Ultimate Nights

To start with the positives, Brian did a good job with communication, prior to our reception and throughout the night. He made sure that he pronounced everyone’s names correctly for the entrance to the reception. He was very flexible as we delayed our first dance by 30 minutes. And did a good job playing the eclectic music we requested. Unfortunately the bad started to show itself as the night went on. He was undoubtedly the dirtiest dancer on the dance floor, grinding on one of our guests (this was the first time I’ve experienced a wedding DJ dancing with the guests). Just prior to us leaving at 10:30 I thanked him for his service and he was clearly very intoxicated. As soon as we left he played the last song for the night and began to pack up (we left at 10:40 and we requested him to continue to play until midnight as the reception was planned to end and for cleanup to start then). He proceeded to drive his car into the venue (one of our barns) and onto the rental dance floor while the reception was still going on. In the process, he hit two tables, that had food for the guests on them, with his car. The following week I called Brian and left a message detailing the above. He texted me back the following: “Hi Alex. Brian from Ultimate Nights DJ here. I just wanted to let you know that I received your voicemail. However, we are preparing to go into our busiest weekend of the year so far so I'm unable to comment until Monday. I will address everything then. Thanks and I hope you and your wife enjoy your first weekend as a married couple.” I have not heard back in the three weeks since.

They were amazing and allowed our day to do seamless!

Doug did a great job DJing our event. We had many people comment on the great songs that he played! Affordable too!

Brian was an amazing DJ! We got so many compliments on the music and the environment he created. Brian also went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the music being played and even got us drink refills! It was so easy to work with him. All of the pre-wedding planning was easy and helpful! Cannot recommend using Ultimate Nights more!

My husband and I hired Ultimate Nights for our May 20th 2023 wedding and they were so amazing, went above and beyond to help with the ceremony, set up and did a wonderful job interacting with our guests. The music choices they followed through with. Got our guests up out of their seats dancing till the night was done. The DJ we were given had such a lively and bubbly personality and very outgoing with the crowd. The price was just right for us and we highly recommend ultimate nights as your choice for a DJ. They offer choices and they will work with you on your questions you may have. They even have vendor connections if you ever need help finding other vendors for other things to add to your wedding. All in all, Ultimate Nights is the way to go. Amazing people to work with. Thank you Ultimate for making our wedding memorable and so special to us. You definitely know how to make weddings a good time for everyone. My cousins had such an amazing time doing karaoke even. All our guests loved the DJ and had such an awesome time. Our wedding was the talk because of you guys. Thank you again!

With lots of options available, it was easy to narrow my wedding Dj needs with ultimate nights. The communication was easy, the online portal templates were organized and I feel the price was fair. There are upgrades available and I had zero worries about the flow of our wedding day. Would recommend for sure!

My brother had chosen Ultimate Nights as his DJ years ago when he got married, and I remember thinking how thoughtful and considerate they were at the time. The music at the wedding was phenomenal, and the DJ even offered to get the wedding party drinks before we were announced! When it was my turn to get married, I knew I had to check them out first. They were affordable, let us pick a lot of the songs we wanted for our big day and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We did not have to worry during our reception because our DJ had us covered and knew our timeline. I did not want to have a DJ at first, but I am so glad I changed my mind.

Working with Brian was one of the best parts of wedding planning! He was so communicative and easy to talk to. He was always available for any questions or concerns. On our wedding day there was some last minute issues and he handled it seamlessly and took the pressure and stress off of my husband and I. The music was a perfect blend of songs I chose and other great songs I hadn’t though of that everyone loved! The guests said our wedding was a dance party and the most fun wedding they had been to! The photobooth was a very affordable option to add on as well. We last minute decided gold uplighting which was a great touch inside of our pavilion tent. Can’t recommend them enough

They made meeting really easy! I work Monday-Friday but they made time to meet with me on a Sunday! The website they use is very useful! You can plug in all the information as you go! Based on some of the songs we picked out our DJ was able to nail our style and taste. It couldn’t have been easier on our wedding day. The Dj coordinated with the other vendors, kept everything on time/task and everything went perfectly! I’ve had several guests ask for our ‘playlist’ but we didn’t make one it was all the DJ. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more or better.

