everything was delicious and they accommodated our customization requests. Day of event was great! We loved having more unique wedding food menu and our guests are still raving about the food and drinks (the margaritas were amazing). It was a great touch having cocktails and appetizers ready to serve the bride/groom and bridal party immediately following the ceremony and throughout portraits away from cocktail hour! We actually had to pay a buyout fee because the venue has a preferred caterer and we still felt it was worth it to work with Andrea and the Colette’s Catering team. We will recommend Colette’s Catering without hesitation!

my stress and took care of everything. She was responsive, professional and just a pleasure to work with. We were able to get food choices we wanted to at a price we felt comfortable with. The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments. All of the staff members were attentive and respectful. The only thing my husband and I are upset about is that we crave the bread pudding we had and that we couldn’t eat more. I would hire them again for my future events!

Event Manager - Let's start with Sara. Sara Parrell was our Event Manager, and was responsive, organized, patient, and warm - exactly the kind of person you want walking you through wedding decisions. She was inside the mansion when we did our first look and started tearing up! She truly puts her heart into making your wedding the best it can possibly be, and it's obvious she loves her job. Food - At our tasting, I knew we were in for a treat because the food was AMAZING. It was just as good on the day of the wedding - so many guests could not stop raving to me about it. I wish I had more pictures to see but you'll have to see for yourself! There are a few vegans/vegetarians in my family and they had so many choices and were very accommodating. Service - If you want to be treated like royalty on your wedding day, go with Colette's. Anthony (if I remember correctly) was working the wedding and making sure the food service went off without a hitch. He went the extra mile and brought me water during pictures before the ceremony and FANNED ME when I was getting warm! He also gave my husband and I champagne right after the ceremony and some appetizers while we were taking photos during the cocktail hour. Day of Coordination - Jenny Carson is a wonderful type A human (just like me). When you are organized and want everything to be how you imagine in your head, it's tough to hand over responsibility to someone you barely know, but Jenny was more than I could have dreamed! She was great with directing the rehearsal and making everyone feel comfortable and confident in the events for the day. Every time I asked her about something she had either done it already or was on it right away. She responded to an 8pm email a few weeks before my wedding in 5 minutes. Just like Sara and Anthony, she's the kind of person you want handling the details on your special day! Thank you to Sara, Jenny, Anthony, and all the other Colette's staff who made our day PERFECT!

choice (Diamond Bar Golf Club) but they matched the price, which was wonderful! The food tasting was DELICIOUS, however, the day of our wedding the only thing that tasted the same was the salad. The food was delivered to my husband & I COLD. Neither of us ate. None of our guests complained, so that's a plus. Another thing to note is that they charged us $25 to bring our child with us to the tasting. One week prior to our wedding we had our final meeting with April. She showed us the ceremony room. NOT the room I had been envisioning for 9+ months. They had us set up to get married & have the reception in one room. They said they were having the tables set up on one side of the room & they could block it off FOR A FEE! Kristin wrote the contract wrong. Then when I showed April the room I was supposed to be married in, she said it was now storage. I'm sure you can imagine how upset I was. Long story short, my mom worked with them & they got me the room I originally picked. They also had the taxes incorrect on the previous contract so when we brought the final $ in, we were short $1500 because of THEIR mistake. They did NOT eat the cost since it was their mistake. The hurricane centerpieces were different dimensions than what was explained via email so we bought our own. During our rehearsal, April did no coordinating. She wasn't even present. She sat in her office & when we asked if she was a part of it she said no, we have to do it so my husband coordinated our wedding. Right before my father & I walk out, they drop an entire bucket of ice & drinks right IN FRONT OF ME! I had to literally jump over a pile of ice & drinks just to walk down the aisle. I was holding back tears because they were ruining my wedding! During the ceremony, there were extremely loud bangs. So loud that my Pastor said something & one of our guests walked out to talk to the "Coordinator." Heading to our reception, April says, "have a good rest of your night." She did no coordinating whatsoever so I'm unsure of why her Title is Coordinator. Basically she sits down to go over money & collects it. She served us cold food & she was done. Thank God, we did a timeline during our meeting one week prior. My grandmother & sister-in-law approached April to find out what was going on since she just stood there all night & gave no direction. My husband worked with our DJ to get everything in order. Really, our DJ should have gotten paid the coordinating fee. Edgar did come up to us during the reception & apologize for the noise. We never heard a peep out of April. They got paid $10k+ to set up chairs & take them down at the end of the night. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with our choice & wish we went with Diamond Bar Golf Club. I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone.

