Ultimate Nights DJ had fantastic communication and excellent customer service. Our DJ was Tyler and he was incredible. We had a Star Wars themed wedding and they did great with gearing music and ceremony background songs with our theme. Tyler worked with the photographers on the timeline and he was very communicative the day of to let us know what was coming up as well as talked us though the plan and make sure we were ok with what’s coming up or if we needed more time. Tyler was fun and engaging to keep the party going. If I were to go through the whole planning process over I would choose Ultimate Nights DJ again. We were very satisfied with the service.

Brian was an amazing DJ! We got so many compliments on the music and the environment he created. Brian also went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the music being played and even got us drink refills! It was so easy to work with him. All of the pre-wedding planning was easy and helpful! Cannot recommend using Ultimate Nights more!

My husband and I hired Ultimate Nights for our May 20th 2023 wedding and they were so amazing, went above and beyond to help with the ceremony, set up and did a wonderful job interacting with our guests. The music choices they followed through with. Got our guests up out of their seats dancing till the night was done. The DJ we were given had such a lively and bubbly personality and very outgoing with the crowd. The price was just right for us and we highly recommend ultimate nights as your choice for a DJ. They offer choices and they will work with you on your questions you may have. They even have vendor connections if you ever need help finding other vendors for other things to add to your wedding. All in all, Ultimate Nights is the way to go. Amazing people to work with. Thank you Ultimate for making our wedding memorable and so special to us. You definitely know how to make weddings a good time for everyone. My cousins had such an amazing time doing karaoke even. All our guests loved the DJ and had such an awesome time. With lots of options available, it was easy to narrow my wedding Dj needs with ultimate nights. The communication was easy, the online portal templates were organized and I feel the price was fair. There are upgrades available and I had zero worries about the flow of our wedding day. Would recommend for sure!

My brother had chosen Ultimate Nights as his DJ years ago when he got married, and I remember thinking how thoughtful and considerate they were at the time. The music at the wedding was phenomenal, and the DJ even offered to get the wedding party drinks before we were announced! When it was my turn to get married, I knew I had to check them out first. They were affordable, let us pick a lot of the songs we wanted for our big day and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We did not have to worry during our reception because our DJ had us covered and knew our timeline. I did not want to have a DJ at first, but I am so glad I changed my mind.

My husband and I chose to hire Ultimate Nights for our wedding (09/09/23 at Buckland in Delta, OH) because they had competitive prices and great reviews. They absolutely lived up to and exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time with our DJ, Tyler. He calmed our nerves, was flexible, and provided the perfect ambiance throughout the entire night! We liked that he prioritized what we wanted to do and gave us options for ways he could help when we got a little behind schedule. He was upbeat, friendly, and provided a great balance of music for the different age groups we had present. We would absolutely work with Ultimate Nights again and are so grateful for the part they played in our special day.

Working with Brian was one of the best parts of wedding planning! He was so communicative and easy to talk to. He was always available for any questions or concerns. On our wedding day there was some last minute issues and he handled it seamlessly and took the pressure and stress off of my husband and I. The music was a perfect blend of songs I chose and other great songs I hadn’t though of that everyone loved! The guests said our wedding was a dance party and the most fun wedding they had been to! The photobooth was a very affordable option to add on as well. We last minute decided gold uplighting which was a great touch inside of our pavilion tent. Can’t recommend them enough

They made meeting really easy! I work Monday-Friday but they made time to meet with me on a Sunday! The website they use is very useful! You can plug in all the information as you go! Based on some of the songs we picked out our DJ was able to nail our style and taste. It couldn’t have been easier on our wedding day. The Dj coordinated with the other vendors, kept everything on time/task and everything went perfectly! I’ve had several guests ask for our ‘playlist’ but we didn’t make one it was all the DJ. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more or better.

