e deal with Wolfgang Puck Catering to provide the food and drinks for any event at the MoS and that is a good thing :). We worked with Mary from Wolfgang and Sheryl from the MoS and they worked together seamlessly and were so helpful! Mary put together a seven course dinner menu with wine pairings for us and it was spectacular! All our guests were raving about it and we, absolutely, loved it! TI was completely delicious and exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend both the MoS and Wolfgang Puck!

lot of questions/emails leading up to the wedding, Alecia answered all quickly and kept track of everything, even when we confused ourselves! Our families have several people with lethal allergies to shellfish, tree nuts and sesame, and we have several friends with Celiac disease- the food was amazing, and was safely enjoyed by everybody! The bartenders, servers and WPC staff were so friendly and professional- from top to bottom, WPC was amazing!

Wolfgang Puck Catering at the Boston Museum of Science (fearlessly lead by the amazing Keith Mahoney) created an incredible spread for our wedding back on 25Jun2016 and we could not have been happier with their services. Seriously, he was (alo...
ngside Sheryl of the museum's event staff) the most professional vendor we worked with for our wedding, HANDS DOWN! Keith communicated quickly and effectively, advised wonderful changes/additions to fit our vision, and lovingly kept our food budget in mind the whole time. For the foodies that we are, the eats were PHENOMENAL!! Every bite was incredibly delicious, from the cocktail hors d'oeuvres to the reception entrees, sides, and desserts. Typically, wedding fare can be bland, cold, or just plain bad, but Keith and WPC completely put our fears to rest with the most scrumptious event spread we've ever had. We thought it all came out simply perfect and our guests RAVED for days and weeks afterwards. Keith's catering and bar staff were observant, impeccable, and very very nice. A special shout-out goes out to Bailey, whose personal attention kept our glasses and plates full the entire evening. If you're looking for an incredibly unique venue, an unparalleled event staff, and simply the best wedding caterers ever, we could not recommend WPC and Keith more!! ***Rush is da bomb!!***

to Keith for helping us put together a fantastic menu and making our day of amazing! My husband doesn't eat pasta, so Keith arranged for him to have a separate second course of mini beef wellingtons (his favorite hors d'oeuvre from the tasting)!

Amazing food and service with Wolfgang Puck and the Museum of Science for our wedding, we are thrilled! On our wedding day, the food was delicious, we got many compliments from our friends and family, and everything came together beautifully. ...
Aside from the amazing food, Keith and his team were friendly, polite, and very responsive to us and our guests - everything went very smoothly. Wolfgang Puck also set up a 'shadow' for me and my husband, a staff member who basically only waited on us all night - we had forgotten about this perk and were excited and relieved to be able to concentrate on our friends and family while our friendly shadow Thea got us drinks, trays with all hors d'oeuvres, dinner plates, cake, and coffee throughout the night. We had been very much looking forward to our guests and also the food, the Wolfgang Puck team ensured we were able to thoroughly enjoy both, and we are very grateful! The planning process was also exceptional with Wolfgang Puck and Keith. When researching venues, I reached out to over a dozen possible vendors to get info on pricing, options, budget, etc, and working with Keith was far and away the easiest. His system quickly determined what I could get for my budget and calculated details like adding tableside wine service and removing a cheese platter immediately - no waiting or endless email relays to figure out exactly what we wanted and could get for our budget! Getting our cake, etc, at the end of the reception went smoothly as well.

our guests (and ourselves!) a fun yet elegant experience during the wedding reception. The food Wolfgang Puck created was OUTSTANDING. We had passed hors d'oeuvres that everyone raved about during the cocktail hour, and all of our guests raved that their meals were amazing. We converted people who hated beets into believers. The service from the wait staff & bartenders were also top notch throughout the evening - everyone was extremely well cared for! The food and service were impeccable, and I could not be more ecstatic about how everything turned out! Thank you for making this experience so memorable and delicious!

ing! We all got along so well and Keith instantly understood what we were looking for in the catering for our reception. Since we live in Boston, but I’m from the L.A. area and my husband is from Richmond, VA, we decided to have several regional buffet-style food stations: 1) Mexican food, 2) Southern food, and 3) New England seafood specialties. We got a TON of positive feedback from our guests about how delicious the food was! The staff was completely on the ball all night, flawlessly executing all phases of the event! They took great care of us, knowing that we were occupied to the fullest extent with our guests. They brought us our dinner (some of everything!) and checked in with us to make sure we had the drinks we wanted. We have the highest regard for Wolfgang Puck Catering – strongly recommended!