eptional food and cake, that's all my guests could talk about was how awesome the food was! Of course there is different levels of price range, but you get to try it all at your tasting and everything is awesome! The wait staff at the event was very friendly and kept the day very special and natural. No hiccups at all! Very professional and far exceeded my expectations, but that tone is set from the very beginning when signing contract. You will not regret this choice! Also, the vendors they work with are all very accommodating and friendly. Duane has a list for suggestions! Everyone that came to my wedding walked away with a true fairy tale experience!! We will never forget our special day, over the top awesome!!

s WOW. My husband and I were so happy that we got to eat and we know a lot of people that get married forget to eat! I was so happy with the way it turned out. Now on to the cake. We had a white cake with raspberry conserve in the middle and strawberrys inside on the top and bottom tiers. We only got to eat a little of our cake which was a bummer, but we can't wait to eat our cake on our 1-year anniversary! Very good food for the price. You will not be disappointed!

the venue on the day of the wedding and finished set-up on time. Colette did the design for the food table and it looked absolutely gorgeous. She picked decor that went perfectly with my theme and I was very happy with it. Also, Colette really went above and beyond for the reception. I was planning to have candles at all of the tables, but I found out on the day of the wedding that we were supposed to have a permit for the open flames, which I hadn't heard about before and therefore, didn't have. Colette ran out and bought battery-operated tea light candles for all of my holders and it looked perfect and saved that part of the decorations. I was really amazed by that. Colette's is a fantastic company and you can definitely trust them to do an awesome job with your wedding!

guests on how delicious everything was including the cake. If anything we wanted the food to be good and my husband and I were very pleased. Colette's also did a great job keeping everything running from start to finish. The Muckenthaler is a great wedding venue as well especially if you want a lovely and cozy setting. We had our reception in the patio area and the entire set up was just very pretty. I would highly recommend Colette's for weddings and any other event!

we were having a outdoor wedding. Of course we were concerned, but my husband was very persistent about having the wedding outside and we did. It stopped raining at 9 a.m. and when we got to the reception we were unsure how the grass would be. It was PERFECT from the time we arrived and Rick was there with a cheese tray and wine from the time we left everyone was so attentive. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food. After the wedding my sister ended up using Colettes catering for her company holiday lunch. Things happen for a reason we ordered a tent due to the rain and updraded our lighting to the colors of our wedding and every penny was worth it. Thank You Colettes Catering Rick and Duanye for making our wedding day perfect, we will never forget how smooth you made our reception flow and will always appreciate working with you. er once did they seem annoyed or frustrated. They were so good and patient about working with me and rescheduling my wedding date due to my husband's job loss and relocation. They were always so prompt and polite in their response. I felt they were just excited about my special day as I was! I'm almost sad that it's over because I won't be dealing with them so closely anymore. I can definitely see myself staying in touch with them even after the fact just because they are such geniunely nice people! AND not to mention, the food and cake were to die for! A month after the wedding and people are still telling me that my Red Velvet cake was the BEST they've ever had along with the Chicken Florentine! Absolutely delicious! I wish I would have eaten more on my wedding day because I keep thinking how much I'd love to order dinner from them right now! Along with the food, wonderful service and unique and gorgeous venue of The Muckenthaler, my wedding was just perfect! I wouldn't have changed a thing, other than I wish I had a doggie bag to take some of their yummy food home!!! I look forward to using them again as my caterer's should I ever host another event! I HIGHLY recommend using them! Not only will you be happy, but your guests will be walking away saying it's the best wedding food they've ever had!!!

how beautiful everything looked and how amazing the food was. I was worried we were going to have a bunch of cake left over but we had zero! Everyone loved it so much there was nothing left over.