We used Ultimate Nights DJ for our wedding. We did the ultimate night package along with the photobooth. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. To start with the positives: the photobooth went great, no complaints, and the music played from our must play playlist was a hit. We selected the ultimate night package as we liked the unlimited time and use of the owner as the DJ as we assumed this would ensure the utmost professionalism and best experience for us. We were very wrong. Communication was lacking a bit prior to the wedding as Brian did not call us the day he said he would and it took me reaching out another time to set up a new day to discuss our event. I spoke with Brian just days prior to the wedding to review our events for the night and how introductions would go. Brian confirmed everything and assured us this seemed very simple for him. Day of the wedding: my husband introduced himself to the DJ prior to ceremony and reiterated our desired music genre and specified minimal country music and only line dances to be played were those on the request list. The reception introductions were wrong and did not go as discussed. He played more line dances than we discussed with him. Brian was also incredibly rude to our guests which is my biggest complaint as the other details are minor. However, some very close and trusted family friends of ours witnessed Brian flip off one of our bridesmaids as she was walking away from requesting a song. At the end of the night we wanted to do a last dance, just the us on the dance floor. We were 100% fine with others cleaning up the tables around us and we expected this to occur actually. While on the phone with Brian prior to the event we discussed this and we were on the same page that others would still be in the reception space cleaning. During our last dance he yelled at our guests to exit the reception hall and explicitly told them they were being disrespectful by staying/cleaning during the dance and needed to have more respect for us. We all felt uncomfortable including our guests with his behavior. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. He reached out to us after the wedding and upon responding with our frustrations regarding his behavior, we received no response. No apology. No attempt to reconcile and attempt to improve the situation. I would NOT recommend using this DJ company. Don’t waste your money.

So glad we went with this company! We loved that we could add any song we wanted, especially since music was really important to us. DJ Steve was amazing that day and was so fun, interactive, and went with the flow (we had a few surprises during the ceremony that friends planned!). Note for couples who book - Make sure to save the email they send you the year before. Or at least make sure to flag important dates like when music would need to be in by and when payments are due! Overall, a fantastic company that really puts the work in to make your wedding so much fun.

Brian was very understanding and willing to change up plans for the night when certain circumstances came our way. He did a fantastic job overall! 10/10

Amazing experience with Ultimate Nights! My family has had bad expereiences in the past with DJs, so I was worried about finding a good one for my wedding. I am so glad we chose Ultimate Nights, because they were wonderful! Everyone that we worked with was extremely professional and helpful. Before the wedding, we were able to fill out information about the introductions, times, songs, etc. for the reception. You are able to create a list of must play songs, play if possible songs, and do not play songs. It was really helpful to be able to provide all of that information in one place and it made sure that you did not forget any of the details. They even ask what the dress code is for the DJ so they don't look out of place. Our DJ connected with out photographer before the wedding to coordinate, which was really helpful and made the day less stressful for us. Our DJ, Tyler, had all of our songs and information on a tablet when we arrived at the reception and reviewed it with us before making the introductions. He was very professional and helpful. We had to make a few last mintute changes, and he helped us make sure it all went smoothly. My favorite part of wedding receptions is the dancing, so I was so happy that Tyler was able to keep almost all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. We also added uplighting that they offer and it really helped to pull the venue together. I could not be happier with my choice of DJ and highly recommend Ultimate Nights!

Ultimate Nights DJ did an amazing job at me and my husband's wedding. We had Brian as our DJ, and he was wonderful! He even called us a week before our wedding to ask us final questions so he could perfect his performance to our liking. The online song lists we were provided with were very beneficial as well. It allows you to pick which songs you want played for which part of your ceremony, reception, and dance playlist. Brian provided music and microphones for our ceremony which was very much needed. He made sure to keep us, the hall's staff, and the photographer all on the same page. That way we knew when it was time for the first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. Brian also kept our dance floor full the whole night. It was awesome! We had guests of all ages, and Brian had all of them out dancing throughout the evening. I would definitely book Ultimate Nights for any of your DJ needs. They take the time to make sure your event's music is how you want it.