0% satisfied with everything, to the point of sending me the recipe for the beef empanadas that we selected as one of our appetizers to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted.
The night of our actual reception Keith was there and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We and all our guests were extremely pleased with the food and the service.
I am so happy that we decided to have our wedding reception at MOS and catered by Wolfgang Puck and would highly recommend the venue to anyone. It was an entirely stress-free process.
Keith and his staff surpassed my expectations which is very hard to do (as anyone that knows me will attest that I have very high expectations which are usually not met, and seldom exceeded) and we thank them for making our special day even more amazing.
I really can't say enough about how great they and the food were.

sica, our wedding coordinator, was so great at helping us to plan out the details including the set-up and the flow of the day/evening. Having an outdoor area for 200 guests with enough space so that the guests did not feel on top of each other was important to us. She suggested the tent for our dinner with the dance floor set up under the pavilion and the photo booth opposite the DJ. This gave our guests enough room so that we were not all cramped under the tent for everything and also to enjoy the beautiful weather and breeze of the Charles River. Keith, our catering manager for Wolfgang Puck was simply the best. He provided us suggestions for our food choices and set-up and was on-top of all of one-off requests. Especially with my last minute drink tweaks! Keith's sense of humor put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable leaving feeding everyone in his hands. The tasting was delicious and made it that much harder to make a dinner choice for the actual wedding day. THE BEST!
Both Jessica and Keith were super timely in responding to our (many) emails with questions throughout the 8+ months we worked together. I felt if I was missing anything that Jessica would fill in the gap for me! From our first meeting to our last Jessica and Keith were so accommodating, and friendly! Their staff made this process as easy as possible. The venue was perfect, even better than the pictures online. We had a perfect day outside under the tent and pavilion. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator or location. I'm so glad it the weather was perfect so guests could enjoy being outside under the pavilion and get beautiful pictures with the views overlooking the Charles River at sunset.
The day of our wedding couldn't have gone any better. The staff was attentive and was so helpful to my husband and I and our parents and wedding party. Our day-of planner, Lisa, was awesome!! She was everywhere, making sure we had everything we needed, including drinks at all times! Lisa made sure that we got a chance to sit down and actually eat our meals and served us our own personal appetizers during cocktail hour. When my husband left the table for a while to chat with the guests, they made sure that he got a brand new plate since he was gone. And the food was delicious! Even better than the tasting, with the staff cooking 200+ meals! The tomato soup second course with grilled cheese was the best choice even though it was the middle of the summer. So tasty!
I wish I could relive this day over and over again. Thank you to Jessica, Keith, Lisa and everyone at the Museum of Science for making our wedding the best day of our lives. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding day. Our guests still can’t stop raving about the wedding almost two months after. We can’t wait to come back and have a 5 year anniversary party!!

ell taken care of. For this we are so thankful!
Keith was a sweetheart from day one. He never made us feel pressured to spend more than we had and did whatever he could to accommodate our palates while being conscious of our wallets. In one word, Keith is a doll. ;)
I cannot put into words how amazing the room looked the night of the wedding, how well appointed to we were, how organized the staff was or how everything went off without a problem. This is top notch service for a more than reasonable price and when you consider that it is in Boston with views, a downright steal.
The food. It was fantastic. I watched people return over and over again to the specialty stations with heaping plates of food. We are tough critics, and I don't have one complaint. I would be happy to pay for the meal we were given at any of the top restaurants in Boston-and we have been to them all.
All in all our night was perfect. I never felt stressed when working with anyone at WPC. They know what they are doing and I would put them up against any chef in Boston.

me say hello and congratulations on the day of the actual wedding. Jenna, our shadow waitress, was phenomenal. She was right there with everything we needed or wanted but at the same time managed to fly totally under the radar. It was impressive. Casey, the manager, was equally as fantastic...those two even went out and sought out straws for me because I don't like drinking drinks with ice in them without straws (it's weird, I know, but it was like they blinked and the problem was solved), and it was like Jenna and Casey made it their personal mission to make sure my husband and I were never without a drink. The food was incredible. It was so inventive, the flavors were amazing, and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. Jenna showed up at the start of the cocktail hour with the plate of appetizers for the two of us and it was key, it gave us a few minutes to sit just the two of us and have a snack before everything got crazy. Dinner service was equally as incredible. The tomato soup and grilled cheese were a hit, and as gorgeous as all the presentations were, things tasted just as fantastic. I couldn't get over the professionalism of the wait staff and the bartenders, even when we came into the Blue Wing to do photos before people were let in from the lobby everyone was so friendly and congratulatory...they're worth their weight in gold, those people.

had been at the tasting. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because in the 2-3 weeks before the wedding our contact person was 100% MIA. We were supposed to get a champagne toast, something we agreed to last minute, and this never happened. We finally got an apology, but never an explanation. Unfortunate situation for such a great caterer.