We used Ultimate Nights DJ for our wedding. We did the ultimate night package along with the photobooth. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. To start with the positives: the photobooth went great, no complaints, and the music played from our must play playlist was a hit. We selected the ultimate night package as we liked the unlimited time and use of the owner as the DJ as we assumed this would ensure the utmost professionalism and best experience for us. We were very wrong. Communication was lacking a bit prior to the wedding as Brian did not call us the day he said he would and it took me reaching out another time to set up a new day to discuss our event. I spoke with Brian just days prior to the wedding to review our events for the night and how introductions would go. Brian confirmed everything and assured us this seemed very simple for him. Day of the wedding: my husband introduced himself to the DJ prior to ceremony and reiterated our desired music genre and specified minimal country music and only line dances to be played were those on the request list. The reception introductions were wrong and did not go as discussed. He played more line dances than we discussed with him. Brian was also incredibly rude to our guests which is my biggest complaint as the other details are minor. However, some very close and trusted family friends of ours witnessed Brian flip off one of our bridesmaids as she was walking away from requesting a song. At the end of the night we wanted to do a last dance, just the us on the dance floor. We were 100% fine with others cleaning up the tables around us and we expected this to occur actually. While on the phone with Brian prior to the event we discussed this and we were on the same page that others would still be in the reception space cleaning. During our last dance he yelled at our guests to exit the reception hall and explicitly told them they were being disrespectful by staying/cleaning during the dance and needed to have more respect for us. We all felt uncomfortable including our guests with his behavior. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. He reached out to us after the wedding and upon responding with our frustrations regarding his behavior, we received no response. No apology. No attempt to reconcile and attempt to improve the situation. I would NOT recommend using this DJ company. Don’t waste your money.

So glad we went with this company! We loved that we could add any song we wanted, especially since music was really important to us. DJ Steve was amazing that day and was so fun, interactive, and went with the flow (we had a few surprises during the ceremony that friends planned!). Note for couples who book - Make sure to save the email they send you the year before. Or at least make sure to flag important dates like when music would need to be in by and when payments are due! Overall, a fantastic company that really puts the work in to make your wedding so much fun.

Brian was very understanding and willing to change up plans for the night when certain circumstances came our way. He did a fantastic job overall! 10/10

Our DJ (Tyler) was very professional, but also outgoing, and everyone had a great time! He played great music and made sure that we had music we enjoyed. I also liked that Brian gave me a phone call to confirm all of the details for the ceremony/reception as well :)

Amazing experience with Ultimate Nights! My family has had bad expereiences in the past with DJs, so I was worried about finding a good one for my wedding. I am so glad we chose Ultimate Nights, because they were wonderful! Everyone that we worked with was extremely professional and helpful. Before the wedding, we were able to fill out information about the introductions, times, songs, etc. for the reception. You are able to create a list of must play songs, play if possible songs, and do not play songs. It was really helpful to be able to provide all of that information in one place and it made sure that you did not forget any of the details. They even ask what the dress code is for the DJ so they don't look out of place. Our DJ connected with out photographer before the wedding to coordinate, which was really helpful and made the day less stressful for us. Our DJ, Tyler, had all of our songs and information on a tablet when we arrived at the reception and reviewed it with us before making the introductions. He was very professional and helpful. We had to make a few last mintute changes, and he helped us make sure it all went smoothly. My favorite part of wedding receptions is the dancing, so I was so happy that Tyler was able to keep almost all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. We also added uplighting that they offer and it really helped to pull the venue together. I could not be happier with my choice of DJ and highly recommend Ultimate Nights!

Ultimate Nights DJ did an amazing job at me and my husband's wedding. We had Brian as our DJ, and he was wonderful! He even called us a week before our wedding to ask us final questions so he could perfect his performance to our liking. The online song lists we were provided with were very beneficial as well. It allows you to pick which songs you want played for which part of your ceremony, reception, and dance playlist. Brian provided music and microphones for our ceremony which was very much needed. He made sure to keep us, the hall's staff, and the photographer all on the same page. That way we knew when it was time for the first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. Brian also kept our dance floor full the whole night. It was awesome! We had guests of all ages, and Brian had all of them out dancing throughout the evening. I would definitely book Ultimate Nights for any of your DJ needs. They take the time to make sure your event's music is how you want it.

DJ Brian was INCREDIBLE! All of our guests commented on how amazing our DJ was. Throughout our whole wedding process, he was attentive, respectful, and fun to work with! We are so grateful we decided to go with Brian and Ultimate Nights!

