Includes black Chiavari chairs and tables, a bridal suite, a dedicated restroom for bridal party, a groomsman prep room, and 10 additional restrooms. booked our reception date, Clearwater Place still had some renovations planned, and we fell in love even before the latest updates. When we first saw the venue, we were in love with the look, tall ceilings, large open layout, and gorgeous red brick exterior, but even the minor renovations really added a bonus! The coordinators at Clearwater Place were wonderful to work with and made planning the wedding of our dreams a breeze. This venue is fairly new, but I would recommend this venue for any events, conferences, large meetings, weddings, parties, etc. We had a lovely experience - go check them out!
Clearwater staff is so kind and flexible! They allowed us to come to the space frequently and always answered our questions. The space is beautiful and so spacious. Everyone raved about how unique and lovely Clearwater was!

He answered all our questions, helped us get everything planned and set up, and helped the evening flow perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about this venue!

area for dinner, a separate cocktail hour, and a great quieter area where our family with small children could play and not be in the middle of the dance floor. My only complaint is that it was very hot that night and we had no one to contact to have the AC turned up. The controls were in a locked room that the caterer didn't have keys to. Otherwise, beautiful location inside and out!
