What sites will I be able to log into now?

Because we're combining the usernames on and, you'll have one universal login that will give you full access to both websites. That means you'll literally be able to search through thousands of photos and wedding Q&As all with a single email and password. In addition, with your universal login you will also gain access to other sister sites, and Whether you originally signed up on or, you'll now be able to share the benefits of both sites and take full advantage of their inspirational photos, community message boards, vendor reviews, and more!

Will any of my account information change?

Your account information will be carried over to other sites, but you may be asked for additional information for your profile in order to personalize your visits to our sites. There's also a chance that some of your account information was updated if you were already a member of and, so it's a good idea to check and make sure your account information looks exactly how you want it.

What if I have trouble logging in?

If you have trouble logging in, try clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Most of the time we can send your password to the email address that we have on file. If you used the same email address to create accounts on both Wedding Channel and The Knot, try using your password from The Knot. If you're still having trouble logging in, please call email us at and a customer service representative will assist you.

Do I have to create an account on or to use the tools?

In order to access all of the tools available on the sites, you do need to create a FREE account. Once you're a member, you will have full access to slideshows, our fashion search, and all of our free tools for making wedding planning a whole lot easier. There are also tools available on and that you will have access to once you become a member of our network of sites.

What does and do with the personal information it collects?

Any personal information we gather from you as part of your account will not be shared with other companies or visitors to the site without your prior permission.

Any purchase data we gather as you shop on or will never be shared with other companies without your prior permission. We only keep your order information so we may contact you concerning your order. Our and customer list is not sold, given to, or exchanged with any other company.

Occasionally, you may receive emails from and/or intended to inform you about new or special features on the site, or to offer you special discount opportunities. It is entirely up to you whether or not you wish to receive these emails. If you would prefer not to receive these email updates, just let us know by replying to one of the emails with "Remove" in the body of the message.

If you had an account on both The Knot and Wedding Channel using the same email address, we've combined the log-in to make it easier for you. Try using the password you used on The Knot and you'll be able to log-in. You can also click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Most of the time we can send your password to the email address that we have on file.
