We should have known we were going to have a problem when we couldn’t get ahold of them leading up to our wedding.
We called multiple times in the two months leading up to the wedding to confirm our remaining balance and the job details.
When... we were FINALLY able to get ahold of someone in the office, they didn’t have “proof” of our original deposit. Luckily, I still had the receipt.
I then confirmed the details of the entire job with the lady in the office, I believe her name was Susan. My husband also spoke with the staff to confirm the job the week AND DAY of the wedding
Upon leaving the venue I was getting ready at, all three shuttles were waiting there. THEY DID NOT PICK UP OUR GUESTS, as we had discussed.
I then directed them to go to the hotel to pick up our guests, to which they then DROPPED THEM OFF AT THE WRONG CHURCH.
Then the driver of our “limo” (a van) was complaining to US about how it was giving her a headache. Uhm, HELLO?! It’s not YOUR wedding that you just screwed up.
We then complained to Tony himself about the mix up and have only received excuses that have nothing to do with the mistakes made. He won’t even take responsibility for anything and shifts the blame to US. Totally unprofessional and I WOULD NOT suggest using this service EVER.
