I was not impressed with these photographers and would not recommend them to anyone. They were eager at the beginning because they wanted our business However, after the wedding, I felt like we became second rate customers because they already ...had our money. The contract stated that approximately two weeks after the wedding (ours was Oct. 14) they would do a post-wedding photo reveal, however, ours didn't happen until Dec. 9 which was 8 weeks after our wedding. The whole process took them 12 weeks to finish. Way too long in my opinion. They did, however, give us extra pages in our photo book and extra prints for the overall delay. There were many excuses and deadlines were never met Every time a deadline came and went there was never any communication from them as to why. My husband or myself had to be the one to reach out to them to find out what the hold up was. When they sent us the downloaded photos, there were some missing and I had to be the one to ask them where the photos were. They didn't have the professionalism to go back and check their work. It should have been their job to notice that there were photos missing not mine. I'm not the photographer. There was also not a good balance of photos. For example, there was not one picture of my parents dancing and there were a few of my husband's mom and bf dancing. And mind you my parents were the last couple on the dance floor during the anniversary dance. There were 3 photographers at our wedding and I feel as though we only received photos that 1 photographer could have taken. I feel as though these photographers should do this as a hobby not get paid for it. If you go with these photographers, I recommend not paying them the full balance up front as it states in their contract. I'd make sure I got everything in my package, in a timely fashion, before I paid them the full amount. Just keep in mind 100% payment in advance makes you lose priority on delivery of final product.