After Brian Cahill (owner & DJ) SLAYED my friends wedding I knew I needed him as my wedding DJ. Boy did he deliver! His crowd work and the way he engages with the guests is next level. We didn’t give him much direction with music choice except that we love early 2000s hip hop and some “must play songs” through his easy to use website. He knew how to pick music that ALL ages loved and that had a flow to the evening. So much so that there was NEVER a lull on the dance floor. He worked so well with the venue and other vendors that it turned out to be such a stress free wedding even without a day of coordinator. He went above and beyond and I would recommend Brian in a heartbeat!!! PS— get the uplighting, so worth it!!!!

Brian at Ultimate Nights knocked it out of the park for our wedding! He was always happy to answer any questions we had, and ensured he got everything right for our day! Outstanding!! We don't even know where to begin... never working with a DJ, we were not sure what to expect. We didn't want the music too loud, overbearing, or that didn't fit the crowd. Their expertise in planning and pulling the reception together was perfect down to the smallest detail. Brian made the inital contact painless and reviewed the forms we filled out online and followed up after the wedding to be sure everything went as planned. Josh was our DJ and he was spectacular!! He reviewed our plan initially and multiple times throughout the evening, clarifying what we wanted, making it happen and also had great suggestions when we were unsure. He adjusted the schedule of events, sometimes on a moment's notice, flawlessly. He was very attentive but not intrusive. He went above and beyond, asking us if we needed drinks and even made sure the kids had a good time and felt included. We appreciated all the communication before and during the event.

I enjoyed working with Ultimate Nights so much that I used them for my 1st wedding and then my 2nd over 10 years later. A DJ will make or break your wedding and they do a really great job of making your party whatever you want it to be. I requested an interactive DJ and my guests really enjoyed themselves. I didn't have many music requests and they still nailed the music for my group of guests. Uplighting really added to the vibe to my wedding as well

We were very pleased with the dj services provided . They had a wide variety of music and we had mexican music requested which wasn't a problem at all as well as multiple song changes during our ceremony which was executed perfectly without question. Brian and his team have great communication with bride on what her vision is and they try their very best in making that happen. I have no complaints and my August 20th 2022 music for my wedding was perfect.

I loved working with ultimate nights, Brian was amazing! While planning he made us a profile online that asked all about our reception, he thought of everything to ask but there was also a space at the end for extra notes. The second planning form was a playlist where you can choose songs. Brian did an amazing job of keeping the night flowing and fun. He also had an option of bringing a photo booth which was tons of fun as well! He had an assistant to help keep the photo booth running smoothly. Overall it was an amazing time and I really appreciate Brian and all he did to keep the night flowing. He has a few great packages to fit any budget, which could also include the photobooth and/or uplighting!

Ultimate nights is where it’s at! Brian was so nice & extremely helpful in finding out what type of vibe we were searching for. His website was incredibly organized and easy to use with choosing the right music for our wedding. We had Dj Aaron come out to get the party started and let me tell you, he’s a total sweetheart. He was an amazing hype man, constantly checked in on us, grabbed us water when we needed to hydrate, drinks when we were low, tracked us down for important dances to follow our strict timeline, checked in on our mental state, and changed the music to my late night genre mid song; so clean no one could even notice. We’re so happy we chose ultimate nights & think you would be too. Thank you Brian and Aaron, y’all were great!

Brian was the best from the very beginning! Everyone always says the DJ runs the reception and he made our night the absolute best!!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Very professional and worked with our officiant who was a first time wedding officiant and made our day amazing. Brian was super awesome to work with! My wife and I booked him for our wedding ceremony and reception. His planning forms are very thorough so that he understands how you want your event to flow. This helps him know his schedule, the music you want or don't want, and how you want him interacting with your guests throughout the night. He is very pleasant to talk to and is totally on top of speaking with your other vendors so that your event runs smoothly. All of the information we gave him prior to our wedding was followed to a T during our event. He also went above and beyond by noticing that we liked Disney by some of our song requests on the planning form and added some more on his own accord which was a very pleasant surprise and excellent professional touch. We loved that he asked how much we wanted him to interact with our guests. This made his services more personal to our wants and needs. We highly recommend working with Ultimate Nights.

