Dillingham Ranch

My husband and I knew that we wanted to have our wedding at a private location on Oahu and after some preliminary research, we realised the options are not too extensive. A year out I was able to do visits to everywhere from Sunset Ranch to the Four Seasons Hotel and Dillingham Ranch was miles ahead of the competition. This massive estate offers everything we want. You have sole access to the estate on your wedding day which grants peace of mind, the areas for the ceremony and reception are varied and the location could not be more classic Hawaii. The main house has been beautifully restored, the drive up is dreamy and the row of palms in the 'backyard' is beyond photogenic. The lack of a presence on The Knot is indicative of the service provided. I loved Siri and she was very helpful from start to finish but she is not a wedding planner and Dillingham Ranch is not struggling to find couples that want to use the venue. This means that they don't roll out the red carpet as much as other places but that suited me just fine. I appreciated Siri's honesty and laid back mentality and looking back on the day, it could not have been more perfect.