After Brian Cahill (owner & DJ) SLAYED my friends wedding I knew I needed him as my wedding DJ. Boy did he deliver! His crowd work and the way he engages with the guests is next level. We didn’t give him much direction with music choice except that we love early 2000s hip hop and some “must play songs” through his easy to use website. He knew how to pick music that ALL ages loved and that had a flow to the evening. So much so that there was NEVER a lull on the dance floor. He worked so well with the venue and other vendors that it turned out to be such a stress free wedding even without a day of coordinator. He went above and beyond and I would recommend Brian in a heartbeat!!! PS— get the uplighting, so worth it!!!!

Brian at Ultimate Nights knocked it out of the park for our wedding! He was always happy to answer any questions we had, and ensured he got everything right for our day! He worked with our other vendors to ensure everything was on time and ran smoothly! He was so nice to us and our guests, we all had such a fun time!

Outstanding!! We don't even know where to begin... never working with a DJ, we were not sure what to expect. We didn't want the music too loud, overbearing, or that didn't fit the crowd. Their expertise in planning and pulling the reception together was perfect down to the smallest detail. Brian made the inital contact painless and reviewed the forms we filled out online and followed up after the wedding to be sure everything went as planned. Josh was our DJ and he was spectacular!! He reviewed our plan initially and multiple times throughout the evening, clarifying what we wanted, making it happen and also had great suggestions when we were unsure. He adjusted the schedule of events, sometimes on a moment's notice, flawlessly. He was very attentive but not intrusive. He went above and beyond, asking us if we needed drinks and even made sure the kids had a good time and felt included. We appreciated all the communication before and during the event.

I enjoyed working with Ultimate Nights so much that I used them for my 1st wedding and then my 2nd over 10 years later. A DJ will make or break your wedding and they do a really great job of making your party whatever you want it to be. I requested an interactive DJ and my guests really enjoyed themselves. I didn't have many music requests and they still nailed the music for my group of guests. Uplighting really added to the vibe to my wedding as well

We were very pleased with the dj services provided . They had a wide variety of music and we had mexican music requested which wasn't a problem at all as well as multiple song changes during our ceremony which was executed perfectly without question. Brian and his team have great communication with bride on what her vision is and they try their very best in making that happen. I have no complaints and my August 20th 2022 music for my wedding was perfect.

I loved working with ultimate nights, Brian was amazing! While planning he made us a profile online that asked all about our reception, he thought of everything to ask but there was also a space at the end for extra notes. The second planning form was a playlist where you can choose songs. Brian did an amazing job of keeping the night flowing and fun. He also had an option of bringing a photo booth which was tons of fun as well! He had an assistant to help keep the photo booth running smoothly. Overall it was an amazing time and I really appreciate Brian and all he did to keep the night flowing. He has a few great packages to fit any budget, which could also include the photobooth and/or uplighting!

When I was searching for DJs for our wedding and I came across Ultimate Nights, I was thought to myself "Wow, they have a TON of 5 star reviews. Can they really be THAT good?" and let me tell you first hand: yes they can! It's been 3 days since my wedding and I am still blown away by the service we received! Brian, the owner, is absolutely incredible. He was always extremely prompt in getting back to me when I would email him, and despite me asking a million and one questions, he was always kind in his responses and was always happy to clarify anything I was confused about. Brian called me a few days before the wedding to confirm details, name pronunciations, etc. and let me know that he would unfortunately not be able to DJ personally since he had a prior commitment, but would be sending his right-hand man, Tyler. Tyler was absolutely incredible, did way more for us during the reception than I was prepared for! He coordinated just about everything; kept things flowing extremely smoothly, made sure to check in with my husband and I about the timing of things, located various point people to help coordinate different events throughout the night, did not interrupt us when we were with our guests, and he was extremely personable, kind, and fun! Ultimate Nights really helped elevate our reception and made it so much fun for our guests!! Cannot thank them enough for their absolutely incredible service!

Brian was fantastic to work with! The planning link that they provided made it so easy and helped us finalize our schedule for the night. Our DJ was great and kept the party going until the last song. He communicated with all of our vendors and definitely ran the show!

Ultimate nights is where it’s at! Brian was so nice & extremely helpful in finding out what type of vibe we were searching for. His website was incredibly organized and easy to use with choosing the right music for our wedding. We had Dj Aaron come out to get the party started and let me tell you, he’s a total sweetheart. He was an amazing hype man, constantly checked in on us, grabbed us water when we needed to hydrate, drinks when we were low, tracked us down for important dances to follow our strict timeline, checked in on our mental state, and changed the music to my late night genre mid song; so clean no one could even notice. We’re so happy we chose ultimate nights & think you would be too. Thank you Brian and Aaron, y’all were great!