Brian was our DJ for our wedding at the Toledo Zoo Aquarium. We are so happy we picked him! He was supportive, professional, informative and kept everything on track. The zoo highly recommended him and he was affordable. I did not have to stress at all after talking with him before the wedding and filling out the survey he provides to make sure the day goes as planned. Best DJ ever!!! Working with the ultimate night’s team was so easy. They are incredibly professional and you will be in good hands with them. Brian not only played the music we asked but he also knew exactly what other songs to pick based on what we told him we wanted. So many guests have raved about how great the music was. We also used the photobooth service! Highly recommend as well. We loved that guests could go home with their photos and that we got copies as well.

Our DJ, Adam, was one of the best parts of our special day. Adam really listen to us and engaged the crowd. He played the best music all night and had all of our friends/family on the dance floor. I couldn’t recommend Ultimate Nights enough.

To say Brian is amazing to work with is a gross understatement! We booked him for our original date of July 2020 for DJing and up lighting and then the Rona hit. Brian was great at working with us and changing our date hoping the Rona would cooperate a year later. He was always prompt with answering any questions we had about time line and song selections. The day of the wedding some things had changed and key people changed- Brian was great at making the needed changes on the fly and kept the bride from losing her mind. He was able to coordinate our colors with the lighting and it set the mood and tied everything together at our reception. Everything looked amazing. A week or so before the wedding we decided to add the photo booth he offers- so worth it! Everyone loved it, especially the kids! We had to provide our own props for it, but there are enough party stores to get them on the more affordable side AND you know that they haven't been handled by the masses. If I had to do this again- the first thing I'd do is hire Brian and Ultimate Nights.

Brian was the DJ for our past May wedding and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely easy to work with, answered our questions in a timely manner, was respectful, and was very good with only playing what we had requested/didn't request. We also used his uplighting to spruce up our venue and they looked great in person and also in photos.

Brian and Darren were the perfect duo for our night! Brian was perfect for us- he was detailed and flexible, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. He was super accommodating to our music selections, especially considering that some of them were a little out there! Darren manned the photobooth and was also a perfect fit for us.. especially since our 5-year-old lived in the booth most of the evening. Darren was patient and kind, and I'm glad he was a part of our day as well!

Brian was amazing at our wedding!! I have never seen a DJ keep everyone on the floor the whole time, but he definitely did!! We wanted throwback music from the 2000’s and 2010’s and he played just that. He had everyone on the floor dancing the whole time. He had just the perfect amount of engagement with the crowd and gave us a fair warning of what was coming next. Brian was seriously amazing! He was so friendly and easy to work with and easy to get ahold of for any questions before the wedding!

Y'all Brian is simply the best. You can tell he is an experienced professional from his online database to start gathering all your music requests to how he handles himself once on site. Brian made us feel very at ease going into our big day and was super flexible with us when we wanted to do a few things a little differently. We really want to highlight how amazing Brian was on our wedding day though. He was incredibly flexible, going above and beyond what any DJ would be asked to do. When our power cut out, Brian didn't skip a beat to get a back up speaker hooked up elsewhere and keep the party going. We seriously owe the second half of our reception to Brian. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Brian again or encourage others to!

If you are thinking of hiring Ultimate Nights, DO IT! The online planning and request portals were so useful. Our DJ (Tyler) kept the night moving as scheduled from start to finish. He played everything on our must play list and several songs from our play if time list. I cannot recommend them enough.

We are so beyond happy we chose Ultimate Nights for our wedding reception. The choice of DJ was one of my biggest concerns when planning our wedding because they can make or break a party. The first time I talked to Brian, he made all my worries vanish. He is very proud of his company and wants each bride and groom to have the very best day. I truly felt cared about which was awesome when hiring a vendor. We had Steve as our DJ and he rocked it!!! We got so many compliments from our guests on how great our DJ. Not only was his choice of songs on point, but he also kept our reception rolling without a single snag. He read the crowd and planned songs accordingly. Our guests danced from 7 pm till the party ended at midnight. He was friendly, fun, and just overall great! We also rented the photo booth which we used as a guestbook. Another highlight of the night! Everyone got to keep one strip of photos and a duplicate strip went in our guest book. How freaking fun!! Again, our guests LOVED this! We even got a flash drive with all the photos from the night so we can share them forever! Altogether, I can't say enough good things about Ultimate Nights! They made our wedding reception!

