had ours off-site, but I can definitely recommend them as a ceremony site!
Sea Pines did an incredible job working with me and my now-husband to make our wedding day and even the week leading up to it absolutely perfect! We live out-of-state and they were extremely communicative and worked with us to make a lot of special requests happen. If you're looking for a beautiful location and a wonderful group of people to work with (not to mention delicious food) then I cannot recommend Sea Pines enough!
Our wedding at the Sea Pines Resort was absolutely perfect! Our ceremony was on the 18th Lawn with the reception following in the The Harbour Town Clubhouse. The food was great, the staff was attentive, and the coordination from Tiffany Lucca was incredible. We would recommend Sea Pines Resort for anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding in a destination spot.
Sea Pines Resort and Tiffany Lucca her and team were amazing. They were so responsive and attentive to all details. They made planning a wedding from out of state a so easy. Our ceremony and reception were at the Beach Club. The setting, food and service were impeccable. Our guests are still raving about it.
Tiffany, Chef Eric & their teams could not have been better to work with! They took our vision and ran with it, in the best way possible.
The resort was great! It was beautiful and had plenty of activities for all ages. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think we could have picked a better venue. Both families were extremely happy. and are looking to come back for vacation next year.
We were married on the beach and had our reception in the Atlantic Room which overlooks the ocean. It was perfect. I received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was.
I cannot thank Tiffany Lucca enough. She was very kind and patient throughout the planning process (I am a terrible procrastinator). She spoke with all of the vendors to confirm timelines and logistics and everything was perfect. The day of the wedding was completely stress free. With very little direction she had everything set up exactly as I envisioned. She handled all of the logistics so I could enjoy the day with my family. She also went above and beyond to offer suggestions and jump in wherever she was needed. I could not ask for a better coordinator for my wedding.

We had our wedding at Sea Pines this past weekend and it was everything we could have wished for and more! Tiffany was our wedding coordinator and was wonderful! We planned almost everything over the phone/ email and she always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. If we could do it all again we wouldn't have changed a thing!
Our wedding was held at the Harbour Town Clubhouse in May and the guests have been raving about it ever since! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for an outdoor cocktail hour, which was more than we could have dreamed of. Looking out over the golf course with our friends and family lining the porches and the children playing on the putting green as we entered the party is one of our favorite memories.
I can't begin to thank the Sea Pines staff enough for their extreme attention to detail and smooth coordination of the various events, which included a groom’s golf tournament, bridesmaid luncheon, the reception and after party. They were gracious, flexible and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and worked to make our many requests possible. The food and bar (abundance & quality, which is unique at large catered events, and provided a gorgeous cake), the ambiance (elegance, lowcountry views), and the service (even the tasting was a special and memorable experience) were absolutely amazing. On Thursday night, we were looking for somewhere to take all of our guests after the Welcome Party and the Sea Pines Beach Club kindly reopened their bar to accommodate us. They also coordinated all accommodations for our many out of town guests, who praised the excellent service at the Harbour Town Inn.
It was a beautiful event, and our friends and family are still talking about how memorable and fun it was in the weeks and months later! My husband, our families, and I would highly recommend this venue for a spectacular wedding day. You are in best hands with Sea Pines!
The perfect venue for the perfect day. I've grown up vacationing at my grandparents house in Sea Pines since I was a little girl, so Hilton Head has always held a special place in my heart. I started bringing my now husband there for the past few years, and he quickly fell in love with the relaxed, luxurious beach town that is Sea Pines. The recent renovations they have done are exquisite. They fit the atmosphere and the feel of Sea Pines, and my husband and I quickly knew that the Beach Club was the perfect venue for us. We were beyond blessed to have Melissa, our wedding coordinator to work with. She has a very gentle disposition, but she is so conscious of the importance of the day and helped me with every step along the way. It was a beautiful wedding and a beautiful day! I'm so thankful to get married in such a place that was so meaningful to me, and I'm thankful to all the Sea Pines staff who helped make it a perfect day!
