was never going to be an easy task but I truly feel Casie made it much harder and unpleasant than it needed to be. Every time we met with Casie we were never greeted by, Hellos or How are yous. It was always very cut & dry – what questions do you have? & yes, I had plenty of questions but a little bit of friendliness never hurt anyone…especially considering this is the hospitality industry. I know I may be biased but I have many friends and family members who could back me up…I am a very laidback person. I am organized but pretty relaxed and forgiving in most aspects. I tried very hard with Casie. Every time we’d see her again, I always would think, maybe she was just having an off day the last time we saw her and I’d greet her happily and excitedly…but I never felt it back. On two different occasions my husband and I made plans to come visit the venue (we live 3.5 hours away). We made these plans months in advance and Casie would say, Ok just email me the week before to remind me. I emailed and TWO different occasions Casie cancelled on us last minute with a very nonchalant attitude…like, oh well…your schedule doesn’t work with mine – even though I planned far in advance. Along with these cancellations, Casie’s lack of reply to my emails was another frustration. I understand some people are better on the phone but I would think checking and replying to emails once a week would be fair. In the end she did seem to get better. After the second cancellation I wrote her a very serious email saying something needed to change because this was unacceptable. She replied back with reasons why she cancelled which were valid but at the time she barely gave us a reason. The day before the wedding when we arrived at the venue to setup she was very unfriendly to our friends and family and without prompting my family and friends they all gave me looks and mumbled under their breath remarks of her unfriendliness. I felt somewhat embarrassed. Day of the wedding, again, no friendliness – apparently when my husband pulled up in our campervan and she very abruptly starting telling him he can’t have it there if he’s going to be running, etc. And that’s fine, we of course can move the van but how about a, Hi Ash, how ya feeling? Excited for the big day? When you have a moment could I speak to you about the van? Ok thanks. I will say, the evening of the wedding the bartender wasn’t feeling well and Casie and her husband stepped in and took care of the bar so I do thank her for that. Overall, I love the venue but would never recommend it because of how much I disliked dealing with Casie. I have read all of these great reviews of her and reread them too….trying to figure out what I’m missing or if she just doesn’t like me. I couldn’t figure it out.

t hidden secret in Dade City!! Casie is the owner of the ranch and was easy to work with, assisted us with anything we needed the day of and knows exactly what she's doing! Our wedding day was literally absolutely perfect! Not one thing went wrong Casie assisted the vendors in getting set up, answered questions throughout the day, and helped us with cleaning up! We were able to visit the ranch on multiple occasions for any planning we needed to do! I can't say enough good things about this venue!! Wish we could do it all over again! Thank you Casie and team for an amazing day filled with perfect memories that will stay with us forever!

s'mores bonfire, dancing, eating under the stars, etc.) was possible to enjoy. I'm not sure what we would have done if it had rained, but our wedding was perfect in every way. This place has beautiful lights that lend itself to any wedding vision, be it rustic romance, Great Gatsby, bohemian fairy tale, disco party, or anything else you could imagine. A definite value for the size of the venue, and the amount of time you get the venue for. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting for our wedding.