As part of their services, we were matched with a specific DJ that would meet our taste in music and the vibe we wanted to create with our wedding reception. Our DJ's performance (Brian )was excellent and truly surpassed our expectations. He was extremely personable, funny, and transitioned the music in our playlist to perfection, with an upbeat vibe. Brian was a wonderful DJ to work with! We live out of town and Brian was very accepting of our crazy schedule and made time to get all the details we wanted down. During our pandemic wedding, Brian was safe and professional. We also got a photobooth, and they made sure it was clean and well maintained the whole night! Brian was very receptive to all of the requests I made, even down to the last second when I wanted a certain order of songs played. He really helped make our day as perfect as it could be! I would highly recommend Ultimate Nights in the future, Brian kept in touch with us during the planning process, and even agreed to a meet with us over zoom and phone calls, as we live 3 hours away, and we were planning in the midst of the COVID pandemic. He also spoke with us about a week prior to the wedding just to confirm all of the details and even made sure that they had correct pronunciations of the names of our entire bridal party. They also have an online planning form which made everything very easy to do on our own time. Tyler was our DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception, and he did a fantastic job. He did have a minor hiccup with our first dance song, which for some reason would not play on their system, but he handled it very professionally, and quickly got it sorted out. The rest of the evening he read the crowd, and kept people dancing.

Brian was very professional. He helped us in very aspect of our wedding. He helped us with the wedding day schedule and informed us how he would keep the reception moving. He would keep the dance floor active and if it started to empty he would change songs until it filled up. We recommend Brian.

I highly recommend Brian at Ultimate Nights to be your DJ. I have a 'type A' personality (detail oriented) and Brian was extremely diligent with the details of our wedding day ahead of time. He handled the flow very well and communicated with the other vendors regularly. He was attentive and checked in with us often, and took the time to say all the names correctly, which we appreciated! The playlist and the flow of songs was EXCELLENT. We received several compliments about the variety and choices for songs. He did an excellent job communicating and making us feel like he has his stuff together. Brian's confidence in what he does eased our minds and relieved us of a major stressor. The day goes by so quickly and it's vital that you have a great team of vendors that can ensure a smooth, special day! This company made it out in a blizzard for us on our wedding day, they were on time and ready to go when needed, and provided such an affordable service. We highly recommend them!

I’m so glad we chose Ultimate nights for our wedding! Brian did a wonderful job of going over exactly how I wanted my day to be and he delivered. He helped keep the night running on track while we just got to enjoy. The music mix kept the guests on the dance floor and the night was beyond perfect!

We met with him a few months before the wedding as well as had conversations by phone and email along the way. We were very happy with this company! We got to pick which songs we wanted played at our wedding and they also took requests from our guests. The photo booth was amazing and all the guests loved it! They were very willing to honor any request including a special birthday surprise for my husband at the end of the night! I would highly recommend them!!

Brian was super easy to work with and quick to answers any questions or concerns. The online music request form was easy to use and he was more than happy to work on getting any songs that he did not already have. Our guests had a great time on the dance floor! We also used the photo booth service which was a great addition. Brian provided us and our guests with copies of the photos and also provided digital copies as well. Read this review if you've never booked a DJ for your wedding before... Most of us! Lol We don't regret booking Ultimate nights at all. Brian and his team were great. Before we booked them, Brian talked with us over the phone on what we could expect if we used them for our wedding. Their service was so professional and Bride/Groom friendly, I even ended up booking them for 3 more smaller shows(Homecoming, and at a restaurant). Brian did a fantastic job as our wedding DJ! He played all of the songs we had requested and the guests would not get off the dance floor. He was very personable and really good with the guests. We would definitely suggest him to anyone looking for a DJ!