Brian was the best from the very beginning! Everyone always says the DJ runs the reception and he made our night the absolute best!!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Very professional and worked with our officiant who was a first time wedding officiant and made our day amazing. Brian was super awesome to work with! My wife and I booked him for our wedding ceremony and reception. His planning forms are very thorough so that he understands how you want your event to flow. This helps him know his schedule, the music you want or don't want, and how you want him interacting with your guests throughout the night. He is very pleasant to talk to and is totally on top of speaking with your other vendors so that your event runs smoothly. All of the information we gave him prior to our wedding was followed to a T during our event. He also went above and beyond by noticing that we liked Disney by some of our song requests on the planning form and added some more on his own accord which was a very pleasant surprise and excellent professional touch. We loved that he asked how much we wanted him to interact with our guests. This made his services more personal to our wants and needs. We highly recommend working with Ultimate Nights.

Brian was our DJ for our wedding at the Toledo Zoo Aquarium. We are so happy we picked him! He was supportive, professional, informative and kept everything on track. The zoo highly recommended him and he was affordable. I did not have to stress at all after talking with him before the wedding and filling out the survey he provides to make sure the day goes as planned. Best DJ ever!!! Working with the ultimate night’s team was so easy. They are incredibly professional and you will be in good hands with them. Brian not only played the music we asked but he also knew exactly what other songs to pick based on what we told him we wanted. So many guests have raved about how great the music was. We also used the photobooth service! Highly recommend as well. We loved that guests could go home with their photos and that we got copies as well.

Our DJ, Adam, was one of the best parts of our special day. Adam really listen to us and engaged the crowd. He played the best music all night and had all of our friends/family on the dance floor. I couldn’t recommend Ultimate Nights enough.

To say Brian is amazing to work with is a gross understatement! We booked him for our original date of July 2020 for DJing and up lighting and then the Rona hit. Brian was great at working with us and changing our date hoping the Rona would cooperate a year later. He was always prompt with answering any questions we had about time line and song selections. The day of the wedding some things had changed and key people changed- Brian was great at making the needed changes on the fly and kept the bride from losing her mind. He was able to coordinate our colors with the lighting and it set the mood and tied everything together at our reception. Everything looked amazing. A week or so before the wedding we decided to add the photo booth he offers- so worth it! Everyone loved it, especially the kids! We had to provide our own props for it, but there are enough party stores to get them on the more affordable side AND you know that they haven't been handled by the masses. If I had to do this again- the first thing I'd do is hire Brian and Ultimate Nights.

Brian was the DJ for our past May wedding and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely easy to work with, answered our questions in a timely manner, was respectful, and was very good with only playing what we had requested/didn't request. We also used his uplighting to spruce up our venue and they looked great in person and also in photos.

Brian and Darren were the perfect duo for our night! Brian was perfect for us- he was detailed and flexible, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. He was super accommodating to our music selections, especially considering that some of them were a little out there! Darren manned the photobooth and was also a perfect fit for us.. especially since our 5-year-old lived in the booth most of the evening. Darren was patient and kind, and I'm glad he was a part of our day as well!

Brian made the process of picking songs and playlists super easy! He made our planning process a breeze.

Brian was amazing at our wedding!! I have never seen a DJ keep everyone on the floor the whole time, but he definitely did!! We wanted throwback music from the 2000’s and 2010’s and he played just that. He had everyone on the floor dancing the whole time. He had just the perfect amount of engagement with the crowd and gave us a fair warning of what was coming next. Brian was seriously amazing! He was so friendly and easy to work with and easy to get ahold of for any questions before the wedding!

Y'all Brian is simply the best. You can tell he is an experienced professional from his online database to start gathering all your music requests to how he handles himself once on site. Brian made us feel very at ease going into our big day and was super flexible with us when we wanted to do a few things a little differently. We really want to highlight how amazing Brian was on our wedding day though. He was incredibly flexible, going above and beyond what any DJ would be asked to do. When our power cut out, Brian didn't skip a beat to get a back up speaker hooked up elsewhere and keep the party going. We seriously owe the second half of our reception to Brian. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Brian again or encourage others to!

We chose the ultimate night package, and cannot recommend it enough! Brian was great to work with from the get go. His online form was incredibly helpful, straightforward, and made us feel like we were all on the same page with our music and wedding day choices. Brian provided a microphone and speaker for our ceremony, which worked out very well! Throughout the night, Brian was there to answer questions, keep us on schedule, and keep the party going.