Brian was amazing! I would suggest paying a little more to get him as your DJ. From the moment we got to the reception hall, Brian was on it. He greeted us at the door and got us drinks. It didn't stop there either. He checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were doing well and were having a good time. Brian was professional, personable, and everything you'd want from a DJ on your big day. If you can't book him (because he's already been selected for your date) I would still highly recommend Ultimate Nights. My wife and I also go the photobooth through them. Brian is THE most courteous and couple-focused DJ I have EVER worked with. As a fellow wedding professional, I heavily cater to my couples on their wedding day and have never seen a DJ cater to their couples in the same way! I worked with Brian back in July and he not only checked-in with the couple frequently during the planning process, but I specifically remember him checking on the couple and asking if they needed anything to drink! Normally I am the one asking that question, and to see another vendor do the same is totally above and beyond! The perfect party!! Brian and his team are truly AMAZING! The music was perfect all way through the night and the photo booth was so much fun! Brian from Ultimate Nights was incredible as our DJ! Brian truly takes the time to listen to his couples in order to make a custom mix for their big day. My husband and I had specific bands and songs that we wanted to hear and he made sure to include all of the genres and time periods that we love. All of our guests complemented the unique mix of music that he had played for our reception. He truly matched our vision perfectly and made sure there was something for everyone to dance to from 50s music to Paramore. This made our older guests very happy and had our younger guests dancing all night! Brian also made sure that my husband and I stayed hydrated and catered to our needs. We booked this company to do our wedding because my sister used them! Brian DJ'd our wedding and he was absolutely AMAZING. He absolutely catered to us and made sure our night went in the exact order we wanted. He engaged the crowd and made everyone feel comfortable. Brian is the best there is. Full disclosure - he is also my husband's friend, but the way he can effortlessly get a crowd going, and read the room to know exactly when it's the appropriate time to play Nelly's Hot In Herre, that didn't come from knowing my husband well. I also have to admit that we were the annoying couple that gave a MILLION song suggestions, filled up every "must play" spot, every "custom song" spot, and gave a never ending "try to play" list of songs, but by the time the whole thing was over there wasn't anything we wished he had played that he didn't. He got everyone from the baby boomers to the 5 year old flower girl out on the dance floor. He also emcee-ed the night perfectly, everything flowed so smoothly at the reception and that is in very large part due to Brian. Literally everyone we talked to kept saying how off the hook the music was, and even after the wedding friends posted on facebook about the epic song list. Seriously, you can't go wrong. TL;DR - don't look anywhere else, this is the best DJ you are going to find.

We used Ultimate Nights at our wedding this past summer, and they far exceeded all of our expectations! Brian was very helpful with the planning process, and verified that our DJ would be on the same page as us with respect to his involvement with the audience and the type/style of music to be played at our reception. JJ was our DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. He was very professional and experienced with how the evening should unfold. Prior to the wedding party's entrance, he re-verified everyone's names and pronunciations to ensure they were correct. After the wedding party was seated, he went above and beyond by making sure that we had our drinks of choice at the bridal party table! Throughout the night, JJ touched base with us for the various structured parts of the evening (father-daughter dance, college alma mater, etc.), and also provided some thoughts on additional songs that would play well with the crowd. He did this delicately without over-intervening, which was much appreciated. We gave JJ full autonomy over the playlist, and the music choices were exactly what we had hoped for. The dance floor was crowded the entire night! Before he finished up for the evening, JJ made sure that there weren't any additional requests. Following the ceremony, numerous guests told us how much fun they had, and how the music and dancing was great. A lot of that credit goes to our DJ! We don't plan to get married again, but if we had to do it over, we would definitely choose Ultimate Nights!

Ultimate Nights did such a great job with our wedding last year at the Hilton Garden Inn at Perrysburg. We had the uplighting, Photo Booth, and an amazing DJ. We loved that we could pick what songs to play, what songs we didn't want, and songs that we would like to be played if there was time.
